Abstract

Long jawed mackerel is an economically important type of fish that is widely caught and consumed in Indonesia. The diversity of processed mackerel products in Indonesia is still relatively low. One of the innovations in fish-based food processing that can be done is the use of mackerel to make kamaboko. One of the enzymes that can improve the functional properties of mackerel meat protein is the transglutaminase enzyme. This enzyme has the potential to be applied to mackerel due to the content of the amino acid lysine found in myosin and glutamine in the transglutaminase enzyme so as to produce peptide bonds that form the gel kamaboko (ashi). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the transglutaminase enzyme on physical and chemical properties and to determine the ideal concentration of the use of the transglutaminase enzyme in the manufacture of mackerel kamaboko in compliance with SNI Kamaboko. The method used in this research is an experimental method. Researchers used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications. The treatment used was the addition of transglutaminase enzyme concentrations E0 (0%), E1 (0.1%), E2 (0.5%), E3 (1%). Kamaboko mackerel is then tested for physical properties which include appearance, folding test, bite test, and gel strength, while testing for chemical properties includes moisture, fat, and protein content. The results showed that the addition of transglutaminase enzymes to mackerel kamaboko had an effect on the texture of kamaboko. Kamaboko mackerel treated E2 and E3 is kamaboko in accordance with SNI kamaboko.

Abstract

Excessive access to online games by players can lead to addiction. Online game addiction can be detected through various ways including self-report questionnaires. Based on the value of the answers in the questionnaire a person can be categorized into groups, mild addiction, moderate addiction and severe addiction. Generally, this assessment calculation is done manually or through procedural programming languages. This is not efficient for processing more and more data, for that the mechine learning classification model is applied to solve the problem of program code repetition. This study compared the performance of three mechine learning methods against two different types of questionnaires, namely questionnaires with Likert scale and questionnaires with yes no type. The case study used in this study is online game addiction among high school students in Banda Aceh City, Indonesia. This research successfully proved that the algorithm ... It is better to use questionnaires with data types...., while algorithms....are better to use for questionnaires with types.....with the accuracy of the three algorithms are as follows. This study reveals the emergence of online game addiction, especially among high school students within Banda Aceh city. The results depicted that as many as 6% of high school students in the city of Banda Aceh indicated experiencing online game addiction based on their reports. Another objective of this research is to find the best accuracy between Naive Bayes and Support vector machine (SVM) in classifying the severity of the online game. It found that SVM accuracy was higher than Naive Bayes for the case of online game addiction level classification in high school students in Banda Aceh. This study provided baseline data for further research.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that has a large number of workers. The increasing number of workers turns out to make conflicts between workers and companies more frequent. Not only workers, retired workers also experience problems with companies because their rights are not fulfilled. This paper analyzes and describes the social movement HIPPMA (Association of Plantation Pensioners Maju Bersama) to fight for the rights of retired workers. The research method used in this study is using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews and observations as well as literature studies and are interpreted based on the support of literature reviews so that a conclusion can be drawn. Theories about social movements and resource mobilization are used as analytical tools. The results showed that social movements are fundamental as a forum for workers to convey their aspirations. The difference between this HIPPMA organization and others is that the HIPPMA organization has a membership of PTPN II retirees and has different rights issues but they still fight together for these different rights. Social movements do not always reach destruction because in this HIPPMA organization they have high solidity and struggle for 20 years. Some of the successes of the HIPPMA social movement are already visible. The results that have been obtained are SHT (Old Age Compensation) for pensioners in 1991-1999 has been paid off by PTPN II, the issuance of BPN Decree number 42, 43, 44 / HGU / BPN / 2002 concerning Ministerial Decree 42 which issued 558.35 Ha of land for plantation pensioners. In addition, members of the HIPPMA organization have protection from the police, legal entities and government by issuing valid letters from the government so that retired plantations of the HIPPMA organization until now have not been evicted.

Abstract

Linguistics' field of pronunciation studies how words are pronounced and their intended meanings, arrangement, and classification of sounds as linguistic components. Then pronunciation is often associated in the pronunciation of a poem. It started with an oral tradition because previously poetry was made to be performed. Focusing on the phonemic inventory of poetry, several studies have found a non-arbitrary relationship between the frequency of occurrence of certain phoneme classes and the "emotional meaning", or emotional connotation of certain phonemes and their influence on the perception of the emotional tone of poetry. This research is classified as a collective enterprise and non-experimental descriptive research. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) was used in this study to collect data as part of the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). There were 113 data collected from various accredited and Scopus indexed sources such as Elsevier were mobilized to search the data. There are several papers that eliminated by problem topic, publication criteria, and the main outcome, namely the relationship between poetry and pronunciation in writing, 1 journal left. The main key keyword is also obtained, namely "additional language-learner". Then to determine the influence of poetic style on pronunciation, the author identified it through the use of rhyme and rhythm as well as physical engagement, this technology was able to capture "micro-moments" of peer-to-peer learning, illustrating how these techniques might be used to successfully engage students whose first language was not being used in the classroom.

Abstract

The relationship that exists between fans and their idols is considered to have a special meaning. The existence of distance and time makes fans only able to see their idol from television or social media which happened in one direction. The one-way relationship builds parasocial interactions between fans and their idols where fans feel they understand, care, and sense how their idols felt. Parasocial interactions were experienced by fans and their idols, including BTS and their fans called ARMY. This study uses a qualitative method. This research on BTS and ARMY aims to find out what forms of parasocial interaction are carried out by ARMYs with BTS and how ARMYs interpret these interactions. The research was conducted on six participants who are ARMYs. Data collection was conducted by interview and literature study. The study was conducted in Jakarta from March to July 2022. The research was conducted by linking the answers of the informants using Hoffner's four parasocial interaction effects, which are sense of companionship, pseudo-friendship, role models in behavior, and personal identity. Researchers found that the parasocial effect is described as a form of admiration of fans for their idols. Also, ARMY considers that the parasocial interactions that occur with BTS have a positive impact and that positive impact were implemented in everyday life
