Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the understanding and skills of SME entrepreneurs in calculating production costs using the full costing method for ayam geprek businesses located on Jl. Inspeksi Kalimalang, South Cikarang. The full costing method was chosen because it provides a comprehensive overview of production costs, including overhead costs that are often overlooked by SME entrepreneurs. This activity was carried out using a qualitative method through direct interviews with SME entrepreneurs to identify and determine production costs. The results of this community service, with the application of the full costing method, show that the total production cost over one month was IDR 11,700,000, with a cost of goods manufactured (COGM) per portion of IDR 7,446.67, generating a profit margin of 243.03%. In conclusion, this community service activity can make a tangible contribution to improving the management skills of small and medium enterprises in the culinary sector, particularly by optimizing production cost calculations using the full costing method for ayam geprek.

Abstract

In today's digital era, digital literacy has become one of the important aspects that influences the success of retail businesses. This community service aims to analyze the digital literacy of business owners and the technological competencies of employees at Happy Family Mart, as well as how these two factors can increase sales volume. Through this community service, it is expected that solutions can be found for the problems faced, such as inadequate digital capabilities of business owners, manual financial recording systems, underutilization of Ipos software, minimal digital promotion, and low employee understanding in technology usage. The results of this community service are expected to provide useful recommendations for business owners and employees in optimizing retail information systems and increasing sales volume.

Abstract

One of them is Batik Giriloyo, this study examines the Role of Giriloyo Wukisari Hand-Written Batik Crafts in supporting the economic resilience of the community in Wukisari Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study discusses the role of Giriloyo hand-drawn batik crafts in improving the economic welfare of the local community. Thus, this study Increases Understanding of Economic Empowerment and provides insight into how the traditional craft industry can contribute to community welfare. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach method with the aim of deeply understanding the process of community economic empowerment through hand-drawn batik crafts in Giriloyo, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Overall, the results of the study show that community economic empowerment through Giriloyo hand-drawn batik has a significant positive impact on various aspects of life. In terms of economy, this initiative has succeeded in increasing income and creating financial stability for craftsmen, opening up new business opportunities, and increasing people's purchasing power. In terms of social aspects, this empowerment increases the role of women in the family economy, strengthens the craftsman community through collaboration, and strengthens social relations. From a cultural perspective, this effort plays an important role in preserving the cultural heritage of Giriloyo batik tulis through the regeneration of skills in the younger generation. Although advances in technology and digital marketing open up wider market opportunities, the challenges of digital literacy still need to be overcome. Barriers such as limited capital, competition, and lack of access to global markets underscore the need for continued support from the government and the private sector to ensure the sustainability and development of community economic empowerment through Giriloyo batik tulis.

Abstract

Factors influencing customer decisions in choosing working capital financing in Islamic commercial banks include inflation and the BI Rate. Rising inflation can reduce the amount of funds that Islamic banks can collect for financing, while high financing r isks may limit the distribution of funds to the real sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and the BI Rate on working capital financing in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2019–2023 period. The research uses a quantitative method with secondary time series data and path analysis through SPSS 21. The results show that inflation has a positive and significant effect on working capital financing, while the BI Rate has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant influence. These findings have important implications for business actors to better understand the macroeconomic dynamics that affect financing, enabling more strateg ic financial decision-making.

Abstract

Techno Media Vocational High School is a school majoring in Broadcasting and Film that develops Editing and Broadcasting science so that understanding of the basics of accounting and tax is still very low. This problem will have an impact on students' ability to make personal and corporate financial decisions as well as entrepreneurial skills. This study aims to provide a basic understanding of accounting and tax at SMK Techno Media, South Tangerang City as a tool in decision making, by evaluating the level of students' understanding of the basics of accounting and tax, and identifying the factors that influence it. This study applies a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and literature studies by comparing the theories obtained from the basic understanding of accounting and tax. The results of this study indicate that students of SMK Techno Media, South Tangerang City, are very good at socializing the basic understanding of accounting andtax, this is observed in terms of enthusiasm and cooperation of SMK Techno Media students. Students' interest in socialization provides positive thingsin knowledge and practice of financial management up to tax reporting that must be done as Taxpayers. This can be useful for SMK Techno Media students in managing the budget for providing editing and broadcasting tools, information on making accurate financial reports, knowledge of tax and legal compliance, and preparing students to become independent professionals

