Abstract

The article explains the importance of managing and supervising human resources, especially teachers, in Society 5.0 and the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is full of knowledge of technology and digital-based activities. The principal and the driving/developing teachers did this management and supervision effort. The author observed this, with the school being the main focus, SMAN 1 Merangin. This article uses a qualitative research method by prioritising the process of communication interaction and observation in research and a systematic literature review (SLR) method by collecting other sources regarding HR management and supervision in facing society 5.0 and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 from books, journals and other sources. The challenge faced by SMAN 1 Merangin based on the interview is how to get all teachers, or at least 50% of the teachers at SMAN 1 Merangin, to get a driving teacher certificate and other training certificates so that they can get out of the safe zone and become proficient in information technology. While facing this era, SMAN 1 Merangin teachers adept at technology and good at solving learning problems are appointed to drive teachers and supervise other teachers in collaboration with the school principal to improve performance and catch up with the times.

Abstract

Online information exchange has become commonplace in today's digital era, especially in the health sector. However, this also raises concerns regarding personal data privacy, especially health data. This study analyses consumers' perceptions and practices of health data privacy protection. The empirical method is used in this research. The data collection techniques used were literature studies, direct observation, and interviews. After the data is obtained, it is analysed through the stages of reduction, presentation of data, and conclusion. The results showed that consumers in Jakarta have a high level of perception of the importance of health data privacy; consumers understand that health data is sensitive information that needs to be protected. The law regarding the protection of consumer health data privacy in Indonesia is Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. Practices in carrying out the personal data protection function by officers involve providing information and consultation to those in control of personal data to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, monitoring to ensure that the rules applied by those in control of individual data are by the provisions of the applicable requirements, providing advice regarding the impact of personal data protection as well as monitoring the performance of individual data controllers and coordinating and taking action on issues related to activities in processing personal data.

Abstract

This study uses a constructivist paradigm and a qualitative approach to analyse six elements of Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions Theory. Data analysis was taken from four viral tweets collected with the keyword Karen's Diner on Twitter from December 15 to 22, 2022. The study results show that six elements of the Cultural Dimensions Theory are inherent in Indonesian consumers, so they oppose the concept of service presented by Karen's Diner. The element of power distance applies where most Indonesian people have been instilled with the idea that "the buyer is the king", so they do not tolerate the slightest bad action done by the seller. Uncertainty avoidance applies when the Indonesian people protest and urge Karen's Diner Indonesia to make clear written regulations and improve the restaurant's service procedures. The element of masculinity or femininity is represented by netizens who think the restaurant's existence will disappear quickly amid competition in the dynamic Indonesian F&B industry. The Long Term vs Short Term Orientation element applies where the public considers the concept of Karen's Diner Indonesia service intolerable and raises concerns about behavioural deviations in the future. The Indulgence vs Restraint element is represented by people who oppose things that can potentially offend Eastern norms, one of which is product marketing.

Abstract

Health services, obtaining social security, and public services are human rights of all Indonesian people, and statutory regulations protect their implementation. Membership in BPJS Health is mandatory for Indonesian people. The government will give administrative sanctions through written warnings and fines and not receive certain public services to independent participants if they do not participate in the BPJS Health program. These sanctions cause certain problems because getting public services is a constitutional right of society and a very important need in society's activities to develop itself. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the government is responsible for providing quality health and public services to the community. Administrative sanctions for independent participants for not registering as BPJS Health members are not in line with human rights.

Abstract

The library is a source of knowledge, information, and support for learning. It is equipped with facilities to support comfort and maintain concentration while carrying out activities in the library. For human resources to progress further, libraries must be made as comfortable as possible to support learning. This study aims to design a noise and CO2 control device in an IOT (Internet of Things) based library by using 4 sound sensors KY-037 to detect noise and 1 MQ-135 sensor to detect CO2 gas. This research method uses a literature review study. The noise and CO2 control device in the IOT (Internet Of Things) based library has been completed and can work as planned, the accuracy obtained from the KY-037 sound sensor is quite high, which is 97.6%. However, the good thing is that if the sensor accuracy is improved again, the accuracy obtained from the MQ-135 sound sensor is also quite high, which is 99.16%. Conclusion If the accuracy of the sensor is improved again, the web server runs smoothly using AJAX (Asynchronous et al.) so that the resulting website does not need to load the entire page and the ESP32 as a microcontroller can control the entire system well.
