Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the political identification of the Riau Malay population. This research employs a qualitative, literature-based methodology. According to the findings of this study, the Malay culture has deep historical roots in the Riau region. The Malay culture has created a sign that distinguishes it from other cultures. The Vision of the Riau Government reflects the Malay culture as the identity of the people of Riau. The Malay community identifies four aspects of its customs: actual custom, the custom, the most traditional customs, and Adat Istiadat, which oversees the polarisation of Riau Malay culture. At the reign of the Riau Malay sultanates, Malay, the political identity of the Riau Malay community, was the official tongue. Malay is currently utilised as a technique of distinguishing social groups. The identity of Malay is derived from a complicated interaction between society and language. Islam's arrival in the Riau region has had a profound impact. Integration of Islam and Malay culture has become a defining characteristic, as evidenced by the fact that, according to Malay conventions, a non-Muslim is not considered a Malay.

Abstract

The author conducted this research with the aim of analyzing illegal mining law enforcement in Indonesia. The method used in this study is bilbliometric which is used to communicate the development of a scientific discipline for further research needs. This study aims to hide research developments related to mining from 2017-2022. Research results Illegal mining is one of the problems that is currently still a challenge for the government. Filtering articles using the keywords "illegal mining" and "illegal mining". From a journal that must be indexed by Sinta and Scopus. The results of this study show that of the 200 articles collected, there are 46 articles that are Sinta indexed and 2 Scopus indexed articles.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the application of the Online Digital Saving System in Improving Customer Satisfaction Mediation with Saving Decisions. The target population of this study were active savers/customers of PT Bank BRI Pelintung Dumai Branch. This research was conducted with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study amounted to 202 people and the samples were taken using the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was 145 respondents. Sampling used random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used inferential statistical data analysis measured by SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that (1) SODS has a significant effect on saving decisions; (2) SODS has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) The decision to save has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat krusial bagi masyarakat, khususnya di negara Indonesia yang memiliki tingkat populasi yang tinggi. Jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatan di Indonesia sudah berlangsung sejak zaman kolonial Belanda. Teori yang digunakan dalan penelitian ini menurut Parasurahman dalam Algifari (2016:12) yaitu : Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Acces, Courtesy, Communication, Credibility, Security, Understanding/Knowing the Customer, Tangibles. Teknik Pengumpulan Data diantara yaitu Observasi, Wawancara dan Kuesioner. Dalam menganalisa data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data statistik deskriptif, yaitu statistik yang digunakan dalam menganalisa data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul. Kemudian pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert, yaitu suatu skala psikometrik yang umum digunakan dalam angket dan merupakan skala yang paling banyak digunakan dalam riset berupa survei. Diperoleh tanggapan responden mengenai indicator Reliability (Kehandalan) mendapatkan skor 1.256. Indikator Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap) mendapatkan skor1.298. Indikator Competence (Pengetahuan) mendapatkan skor 1.329. Indikator Acces (Akses) mendapatkan skor 1.308. Indikator Courtesy (Kesopanan) mendapatkan skor 1.291. Indikator Communication (Komunikasi) mendapatkan skor 1.274. Sedangkan indikator Credibility (Kredibilitas) mendapatkan skor 1.319, kemudian indikator Security (Keamanan) mendapatkan skor1.298 serta indikator Understanding/Knowing the Customer mendapatkan skor 1.336 dan indikator Tangibles (Bukti Fisik) mendapatkan skor 1.148. Dengan total skor keseluruhan 12.857.

Abstract

The Ombudsman is a public complaints institution formed to realize "Good Governance" and "Clean Government" local governments are required to be able to provide services to the public in an effective, efficient and accountable manner. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the Riau Province Ombudsman in completing community reports. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The indicators used to assess performance in this study are productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. In addition, it is also seen from the supporting factors and inhibiting organizational performance. The results showed that the productivity of the Ombudsman Representative of the Republic of Indonesia in Riau Province had not been maximized because the completion of reports that had not been owned by the community had not yet reached the target. Factors hindering performance are the lack of quantity and quality of human resources in completing reports, the absence of work system mechanisms, lack of facilities and infrastructure, limited budgets, lack of public knowledge about the existence of an Ombudsman in Riau Province, as well as the leadership and performance Ombudsman driving team.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang telah terlatih dan berkualitas baik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam suatu organisasi untuk mempertahan organisasi tersebut ketika mengahadapi sebuah tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi dari HRM sebagai inovasi dari kelangsungan hidup sebuah organisasi. Penelitinan ini menggunakan metode systematic literatur review (SLR) dengan melakuakn pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah HRM memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk mendukung tujuan, visi dan misi suatu organisasi. Hubungan yang terjalin baik antara human resource management dengan perilaku suatu organisasi ataupun orang-orang yang terlihat didalamnya sangat diperlukan dalam mendukung produktivitas dan efektivitas organisasi.

Abstract

Information technology plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of bureaucracy. One of the benefits of information technology is speeding up access to organizational processes, allowing for faster and more accurate decision-making. Moreover, information technology can improve the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of employees and companies, as well as enhance public services. The application of information technology in bureaucracy can also help improve public services and efficiency. The development of digital bureaucracy is also one of the efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of bureaucracy. In existing literature, information technology has an important role in enhancing the efficiency and complexity of bureaucracy. The research method used is a literature study with various research journals and an analytical research design supported by data on the Role of Information Technology in Improving the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Bureaucracy.
