Hypertension is the major caused of cardiovascular mortality in the world and in Indonesia, hypertension is the riskfactor of cardiovascular disease such as heart failure, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, and stroke. Currenttechnology improvement bring so many development information system refers patient monitoring and healthcare incertain community groups. Healthcare and health promotion who take advantage of mobile technology also known as mHealth. . This study uses a non-systematic literature review method based on relevant sources from related topics to beable to provide an overview of the use of mobile health in the management of hypertension control. Based on the resultsof a review of 7 research articles, it can be concluded that the use of mobile health applications is effective in managinghypertension disease control. 6 out of 7 of research shows that the use of mobile health has a significant effect onmanagement of hypertension patient care. Based on the result of f a review of 7 research articles, it can be concludedthat the use of mobile health applications is effective in managing hypertension control

One of the common complications of diabetes mellitus is diabetic foot problems. Diabetic foot not treated properly willbe easily get sores and quickly develop into foot ulcers. Primary prevention management of diabetic foot aim to preventing foot injuries and avoid further damage and ulcers arise which can lead to amputation. The aim of this study to analyze the effectiveness of education on risk factors for diabetic foot injuries in the practice of preventing diabetic foot in clients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The population in this study is patient who diagnosed DM in the Pasar Minggu sub-district, sample are taken according to formula of calculating number of the samples which is author use purposive sampling technique. The qualified sample is 60 respondents, consist of 30 respondents from the intervention group and 30 respondents from control group. The results showed there was a significant relationship between education and thepractice of diabetic foot prevention. Based on this research author has recommendations, which is a nurses has to educate clients to prevent complications of diabetic foot wounds, it will be reduce the amputation rate in DM clients by involving the family.

Chemotherapy have side effect for colorectal cancer patients such as anemia, leukopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, heart and skin disorders, diarrhea, mucositis, nausea, vomiting, and hypersensitivity reactions. Themost common side effects in patients undergoing chemotherapy cycles are Nausea and vomiting. It common effect impact patient's quality of life. The purpose of this article is to analyze nursing interventions in a 38-year-old woman whileundergoing the 3rd cycle of chemotherapy with the application of acupressure therapy to reduce nausea and vomiting.This article uses the case study method using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) instrument to measure the level of nauseabefore and after being given acupressure intervention. The massage point area to suppress or reduce nausea and vomiting is at points P6 and ST36. This acupressure technique intervention was given for 5 days of treatment. Based on this, the intervention of acupressure techniques at points P6 and ST36 is effective to reducing complaints of nausea in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. This study recommends acupressure as a non-pharmacological intervention that can be implemented in patients with chemotherapy effect which nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing chemotherapy at the hospital

Analysis of Nursing Care for for Mr.S’s Family with the Application of Ginger Warm Compress to Decrease Pain inDepok. Elderly has physiological changes that mostly occur is a decrease in musculoskeletal function including reducedmuscle strength, muscle mass, reduced bone mass, reduced fluids in the cells, so that erosion can occur on the jointsurfaces and cartilage covering the joint surfaces of damaged supporting bones, loss of cartilage, bone hypertrophy, andcapsule thickening. One of the manifestations of this change in the musculoskeletal system is chronic pain in joints cancause a negative impact for the elderly, such as disrupted daily activities and mobility. This case study aims to describethe results of interventions from non-pharmacological pain management, namely warm ginger compresses performed inthe elderly with chronic pain problems. Ginger warm compress is done eight times for 20 minutes in 3 weeks. The resultsof the intervention show that there is a decrease in pain scale by using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) from moderate tomild pain. This shows that non-pharmacological pain management by applied warm ginger compresses can reduce painsymptoms. This study suggests the application of ginger warm compresses for the elderly with chronic pain in long-termcare institutions. Chronic pain in joints can cause a negative impact for the elderly, such as disrupted daily activities andmobility. Growth is necessary for everyone in stage of life. Preschool age is 3-6 years which are they have a critical phase inchildren, the surrounding environment have to support children. Career Woman have dual role as worker andhousewives. Career Woman have less attention to their children in the growth of stage, which is mothers have animportant role to providing care. This study used a descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional approach. Thesamples taken in this study were 67 people, using simple random sampling technique. The results of the study based onthe results of the Chi Square test obtained p value = 0.450 > ? = 0.05 refers to Ho failed to be rejected or accepted,meaning that there is no relationship between food intake and the growth of preschool-age children in East CilebutVillage. One of the major factors is the nutritional status of children is parenting style. Mothers has crucial role in leadhealthy eating to maintain established children feeding patterns. Based on this phenomena, increase knowledge isnecessary for build good parenting for career woman, through education and health promotion such as conductcounseling about spending time with their children. To increase children's growth, mothers could use effective variouskinds of therapheutic games.

