Employment social security in Indonesia must be followed by everyone who works, including foreigners who work for at least 6 months in Indonesia. In the Wage Recipient (PU) membership segment, Employers are required to register and pay their labor contributions to the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) Employment. Employers are required to pay employment social security contributions no later than the 15th of the following month after the period of contributions billed. There are still employers who do not comply in terms of paying employment social security contributions which hurts their workforce. Therefore, BPJS Employment seeks to increase compliance with the payment of contributions of Wage Recipient Participants so that workers get maximum employment social security services. This study aims to provide an overview of the compliance of employment social security contributions by employers and the efforts made by BPJS Employment in improving compliance with contribution payments. The research method used is descriptive analysis with secondary data sources in the form of BPJS Employment reports and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, on average per month 18% of employers do not comply with paying employment social security contributions. The strategy carried out by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is to increase compliance with contribution payments by employers through participant coaching, improving service quality, and the audit supervision process.

According to the annual report by the National Encryption Agency in 2023, Indonesia had the highest number of cyber-attack sources, with over 1 million attacks, which has increased quite rapidly compared to the last 3 years. Several online media platforms have reported incidents of this nature over the past three years. Among the 10 institutions implicated in the present incident, it has been confirmed that 6 of them are Fintech institutions. The incident's factors are various, including the user's lack of awareness who accessed an unofficial website outside the company's production website. This act ultimately proved to be detrimental to the company. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of RADIUS (Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service) as a comprehensive security tool that contributes to mitigating unauthorized access and strengthening network defenses against emerging threats. This research focuses on XYZ, a Fintech Company, using it as a case study. The main discussion in this paper focuses on utilizing the daloRADIUS server to resolve authorization concerns regarding network security. Pi-hole DNS Server is also used in this research to block access to illegal sites such as pornography and online gambling. The results of this research are proof of the success of a combination of daloRADIUS server components, RADIUS router, and Pi-hole DNS Server in blocking users who are detected accessing illegal sites and are also observed regarding the use of daloRADIUS Server resources in a usage range ranging from 10 active users to 300 active users.

The handling of plastic waste remains an ongoing environmental issue in Indonesian municipalities. The aim of this study is to employ Material Flow Analysis (MFA) to assess the efficacy of two central waste banks in Metro City: Bank Sampah Induk (BSI) Wijaya Kusuma and BSI Sidomakmur. The research examines the extent in which these facilities help foster a circular economy and minimize plastic waste by recycling three different forms of plastic: polyethylene terephthalate (PET), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and polypropylene (PP). Qualitative data was gathered through stakeholder interviews, literature reviews, observations, and close inspection of the processes utilized to treat the collected plastic waste. The study determines both BSI efficacy by comparing the plastic intake and exit flows and figuring out how much garbage is left over after processing.By shredding and recycling into pelletized plastic, BSI Wijaya Kusuma was able to reduce waste by 88.4%, which helped to promote a circular economy. BSI Sidomakmur, on the other hand, showed little technological expertise by employing a compactor resorting to external partnerships to further recycle despite achieving a 96.4% reduction. Even with these facility-level achievements, the aggregate effect of both waste banks only contributes 1.2% to the overall reduction of plastic waste in Metro City. In order to strengthen regional circular economy efforts, this study emphasizes the necessity of more extensive waste bank integration and technology advancements. The results give stakeholders and policymakers important information for enhancing waste management plans and advancing sustainable economic models.

Warehousing is an important part of a manufacturing process where ideal warehouse management will improve the company's logistics in times of crisis. This research seeks to gain an in-depth understanding of the problems faced by warehousing and create user-focused solutions. Furthermore, EOQ and POQ methods are used to optimize stock and order management. EOQ helps determine the economical number of bookings to be made, while POQ considers demand variability in determining order schedules. The results of this study show that with Design Thinking, it was found that the needs of users are the use of an easier application system and stock filling standards so that the accuracy of stock is better maintained. It can be concluded that the EOQ and POQ methods can overcome understock and overstock. However, the EOQ method has less risk than POQ, this is because the company does not spend a lot of funds and takes with little frequency so it is more effective and the warehouse movement space can be more minimal.
