Abstract

PT Utama Media Cemerlang utilizes social media to promote its products and services. This company offers two categories of service products, namely Event Management and Advertisement, these two product categories are offered via social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Email. Through a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. This research shows that strategic use of social media expands market reach and strengthens relationships with potential clients, which ultimately contributes positively to improving the Company's business performance. This research provides insight into the importance of the benefits of social media as an efficient and effective marketing tool for companies providing services in this digital era. Abstract

Sponsorship program planning is a key element in the success of an exhibition. This study aims to explore the sponsorship planning strategy implemented by PT Nusaraya Asa Exhibition (ASA Exhibitions) in the context of the 2024 Indonesia Beauty Influencers Summit event. Through a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods, the research results show that the planning process involves several stages, including preparing a sponsorship proposal, creating a database of potential sponsors, communicating and sending proposals, following up, negotiating, and dealing. This study also identified several challenges in sponsorship program planning, including obstacles in bartering products that do not match the value of the booth being sold and the lack of interest of potential sponsors in sponsorship packages that are considered too expensive. These findings provide insight into best practices and challenges faced in sponsorship planning, as well as suggestions for improving the effectiveness of future sponsorship programs. Abstract

The 2023 Astra Motor Champion Club (AMCC) event is included in the corporate event category with the type of event being an award ceremony. The event was held to provide motivation to employees to improve their performance professionally. The purpose of this research is to determine the process of planning and organizing the 2023 Astra Motor Champion Club (AMCC) event. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach data analysis method with data collection methods in the form of interviews conducted with the project officer as the main role in the entire series of events, then the observation method to observe during the planning process to the implementation of the event, and the documentation method as evidence of information during the activity in the form of images. The research results show that in the planning process there is a registration preparation stage, namely the data collection stage. These stages consist of receiving the participant database, creating a sample participant QR Code, testing the participant's QR Code, creating all participant QR Codes, creating an AMCC 2023 invitation design, and uploading it to Google Drive. Apart from that, in the process of organizing the event there are two processes, namely controlling the participant registration process and the mobile implementation of the awards session.

Abstract

The phenomenon of "retirement graduation" has become significant as a form of recognition and celebration of the achievements of individuals who have fully dedicated themselves to the mission and vision of the pendidikan.PT institution Telkom Indonesia routinely holds a Retirement Graduation Ceremony as a form of appreciation for the dedication and contribution that has been given by the participants to Telkom Indonesia. The purpose of this report is to present detailed information about the role of the Talent Division in the management of the performers, involving aspects of preparation, implementation, and closing of the event. The research method used is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The result of this research is that there are stages carried out by the Talent Division in the 2023 Telkom Retirement Graduation, namely the preparation stage, including the process of contacting talents to rehearsals. The implementation stage includes a mechanism process that is implemented in accordance with the Talent Division planning. Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Student Visit Program on active learning among university students attending the "Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2023" exhibition. The program aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with firsthand exposure to industrial practices and innovations in the plastics sector. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was utilized to explore the preparation and execution of the program. The results reveal that the program significantly enhances students' practical understanding of industrial applications, motivating them to engage more actively in their learning process. Challenges such as scheduling conflicts and communication issues were identified, but overall, the program was successful in achieving its educational objectives.

Abstract

One of the most crucial aspects in organizing a MICE event is Customs, Immigration and Quarantine. Customs, Immigration and Quarantine activities are never separated from the implementation of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) events. Customs, Immigration and Quarantine activities play an important role in the sustainability of the implementation of MICE events both during pre, during and post events. The smoothness of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine procedures in organizing MICE events can be both an opportunity and a threat to the MICE industry. The implementation of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine activities that are measured and careful can be an opportunity for the bargaining position of the destination in the eyes of the world, the destination will have the opportunity to be re-elected as the host of the international MICE event because of the ease of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine procedures obtained by international participants / delegates. On the other hand, the implementation of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine activities that are not measured and not careful can be a threat to the destination if in its implementation there are procedural errors in the collection of import duties on goods, immigration procedures for delegates who attend or quarantine procedures for animals that will be included in the exhibition. This study aims to determine the role and procedures for handling Customs, Immigration and Quarantine in supporting the implementation of MICE events. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection is carried out by literature studies and interviews. The analysis method used in this study is exploratory method.

Abstract

This study discusses incentive trips organized by one of the vocational colleges, the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ). In this case, D4 ​​MICE students master the practice of courses, especially regarding tourism management. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of incentive trips as a practicum for students of the PNJ MICE study program batch 2021 and to explain tourism management to manage incentive trips for the PNJ MICE study program batch 2021. The research method used by the author is qualitative research, with primary and secondary data collection methods. Primary data is data that is first collected from original sources through observation, interviews with participant representatives from students who take part in incentive trips, and notes while in the field. While secondary data comes from libraries or journals as a review of the theory of research preparation. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the implementation of incentive trips as a practicum for students of the 2021 PNJ MICE study program can run smoothly with effective communication that has occurred so far. The implementation of communication during the bidding process to the evaluation is considered effective in making the incentive trip event process to Anyer Island carried out by the committee successful. Meanwhile, tourism management to manage incentive trips for the 2021 PNJ MICE study program requires caution, especially when making a decision. For example, in choosing bus transportation for travel incentives. On the other hand, the selection of accommodation is not only seen from star hotels. Abstract

Instagram has become one of the most effective digital marketing tools for shopping malls, including Botani Square Mall. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Instagram in enhancing customer engagement and supporting the marketing strategy of Botani Square Mall. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, which includes observations of Botani Square Mall's Instagram content, user interactions, and interviews with social media managers.The research results show that the use of interactive features Reels increases Instagram engagement at Botani Square Mall. Moreover, consistency in posting content and the use of attractive visual strategies also play a role in enhancing audience appeal. In conclusion, Instagram is an effective platform for supporting the promotion of Botani Square Mall, provided that content strategies are continuously adapted to trends and customer preferences.

Abstract

. As a major event involving thousands of participants and visitors, the smooth operation and management of the event heavily rely on an efficient and modern system, particularly in the registration and ticket management process. To support this, the use of digital platforms like Ticket Tailor becomes a relevant solution. Ticket Tailor, a web-based application, offers convenience in ticket sales and management, with key features such as integrated payment systems, customizable ticket designs, and efficient participant registration management. This application helps reduce human error, improves operational efficiency, and ensures the validity and security of tickets. The implementation of Ticket Tailor by GCM Group, the organizer of JFW, can optimize ticket management, streamline the registration process, and enhance user experience, leading to higher participant satisfaction. Therefore, the utilization of this technology contributes positively to creating a more organized, modern event that aligns with the evolving needs of the times and supports the overall success of Jakarta Fashion Week. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the behavioral characteristics of Generation Z's (Gen Z) interest in visiting exhibition events in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative descriptive research method was employed, involving 103 respondents aged 20–23 years. The results indicate that Generation Z considers information from exhibitions important (mean 3.46) and shows high interest in participating in seminars/workshops (mean 3.31). Location (mean 3.69) and entry cost (mean 3.38) significantly influence their visitation decisions. Although visitation frequency is low (76.9% visit only 1–2 times/year), Generation Z demonstrates awareness of sustainability practices (mean 3.38), albeit with limited willingness to pay extra for them (mean 2.77). These findings suggest that exhibition organizers should adapt strategies regarding location, pricing, and educational content to attract Generation Z. Further research is needed to generalize the findings with a more diverse sample.
