PUSTAKALOKA is published twice annually (June and December) by the journal editors from the Library IAIN Ponorogo in cooperation with the Asosiasi Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Islam (APPTIS) Jawa Timur. Every received article will be reviewed by the journal editors and external editors and reviewers who are competent in each related field. The review uses double-blind peer review before the journal is published. PUSTAKALOKA will publish selected paper under a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the knowledge of mapping in the field of Library Science with the Nine Basics of Information Science method and to analyze the development that has led to the Kemenristekdikti nomenclature. The research method used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The total population of 1,597 and a sample of 94. he validity test used construct validity and empirical reliability tests. Data analysis with mean analysis based on variables from all respondents and presented. The results showed that of the knowledge mapping the field of library science was categorized into three categories, namely the category of foundation, resources, and subject-based knowledge. he category of foundation shows that the use of theory used has varied, but it was found that several publications did not use theory. The method of publication is more inclined to use qualitative methods, and a relatively high level of sophistication publication. The category of resources is more inclined to use secondary information sources. The category of subject-based knowledge tends to be the subject of social issues, the subject of the technique and process of presenting information in the library, the subject of systems and application development, and the subject of technology. The results of the knowledge mapping in the field of library science in the publications on the Garuda website have also led to a new nomenclature, which is more directed at the field of social issues. Keywords: knowledge mapping, library science , library science and information science

Abstract

To achieve good governance, library need an integrated quality control of allits elements. Consequently, the quality manual device for library activities is needed. Quality manual is a coordinated activities to direct, control and organize so that the quality or performance of library standard can be achieved. Quality manual is basically a concise statement of policies, objectives, and key processes. Library standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is part of quality standards  developed by the library. in general, preparation of SOP includes four steps, i.e. needs analysis, SOP, SOP development, SOP implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Therefore, it can procedure SOP concistenly appropriate to the needs to support the completeness of the integrated quality management in the libraries.

Abstract

The study of Ideal leadership concept currently still becomes an interesting topic. From Islamic perspective, the nature of human being who descended to earth is to be a leader. Furthermore, during the leadership history, Prophet Muhammad is named as an ideal leader due to his success of gaining many followers in the religious proselytizing. The leadership model that is conducted by the prophet is known as prophetic leadership. During his time of being a prophetic leader, he is also included in the situational leadership theory, in which the theory is the combination of authoritarian, laissez faire, and democratic leadership. This kind of leadership model is very suitable to be applied in anywhere. In this study, the writer explains about situational leadership that has been applied by Prophet Muhammad in a micro organization called library. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the importance of quality in each service activity especially in organizations engaged in services, including libraries. This research was aimed at testing the correlation between ServQual dimensions provided by the IAIN Tulungagung Library with user satisfaction. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was the visitors of the IAIN Tulungagung Library which was randomly selected. The total sample of 400 people was determined using the Slovin formula. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire containing statements with closed responses (answer has been determined). Data analysis in this study involved validity test, reliability test, normality test and Spearman correlation test. The results showed that: (1) The dimensions of quality Tangible (X1) services have a strong relationship with user satisfaction (Y) because it has a correlation value of 67.2%. (2) Reliability quality dimension (X2) service has a strong relationship with user satisfaction (Y) because it has a correlation value of 53.2%. (3) The dimension of Responsiveness (X3) service quality has a strong relationship with user satisfaction (Y) because it has a correlation value of 55.4%. (4) Quality Assurance (X4) service dimension has a strong relationship with user satisfaction (Y) because it has a correlation value of 57.9%. (5) Quality dimension of Emphaty (X5) service has a very strong relationship with user satisfaction (Y) because it has a correlation of 75.7%. And (6) The results of the Spearman correlation test show that all X variables (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) have a very strong relationship with the Y variable (user satisfaction) because it has a correlation value of 77.7%. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that all dimensions of service quality have a significant relationship or correlation with user satisfaction. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kualitas pada setiap kegiatan layanan tertutama pada organisasi yang bergerak dibidang jasa, termasuk di dalamnya perpustakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji korelasi antara dimensi ServQual yang diberikan oleh Pusat Perpustakaan IAIN Tulungagung dengan kepuasan pemustaka. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pemustaka dari Pusat Perpustakaan IAIN Tulungagung yang dipilih secara acak. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 orang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan. Pernyataan tersebut bersifat tertutup (jawaban telah ditentukan). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Dimensi kualitas Tangible (X1) layanan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kepuasan pemustaka (Y) karena memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 67,2%. (2)  Dimensi kualitas Reliability (X2) layanan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kepuasan pemustaka (Y) karena memiliki nilai korelasi 53,2%. (3) Dimensi kualitas Responsivenes (X3) layanan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kepuasan pemustaka (Y)  karena memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 55,4%. (4) Dimensi kualitas  Assurance (X4) layanan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kepuasan pemustaka (Y) karena memiliki nilai korelasi 57,9%. (5) Dimensi kualitas Emphaty (X5) layanan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan kepuasan pemustaka (Y) karena memiliki korelasi sebesar 75,7%. Dan (6) Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel X (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty) memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan variabel Y (kepuasan pemustaka) karena memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 77,7%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua dimensi kualitas layanan memiliki hubungan atau korelasi yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pemustaka

Abstract

The purpose of writing is analyzing the needs to be formed immediately National Commision Disability by the state. The effect has not yet been formed, constitution implementation not well implemented by organizer library, government offices and campus library in Kudus city, central Java. The data are obtained from literature review of written materials on library and Law No 8 of 2016 on People with Disabilities, Law No 14 of 2008 on the Openness of Public Information, and Law No 43 of 2017 onLibraries. Data were analyzed in descriptive qualitative method. Library as a public space should provide facilities people with disabilities. However, the implementation of the Law on People with Disability is difficult because the supporting instruments including 8 government regulations (PP), 2 presidential regulations (Perpres), Minister of Social affairs; regulation (Permensos), and the National Disability Commission has not yet been realized. Once the supporting regulations are established, then the Openness of Public Information Act is also implemented. It is our task to guard the establishment of the Laws and regulations. National Commission Disability urgently formed.

