Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulselbar from 2015 to 2021 using the CAMEL method, to see if PT. Bank Sulselbar is in a healthy or unhealthy predicate. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Bank Sulselbar for the 2015-2021 period. Data collection used documentation techniques. The data analysis used is the CAMEL analysis set by Bank Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the health level of PT. Bank Sulselbar for the 2015 to 2021 period is in the healthy predicate. This can be seen from the results of research on the CAMEL aspect for the last 7 years 2015-2021 consecutively for 2015 it was 71.62, in 2016 it was 77.28, in 2017 it was 70.66, in 2018 it was 70.90, in 2018 it was 70.90. In 2019 it was 69.70, in 2020 it was 69.53, and in 2021 it was 69.87. Based on the provisions of Bank Indonesia regarding the criteria for assessing the soundness of a bank, PT. Bank Sulselbar is in the interval 66-<81 with the Healthy Enough predicate for 2015-2021.

Abstract

Analysis of Company Bankruptcy Potential at PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development TBK. Thesis. Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. Makassar public university. Supervised by Mr. Muhammad Ilham Wardhana Haeruddin and Mr. Nurman. This study aims to determine the potential for corporate bankruptcy at PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk Period 2017 to 2021. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk. The sample of this research is the income statement and balance sheet from the financial statements of PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk. 2017 to 2021. The data collection technique used is Documentation. Data analysis techniques are used to assess, identify, and explain the possibility of bankruptcy. The results of this study indicate the analysis of the level of bankruptcy of the modified Altman Z-score model of PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development TBK. the 2017-2021 period is categorized as being in good health or not bankrupt.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress among female employees at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri, as well as to examine the role of burnout as a mediator between these variables. The study aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence work stress among female workers, in order to provide recommendations for improving employee well-being and company productivity. The population of the study consists of 641 female employees in the company. The method used is a quantitative approach and path analysis. The results show that organizational support has a negative and significant effect on burnout, while family support has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Both organizational and family support have a negative and significant effect on work stress. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on work stress but does not mediate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress

Abstract

This research is to determine the level of investment risk and stock returns as well as grouping efficient shares and inefficient shares of coal mining companies through the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data analysis method uses the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The results showed that there were 8 shares of coal mining companies with a beta (systematic risk) value of greater than 1 (β > 1), and 16 shares of companies with a beta of less than 1 (β < 1. The highest RI was found in HRUM shares with a rate of return of 0.07650 or 7.65%, while the lowest Ri is found in BOSS shares with an average rate of return of -0.06000 or - 6%. The highest E(Ri) value is found in DOID shares with a value of 0.00177 or 0.18%, while the lowest E(Ri) is found in GEMS companies with a value of 0.00126 or 0.13%. There are 16 shares of coal mining companies which are classified as efficient shares consisting of shares of ADRO, BSSR, BYAN, DOID, DSSA, FIRE, GEMS, iHRUM, INDY, iITMG, MBAP, MYOH, iPTRO, SMMT, iTOBA, and BRMS, as well as 8 inefficient stocks namely ARII, BOSS, BUMI, DEWA, ​​GTBO, KKGI, PTBA, and SMRU.

Abstract

Along with the increasing competition in the world of transportation business which is getting tighter, ease of use and consumer experience is an effective marketing strategy in providing service and satisfaction to many consumers and this can encourage consumer repurchase interest. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ease of use and consumer experience on repurchase intention through satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers who know the KAI Access application in the city of Malang. While the sample in this study was 271 respondents. This type of research is descriptive and non-probability, using the Smart PLS program. The results are (1) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (2) consumer experience has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction (3) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (4) consumer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (5) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (6) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through satisfaction (7) consumer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, similar business actors suggest that companies are more selective in using ease of use which will provide a good experience for consumers so that consumers feel satisfied and feel an interest in repurchasing

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of psychological empowerment on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through data collection by interviews and documentation and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study illustrate that psychological empowerment has an influence on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi, but it is not significant because there is one indicator of psychological empowerment that is not fulfilled, namely self-determination. On this indicator employees are limited in determining their own way of working because they are bound by contracts and rules that apply in the workplace. The indicators of unfulfilled workforce agility are proactive indicators. While other indicators are met. Based on the results of the research above, it is known that psychological empowerment has an insignificant effect on workforce agility.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a hot topic for research. Various technological developments encourage various organizations to carry out digital transformation to achieve organizational goals. This is experienced by SMEs in running their business. Various studies that have been conducted have yielded inconsistent results regarding the adoption of digital transformation for MSMEs. This article discusses the extent to which previous research has explored digital transformation carried out by MSMEs that can have an impact on financial performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of loan performance on profit growth with operational costs and operating income (OCOI) as intervening variables in commercial banks in Indonesia. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software. This data analysis technique is used to facilitate researchers in data processing and analysis. The results show that the loan performance coefficient positively and significantly affects profit growth. The results of testing loan performance on profit growth show a path coefficient of 0.372 with a t-statistic value of 3.504. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96). The coefficient of operating costs and operating income shows a negative and significant impact on profit growth. The results of the OCOI test on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.638 with a t-statistic value of 6.324. The t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value (1.96). The loan performance coefficient through operational costs and operating income is negative and not significant to profit growth. The results of testing the performance of loans through OCOI on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.174 with a t-statistic value of 1.756. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Federal Funds Rate before and during the Covid-19 pandemic on economic stability in five developing countries in the Southeast Asian region which are members of an economic and geopolitical organization, namely the Association of Southeast Nations (ASEAN) to see short-term relationships. and long-term during that period. The indicators of economic stability used are the benchmark interest rate for deposits, the reference interest rate for loans, the balance of payments which includes exports and imports, inflation, exchange rates, and the money supply. In this study, the method used was the quantitative method and the data obtained was secondary data sourced from International Financial Statistics (IFS) from January 2015 to December 2022 which used the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach in the Eviews 9 application. The results found indicated that in the long run, the existence of FFR volatility has a positive effect on the Deposit and Export Reference Rates. While those that have a negative effect are Loan Reference Rates, Imports, Exchange Rate Inflation, and Money Supply. In the short term, the existence of the FFR interest rate has a positive effect on the Reference Rates for Deposits, Imports, and Inflation. While those that have a negative effect are Loan Reference Rates, Exports, Exchange Rates, and Money Supply

Abstract

The purpose of this study to see the effect of the campaigning for green marketing. This research aims to determine the effect of green marketing, service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and causality research types, as well as the SEM-PLS analysis method. The final sample was 224 Starbucks Coffee customers in Makassar City. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that green marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty either directly or through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.
