Abstract

The Jak preneur Program is one of Dinas PPUMKM's most successful MSME empowerment and development initiatives in Jakarta. MSMEs are critical to the global economy, contributing to job creation, innovation, and economic growth. However, they frequently face challenges in effectively harnessing and utilizing their knowledge assets to drive competitiveness, particularly for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov DKI Jakarta). This study investigates the implications of knowledge management in a government organization's Jak preneur program under the supervision of Dinas PPUKM (Provincial Government Department of Industry, Trade, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). Furthermore, the study's findings will help MSMEs overcome the lack of knowledge-based growth barriers. This thesis investigates the concept of knowledge management (KM) in the context of public government organizations. The goal of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of Knowledge Management practices in government organizations, examining current approaches, challenges, and potential strategies and frameworks for improvement. The study employs a qualitative approach that includes in-depth interviews and focuses on group discussions (FGD) with multiple perspectives from MSME owners, managers, mentors, and facilitators in order to identify knowledge gaps, which will be classified into four categories: people, processes, technology, and governance. Each stakeholder is expected to participate in the knowledge management process, accelerating the organization's goal of raising the standard of its MSMEs. The study's findings can help policymakers, MSME practitioners, and researchers design and implement effective knowledge management initiatives. The proposed system is intended to be used to clarify the management of Dinas PPUMKM (Provincial Government Department of Industry, Trade, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), including not only roles and responsibilities but also how the knowledge management system can improve the company's day-to-day performance.

Abstract

Many scholars write about textbooks on human rights both on a global scale and in Indonesia, but we find incompleteness on how human rights become practical and have value, a phrase in the book Human Rights Law. slightly) from the historical development of the birth of an understanding of human rights. And from an Islamic perspective we will read and see in the understanding of Islamic law itself. The problems inherent in human beings are something that attracts scientists, philosophers and also legal experts. Because in the human being itself is stored the will, rights and freedom that are inherent in him. Human rights (HAM) are rights that are owned by all people in accordance with humane conditions. Human problems are a matter of complexity, if the rights inherent in themselves are not fought for and protected, there will be social slavery, human colonization, and regulation. monolithic life. So that freedom and the will for independence should be restrained in the shackles of outside forces who "colonize". In history, the origin of human rights is from the theory of natural rights (Natural Rights theory). The natural theory of rights originates from the theory of natural law (natural law theory), the latter of which can be traced back all the way back to ancient times with stoic philosophy to modern times through the natural law writings of Saint Thomas Aquinas

Abstract

The cattle industry in Indonesia is very important because it can provide an adequate supply of meat for the community. However, the cattle industry in Indonesia still faces various challenges, such as increasing production costs and low productivity. One way to overcome these challenges is to feed cattle with technology. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the physical composition of beef carcasses on the selling price of beef fed with technological feed. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected using observation and literature study techniques. The results showed that the physical composition of cattle carcasses affects the selling price of beef. Cattle with heavier carcasses and a higher percentage of meat tend to have a higher selling price. In addition, cattle with a lower percentage of fat also tend to have a higher selling price. These findings suggest that the use of feed technology can improve the physical composition of cattle carcasses and increase the selling value of beef

Abstract

Preeclampsia is an increase in blood pressure in pregnant women starting at more than 20 weeks of age. Patients with preeclampsia are given MgSO4 as a preventive therapy for eclampsia, where MgSO4 acts as an anticonvulsant that is safe and commonly used in pregnant women. Oktatin's research (2016) found that all patients who used MgSO4 prophylaxis at RSUD dr. Soetomo Surabaya did not experience eclampsia seizures and without symptoms of side effects or drug interactions. In Hariyanti's research (2016) through a retroprespective cohort approach at Fatmawati General Hospital, it was found that the reduction in eclampsia cases in patients with MgSO4 administration was higher than that in patients without MgSO4 administration. Apart from being an anticonvulsant, MgSO4 also plays a role in protecting the fetus