Abstract

Revolusi teknologi informasi ini sangat berperan dalam perkembangan dunia perpustakaan. Perpustakaan yang tadinya pasif menjadi lebih aktif dalam berinteraksi dengan pemustakanya. Masuknya teknologi informasi di perpustakaan, juga merupakan tuntutan dari pemustaka yang dilayani, dimana mereka menuntut layanan yang cepat, akurat dan kemudahan mendapatkan informasi dari keberagaman jenis sumber informasi. Penerapan program sistem informasi perpustakaan sudah menjadi keharusan pada sistem layanan dan pengolahan informasi di perpustakaan agar tidak ditinggalkan oleh pemakainya. Permasalahan dalam tulisan ini bagaimana migrasi system informasi perpustakaan di Perpustakaan STAIN Pekalongan? Tulisan ini mencoba membahas bahwa dalam proses migrasi yang dimulai dari pemilihan program otomasi perpustakaan tergantung pada kebutuhan perpustakaan itu sendiri yang berorientasi pada layanan prima atau service excellent kepada masyarakat yang dilayaninya. Otomasi perpustakaan adalah sebuah sebuah proses pengelolaan perpustakaan dengan menggunakan bantuan teknologi informasi (TI). Penerapan TI sebagai sistem manajemen informasi perpustakaan biasanya berkaitan pada bidang kerja meliputi pengadaan, pengolahan, layanan, dan online public acces catalogue (OPAC). Tujuan otomasi didalam perpustakaan meliputi memudahkan integrasi kegiatan perpustakaan, memudahkan kerja sama dan pembentukan jaringan perpustakaan, membantu menghindari duplikasi kegiatan di perpustakaan, menghindari dari pekerjaan yang bersifat mengulang dan membosankan, meningkatkan efisiensi. Otomasi perpustakaan membutuhkan perangkat keras (hardware), perangkat lunak (software), sumber daya manusia, dana, pedoman standar. Migrasi system informasi perpustakaan STAIN Pekalongan dari SIPRUS ke SLIMS. Migrasi sistem informasi dilaksanakan karena SLIMS memiliki keunggulan dan pengembangan sistem untuk jangka panjang. Faktor pemustaka yang akan memakai hasil dari proses otomasi di perpustakaan tersebut juga harus dipertimbangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai representasi fungsi dan nilai dari kepustakawanan dapat dikaji melalui analisis wacana, salah satunya melalui media film. Salah satu film yang memiliki nilai kepustakawanan adalah film Se7en. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana peran perpustakaan, peran pustakawan, posisi pemustaka dan nilai informasi yang digunakan dalam permasalahan yang diangkat dalam cerita film. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis wacana pada film. Proses analisis data menggunakan metode semiotik Roland Barthes yang membagi tiga hal utama yaitu makna denotatif, konotatif dan mitos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi perpustakaan dalam film ini meliputi peran perpustakaan sebagai tempat dalam mencari informasi dan penegakkan hukum. Sementara itu pustakawan dalam film ini digambarkan sebagai sosok yang tidak memiliki kewenangan dalam perlindungan data pemustakanya. Sementara itu informasi yang bersifat privasi dapat diperjualbelikan meskipun harus melanggar kode etik yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk mengetahui perkembangan perpustakaan dan pustakawan dalam konteks sosial di masyarakat.

One of them is Athenaeum Light 8.5, DFW (Dewey For Windows) Version 1.00, WebDewey 2.0, e-DDC (electronic-Dewey Decimal Classification) Edition 22. In this paper, it will roll out about how to use software with it excess and deficiency.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi kegiatan open access yang dilakukan di repository perpustakaan dan menjelaskan tantangan perpustakaan dalam mengembangkan kualitas repository. Salah satu indikator kualitas repository adalah adanya implementasi open access yang diterapkan dengan baik. Namun saat ini masih banyak perpustakaan yang belum menerapkan paradigma open access dengan benar sehingga banyak perpustakaan belum berani membuka informasi secara full text. Hal ini dikarenakan masih adanya kekhawatiran dengan praktik plagiarism ketika informasi tersebut dibuka secara full text. Oleh karena itu ada beberapa hal yang perlu dilakukan oleh pustakawan untuk mengembangkan kualitas repository, diantaranya; (1) Menghimbau kepada dosen pembimbing untuk meneliti dengan serius hasil karya mahasiswa, (2) Pustakawan harus menyaring (filtering) karya-karya penelitian yang akan dimasukkan ke dalam repository terkait konten, apakah karya tersebut asli atau plagiarism, (3) Pustakawan harus membantu menyadarkan kepada para peneliti dan mahasiswa di sekitar institusi untuk mempunyai moral yang baik sehingga dapat menulis karya ilmiah sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku, (4) Pustakawan harus selalu mengecek isi dan konten dari karya ilmiah sebelum diterbitkan sehingga karya ilmiah yang masuk merupakan karya yang berkualitas, dan (5) Pustakawan harus membuat kebijakan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) tentang proses penerbitan karya ilmiah ke dalam repository.

Abstract

Today the development of science and technology is dinamic, even faster than before, one of it is the existence of internet. Web is the collection of pages used to show information, motion pictures, audio, audio visual, both static or dinamic. Web can be used for information management system. The use of it will spread information dissemination and promotion of library to the users of Indonesian or abroad. So the library must optimize web as information system to achieve the purposeof library.