Heart failure is a condition where the heart cannot pump enough blood to meet the body's needs. Heart failure is a noncommunicable disease that is the leading cause of death worldwide every year. Readmission is the re-hospitalization ofa patient who has previously returned home to receive inpatient treatment at a hospital. Heart failure patients whoexperienced readmission due to a recurrence of the symptoms suffered. Depok City is one of the cities in West Java witha relatively high prevalence of heart failure, namely 4.65%, and in 2020 it ranks in the top 10 with a total of 8,543 cases(6.08%). Therefore, it is important to know whether or not there is a relationship between medication adherence and alow salt diet on the incidence of readmission in heart failure patients. This study used a cross sectional research designwith a retrospective approach. The samples taken in this study were 92 respondents with the inclusion criteria of heartfailure patients who experienced readmission within a period of 1 year at the Depok City Hospital. The samplingtechnique used in this study was a consecutive sampling technique. Collecting data using respondent data questionnaire,MMAS-8 questionnaire, and DSR-SCB questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship betweenadherence to medication and a low-salt diet on the incidence of readmission in heart failure patients with p value = 0.000in the first, second, and third years

Currently Social media is widely used by the public, especially during pandemic. Various information founded throughsocial media, this aims of the research to determine utility of social media during a pandemic. The research method is aquantitative study with a survey. The survey is filled out via Google From which is distributed in group chats and personalchats. The data collection time was September 27, 2021. There were 81 participants, students, and workers. Participantsdistribution of the questionnaires were conducted in DKI Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Researchresult; characteristics of respondents 61.71% are women with student status. Social media that is widely used is WhatsAppas much as 40.5% of is used to share information. The duration of using social media is more than 8 hours 23.5%. Thepositive impact of using social media is to add as much as 22.3% of the information. The negative impact of social mediais tired eyes as much as 37.5%. The conclusion based on survey results, activities using social media during a pandemicwere carried out by every group regardless of age and profession which had positive and negative influences. Suggestionsfrom this study are expected to study various phenomena and problems that occur so that writing is interesting and useful for readers

Pregnant is the part of reproduction process as Human. Nursing Care Plan by Giving Spinach and Tomato Juice toDecrease Nutrition Deficit for 3rd Trimester Pregnant Woman with Anemia. Pregnancy is one part of the process ofhuman reproduction. Nutrition is one of the factors that influence pregnancy. Nutritional needs during pregnancyincrease, one of them is iron which plays a role in the formation of red blood cells. Physiologically, in pregnant womenan increase in blood volume in large numbers. If not balanced with the consumption of sufficient substances can causeanemia. The purpose of this paper is to provide an analysis of the implementation of nursing care nutritional deficitproblems for pregnant women with anemia. Anemia is a state of blood hemoglobin (Hb) levels lower than normal levelsaccording to age and sex. This articles using case study methods, and using instrument measuremement Hb levels beforeand after the intervention. One nursing intervention to overcome anemia is by giving spinach juice and tomatoes thatcontain iron. Spinach juice and tomatoes are gave to pregnant woman for 10 days. The results obtained indicate that theclient experienced an increase in hemoglobin level of 10.1 g / dl from 8,7 gr/dL. This study prove by giving spinach andtomato juice for 10 days increasing Hb levels in third trimester pregnant woman.

Fatigue is the most common thing in third trimester pregnant women. Fatigue that occurs in third trimester pregnantwomen includes physiological and psychological aspects. Pregnancy during a pandemic is a new thing that challengingto pregnant women in social life. Pandemic also impact a social life of mother during the third trimester of pregnancy.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the implementation of nursing care in third trimester pregnant women whoexperience fatigue during a pandemic. Fatigue that occurs is often considered normal and a trigger factor for healthproblems of pregnant women and fetuses. One of an intervention to reduce fatigue in pregnant women is progressivemuscle relaxation. Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is a non-pharmacological action that focuses on relaxation ofthe mind and body that can reduce physiological and psychological fatigue in pregnant women. Provision of PMRintervention is given for 10 days. The results obtained were measured through pre and post intervention, there was adecrease in the level of fatigue by a mean difference of 4.3 (8.6%) as measured by the instrument MAF (MultidimentionalAssesment of Fatigue). Fatigue that previously disturbed activity to not interfere with daily activities. Based on that PMRintervention in third trimester pregnant women effectively reducing the level of fatigue so that pregnant women canmaintain their health status during a pandemic.

Appendicitis is one of the most common surgical conditions that occur in children and adults. The incidence of appendicitis is the phenomenon that needs to be addressed immediately. One of the management of appendix is appendectomy. The main problem that arises in the patients post appendectomy is acute pain due to surgical injuries. Post-operative pain management in child patients is required the important role of nurses in conducting assessment and management of postoperative pain. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the implementation of nursing care This article aims to analyze nursing care in a patient 11-years- old boy through with pain post appendectomy with the application of effleurage technique. This articles using case study methods. The results of the application of effleurage techniques performed on the client with post appendectomy can increase the sense of comfort and reduce the pain felt by the client. This scientific work is expected to increase knowledge and become one of the evidence developed for healthcare providers regarding the application of effleurage techniques in child patients with pain post appendectomy.
