Abstract

PT Nickel Indonesia, which is a mining company that has held a Contract of Work since 1968, part of its mining area is located in the Protected Forest Area area so it must carry out business activities by the provisions that have been regulated related to PPKH. This article will discuss the obligations of mining business actors who own PPKH operating in protected forest areas by taking a case example from PT Nickel Indonesia. In addition, this article will also explain the sanctions that will be received for PPKH permit holders if they neglect the obligations that have been set by the government in the applicable regulations. On the other hand, this article will also try to examine how mining facilities have been built but are in the buffer zone. It is further explained in this article that, PPKH functions as a government control with obligations that must be fulfilled by business actors who obtain it. Violation of these obligations can result in administrative and criminal sanctions. The sanctions that may be received if they violate these obligations are a warning for PT Nickel Indonesia to improve business governance that pays attention to the environment. PT Nikel Indonesia's supporting facilities that existed in the buffer area before the regulation took effect are expected to continue to be used by receiving special policies from the government to support nickel ore mining and processing activities in Indonesia and of course, PT Nikel Indonesia as a PPKH holder is committed to maintaining transparency and communication with all stakeholders regarding the use of supporting facilities that have been built before the enactment of the regulation new ones.

Abstract

The strategy to increase the number of visitors to galleries and museums is now still a burden for managers. The promotion strategy used by the manager should not stand alone or continue to use the most effective promotion mix (promotion mix) carried out by the analysis of the strengths and advantages of each gallery or museum. One form in the promotional mix that can still be used is word-of-mouth information which has been proven to be effective because it focuses on visitor satisfaction and loyalty as the target market for art galleries. However, WOM also cannot stand alone without the help of other forms of promotion such as advertising and public relations. This study aims to provide information about the effectiveness of gallery tours as a promotional strategy to increase the number of visitors to the gallery. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is by observation, interviews, and documentation carried out directly by researchers at the research location, namely the Tirtodipuran Link Yogyakarta gallery from October to December 2023. The results of the study show that visitors are impressed by the existence of gallery tours, so gallery tours can be a form of promotion, namely WOM and the increase in the number of visitors can also be evidenced through visitor data that shows an increase in certain months when the gallery holds the opening of exhibitions and artist workshops in which there are gallery tour activities in it. So the conclusion obtained from this study is that gallery tour services can not only create visitor satisfaction and loyalty but also can be a form of promotion in the form of WOM to increase the number of visitors to the gallery and it is hoped that this promotion strategy can also be applied in national museums in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pacenan house is a traditional house of the coastal area in Situbondo. The architectural style of Pacenan house is adapted from Tanean lanjhang traditional house. The spatial pattern of Pacenan house differs from that of Tanean Lanjhang, as Pacenan house only has "roma" (rooms) and "amper" (open spaces). However, over time, the spatial patterns of Pacenan house have transformed. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the transformations in spatial patterns and their impact on the building shapes of Pacenan houses in Sumberejo, Situbondo. Research data was obtained through field observations and interviews. The data was then analyzed descriptively. The results indicate changes in spatial patterns occurring in Pacenan houses in the village of Sumberejo, including the addition of rooms and alterations in the function of spaces. Transformations in spatial patterns are influenced by space requirements, land availability, social factors, and economic considerations. The impact of these changes in spatial patterns varies; some result in alterations to the building's form, while others do not transform the structure.

Abstract

The Redesign of the Planning and Budgeting System (RSPP) is one of the government's efforts to realise effective and efficient planning and budgeting at the central and regional levels. The implementation of RSPP is expected to be able to answer problems in the planning and budgeting system, including the inconsistency of central and regional expenditure programs, differences in programs used in planning and budgeting documents, the formulation of program nomenclature and normative outcomes, and development performance information in planning and budgeting documents that are difficult for the public to understand. However, in its implementation, there are still problems faced by Ministries/Institutions so the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas need to periodically eval_uate the formulation of RSPP in Ministries/Institutions through the Work Plan and Budget documents that have been issued. The process of improving the implementation of RSPP in Ministries/Institutions is followed by improving the guidelines and rules that oversee the implementation of RSPP in Indonesia. Several policies need to be taken to support the implementation of RSPP, namely the Logical Framework policy in the Formulation of Performance and Performance Indicators as well as the Synchronization of Planning and Budgeting Documents through the Integration of Planning and Budgeting Applications so that planning and budgeting documents become harmonious and easy to understand. For the implementation of RSPP to be effective and efficient, the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas need to periodically eval_uate the performance information that has been prepared by the Ministries/Institutions by the Regulation on the Implementation of Planning and Budgeting System Redesign.

Abstract

In software that is free from defects or errors, a fixed method and technique of software testing is required. For this step, an Information System is needed to help eliminate software defects, so that testing or testing work is not a burden on software costs but is a perfection of software development work so that Zero Defect Application Software can be realized. From several software testing methods and techniques, a strategy suitable for the size of a software development project is required. So even though the software development project is small, it still requires a suitable test. And for software development testing to have reliable quality, it is necessary to measure and criteria for each software testing practice, so that a software development project can be determined in quality. To support software testing work, an Information System is needed that supports the need for processors to assess a quality software development test. With the Software Defect Elimination Information System, an objective quality of software development testing can be produced.