Abstract

Journalism training is also considered important, not only for high school students but also for all groups, including the general public and teachers. The challenge of this community service is to equip students with accurate and professional journalistic knowledge and to present media content that adheres to journalistic codes of ethics while using language that is understandable by the audience. This community service aims to equip students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Mataram with good and correct journalistic knowledge. In addition, students can present media content that complies with journalistic codes of ethics and language that is understandable to the audience. This community service research employs a descriptive qualitative research method, focusing on the approach of interpersonal communication theory. The community service, in the form of journalism training, was attended by approximately 80 participants from MAN 2 Mataram students, who also served as research subjects in this community service. The results of the study show that teachers and students participating in the MAN 2 Mataram journalism training are aware and consider that journalism training is essential, not only for high school students (SMA) but also for all groups, including the general public. Even the teachers consider that journalism training needs to be provided to teachers so that they can understand journalistic practices correctly and adequately. The audience will be able to comprehend the work of journalists in the field and simultaneously distinguish between accurate and inaccurate information.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset for the success of a company, especially in a competitive automotive sector such as Sentral Yamaha Padang. Facing the challenges of market competition and changes in consumer behavior, companies are required to develop comprehensive and innovative HR strategies. Sentral Yamaha Padang faces significant problems in the form of budget constraints, inadequate employee mapping, work culture and others. This condition indicates a gap in the HR management system that requires strategic and sustainable solutions. This activity aims to analyze effective HR strategy planning and development in improving employee performance at Sentral Yamaha Padang, as well as reviewing the implementation of a technology-based workforce optimization system to create a productive and competitive work environment. The activity was carried out using an interview and observation approach involving selected managers and employees. The implementation of HR planning and development strategies in the form of ongoing training programs, performance-based reward systems, clear communication, motivating employees and maintaining work-life balance.

Abstract

Commercialization of communal intellectual property (CIK) has become a strategic issue in the protection of indigenous peoples' rights in the era of creative economy and globalization. KIK includes traditional cultural expressions, traditional knowledge, and genetic resources that are passed down from generation to generation and attached to the collective identity of indigenous peoples. This research aims to analyze the impact of KIK commercialization on the welfare of indigenous peoples from a legal, economic and social perspective. Using a normative juridical approach and case studies in several indigenous communities in Indonesia, this article examines how commercialization practices whether carried out by outsiders or by indigenous peoples themselves can provide economic benefits, but also present the potential for exploitation, marginalization and inequality in benefit distribution. It is found that the success of commercialization is highly dependent on adequate legal recognition and protection of indigenous peoples' collective rights and their active involvement in the process of KIK management and utilization. Therefore, the strengthening of collective rights-based legal protection systems and fair revenue sharing mechanisms are key requirements to ensure that the commercialization of KIK truly contributes to improving the welfare of indigenous peoples, without compromising inherent cultural values and local wisdom.

Abstract

Industrial design is an important part of intellectual property that protects the visual appearance of a product, such as shapes, lines, or colors, which provides aesthetic value and distinguishes it from other products. The presence of Industrial Design Law 31 of 2000 is a tangible manifestation of the determination to provide protection for the right to industrial design in Indonesia. The protection of industrial design is inherent in the form of the Indonesian state which is constitutionally declared as a state of law which aims to encourage innovation, creativity, and provide legal certainty for designers and industry players. The industrial design registration process is carried out through the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) and grants exclusive rights for a certain period of time. Dispute resolution can be done through litigation or through alternative dispute resolution.

Abstract

Integrated Circuit Layout Design (ICCD) is a new form of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) that has unique characteristics and cannot be fully regulated by traditional IPR regimes such as Copyright, Patents, trademarks, or industrial designs. The need for special legal protection for ICCD is driven by advances in technology and the global economy, especially in the semiconductor industry. Legal protection for ICCD in Indonesia is regulated through Law Number 32 of 2000 which grants exclusive rights to design creators against commercial exploitation of their work, as well as protecting them from misuse of rights by other parties. The protection mechanism is carried out both through criminal law and civil law. This protection is based on the principle of originality, and is valid for 10 years from the date of receipt or first commercial exploitation.
