Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether public ownership, board of directors compensation and audit committee have an effect on tax management in basic consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Secondary data was obtained based on purposive sampling of financial reports. The population was conducted on basic consumer goods industrial companies listed on the IDX with a number of 54 companies, while the samples were selected with purposive sampling method obtained a total of 12 companies or 36 samples for the period 2017-2019. But the 36 samples processed the result is abnormal distribution, so the researcher increase the observation period on the IDX in 2015.2020. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicated that the public ownership, board of directors compensation and audit committee no have significant effect on the tax management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence exerted by digital marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive methodology. To collect research data for this study, questionnaires and documentation were both used. In this study, 50 people were used as samples, and the Likert scale method was used to calculate the number of samples. Partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination (R2), and classical assumption test are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The research findings show that each factor used has a beneficial impact on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl as a result of Digital Marketing (X1) related to marketing knowledge. Quality of service (X2). Purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the soundness level of government owned Islamic banks before and after the merger using the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital methods. This study uses quantitative anda comparative methods with secondary data types in the form of quarterly financial reports obtained from the bank’s official website and www.ojk.co.id. The samples in this research are balance sheets and reports profit and loss of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research with bro using the RGEC method which consists of Risk Profle with a Non ratio Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance with Net Open Position (PDN) ratio, Earnings with gan Return On Asset (ROA) and Capital ratio with the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of the NPF, PDN, ROA, and CAR ratio analysis provide result that there is a significant difference in this ratio before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the FDR ratio shows that there is no difference in the results significant before anda after the merger. Based on research has been carried out, it can be concluded tha Bank Syariah Indonesia is improving after the merger.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of cash flow on the level of liquidity at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The research population is the financial statements of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The samples for this research are the balance sheet, profit and loss report and cash flow report of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The data in this research is secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation methods for company financial reports. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.Partial research results (t test) state that partial operating cash flow does not have a significant effect on liquidity. Meanwhile, the investment cash flow variable partially has a significant effect on the level of liquidity. And the partial funding cash flow variable has no significant effect on liquidity. Simultaneous research results (F test) state that operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow have a value of Fcount > Ftable (3.275 > 2.95) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), So it can be concluded that the operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of liquidity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and employee work motivation at the Tompobulu sub-district office, Gowa Regency. The sample in this study was the entire population at the Tompobulu Subdistrict Office, Gowa Regency, 31 employees with a quantitative research type.f. The data used is primary and secondary data which was obtained using questionnaire distribution techniques.The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.13 show that there is a positive influence between the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y= 4.087 + 0.733 X1 + 0.133 X2 + eand has a significant effect withThe calculated t value for each variable is 14.786 > t table (x1) and 2.134 > t table (X2), with the tarefsignifiction 0.000 < 0.05 (x1) and 0.042 < 0.05 (x2). Then the R square value is 0.885, this figure shows that the work discipline and work motivation variables contribute 88.5% and 21.5% are influenced byfactorothers not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the design and packaging of Madurese Cassava Chips products at Mrs X's UMKM. The research method used is a research and development model using the ADDIE model. The sample used in this study totalled 55 respondents. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire sheet in the form of a google form. There are validation results from design experts and business practitioner experts, which are very feasible. The product was then tested on 55 respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 31 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product before development with the results being quite feasible to use and 24 respondents were consumers of Madura Cassava Chips products who had purchased the product after development with the results being very feasible to use. From the results of the pretest and posttest, it was found that there were differences in product packaging design on the competitiveness of Mrs X's MSMEs before and after developing the Madura Cassava Chips product packaging design. Based on the results that have been obtained, the development of the Madura Cassava Chips product design and packaging is very feasible to use

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) in the hospitality industry is a key element to achieving success and providing quality service to guests. HR management covers various aspects, including career planning, development, training, compensation, and performance appraisal. This research uses a qualitative approach in a descriptive research type to understand the important role of HR in the hospitality industry. Career planning and employee development help motivate and maintain employee morale, while ensuring placements that match their competencies and goals. Fair and sustainable compensation is an important factor in maintaining employee satisfaction and motivating them to perform. Performance appraisals help identify employees' strengths and weaknesses and provide the necessary feedback for improvement. In the competitive hospitality industry, effective HR management is the key to success in delivering superior service and achieving long-term business goals. This research provides insight into the importance of HR management in the hospitality industry in the digital era.

Abstract

The contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy is large, but this sector still has obstacles in obtaining capital. Therefore, referring to Indonesian Capital Market regulations, the government, through the OJK (Financial Services Authority), issued Regulation Number 37/POJK.04/2018 concerning Crowdfunding Services through information technology-based share offerings (Equity Crowdfunding). LandX is an organizer registered with ALUDI which already has OJK permission. The average level of funds collected by LandX for each project is up to 4 billion. The population in this study is 88,572 investors who have registered with LandX as of December 2022. The sample was taken using purposive sampling. The conclusion of this research is that Brand trust has a significant effect on investors' investment interest, Brand value co-creation engagement attitude has no significant effect on investors' interest in investing in LandX through e-WOM, Brand value co-creation engagement behavior has a significant effect on investors' investment interest in LandX through e-WOM, Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on investors' interest in investing in LandX through e-WOM and E-WOM has a significant effect on investors' interest in investing in LandX

Abstract

Contemporary society's life is very dependent on entertainment. Some people choose to spend their free time in malls or shopping centers because of limited time and increasing busyness. One of these family entertainment centers is Timezone, which has outlets in several malls in Makassar city, such as Ratu Indah Mall, Panakkukang Mall, and Nipah Mall. And we focused our research on Timezone Mall Panakkukang. Timezone needs to improve itself to improve the quality of product so that customers are satisfied and can survive the competition. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method and distributes surveys to Timezone customers. The type of data used is primary data. This research used a non-purposive sample, with a sample size of 50 people. To test survey data for validity and effectiveness using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) using multiple linear regression. From the results of multiple linear regression it means that variables X1 (product quality) and X2 (product price) have no effect on variable Y (customer satisfaction timezone).
