The results showed that Mafindo Samarinda implemented a well-planned communication management strategy. They use various communication channels, such as social media, seminars, and workshops, to disseminate correct information and educate the public on how to identify hoaxes. In addition, Mafindo Samarinda also collaborates with various parties, including the government and educational institutions, in a joint effort to fight the spread of hoaxes. Nevertheless, the challenges faced by Mafindo Samarinda are not small. An active role from all levels of society is needed to ensure the success of this anti-hoax program. Abstract

Exploring ethnomathematics is not only about understanding mathematical concepts in various cultures but also about appreciating the cultural heritage and local wisdom embodied in the understanding of mathematics of each culture. Ethnomathematical exploration can be used as a means of preserving a culture that is carried out through learning at school. One of these ways is to apply ethnomathematical concepts to learning. The relationship between mathematics education and ethnomathematics stems from recognizing that mathematics is not culturally neutral. The field of ethnomathematical studies aims to discover mathematical ideas inherent in different cultural groups. This study seeks to explain ethnomathematical concepts contained in typical Belitung tambourine musical instruments and how they are used to teach mathematics. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods and an ethnographic approach. Researchers collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation in this study. Where the results of this study state that there is a mathematical concept in the typical Belitung tambourine musical instrument. To introduce and understand mathematical concepts through local culture, they can be submitted through mathematical concepts in the standard Belitung tambourine musical instrument.

Abstract

Controlling Risks in the Implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2/2022 concerning Road by Commission V DPR RI for the 2019-2024 Period. Jakarta: Postgraduate Program at the Christian University of Indonesian Jakarta, 2022. This research is aiming to analyze the control of the implementation of Law RI No. 2/2022 about Road based on revision result of UU RI No. 38/2004. The qualitative method is used this research and had designed 2 main constructs, namely risk control which refers to the Bow Tie Analysis (BTA) paradigm that recommended by ISO 31000: 2008 and George Edwards' implementation paradigm which has 4 variables as following Communication, Resources, Attitudes, and Bureaucratic Structure. The research objects are members of Commission V DPR RI for the 2019-2024 period in carrying out supervisory/control functions. The results of this research indicate that implementation risks include communication distortions that use sharing information meetings (RDP) as transmission. The risk of resource variables is the occurrence of imbalances in human resources, finance/systems, processes and methods. Meanwhile, the most significant risk is the bureaucratic structure variable, the occurrence of slowness and confusion due to Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and fragmentation of authority between institutions and ministries regarding the acceleration of increasing regional road connectivity as mandated in Presidential Instruction No. 3/2023.

Abstract

Lake coastal communities utilize Lake Sentani's water to meet clean and other needs such as industry, irrigation, plantations, fisheries, and water transportation facilities. In addition to the lake mentioned above, they use it as a garbage dump and family waste; even human and animal feces are thrown into Lake Sentani. This study aims to determine the quality and quality status using the STORET method based on PP 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation, Protection, and Management of the Environment annex vi-2 class 1 by applying ten parameters. The study used three stations: Ifale, Asei, and Jaifuri coast. Each station was sampled four times: January, April, July, and October 2023. The results showed that seven parameters did not meet the quality standards, namely TSS, BOD, COD, Pb, Oil and Fat, Total Ditergen, and Total coliform, and only three parameters met the quality shoulder, namely temperature, TDS, and pH. Water quality status based on the application of the STORET method was obtained that station 1 obtained a score of -26 based on US_EPA, including class C (moderately polluted), station 2 obtained a score of -64, including class D (heavily polluted), and station 3 obtained a score of -116 including class D (heavily polluted) and the average STORET score of the three stations was obtained -68.67 including class D (heavily polluted).

Abstract

In this research, energy consumption analysis was conducted at the Main building regent’s office of nunukan. The analysis was conducted on the main variables of energy efficiency, namely: measurement of temperature and relative humidity, calculation of Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) and Roof Thermal Transfer Value (RTTV), calculation of Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms as well as an analysis of opportunities to increase the efficiency of energy consumption in the buildings.. Based on the calculation and result of IKE in both buildings, they are still considered in the category of EFFICIENT. However, based on the measurement of temperature and relative humidity, it shows that in both buildings air conditioning is still necessary to achieve the level of thermal comfort, therefore an increase of efficiency in the load is needed to avoid wastage.

Abstract

The conflict between Israel and Palestine for more than 7 decades until now has not ended. On October 7, 2023, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict came to a head again after Hamas broke into Israeli defenses. The Israeli military aggression on the Gaza Strip has had a tremendous impact, as it has claimed many lives and destroyed various facilities and infrastructure in Gaza. This research uses qualitative methods that are descriptive and use the constructivism paradigm. This study used the framing analysis model Zhongdang Pan & Gerald M. Konsicki. Based on the results of the study, there are similarities and differences in the news portals VoA Indonesia and Deutsche Welle Indonesia in reporting the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In terms of news writing techniques, news portals VoA Indonesia and Deutsche Welle Indonesia have similarities. However, there is a difference, namely the VoA Indonesia news portal actually and intensively reports related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict every day.
