Abstract

Retail investors in Indonesia are often influenced by psychological biases in making investment decisions. These biases, including heuristic and herding behaviors, often create a fear of missing out on key moments (FoMO) that impact investment decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of heuristic behavior (representativeness bias, availability bias, anchoring bias) and herding behavior on investment decisions with FoMO mediation. The research used a survey method with 109 retail investor respondents and data analysis using smartPLS. The results show that herding behavior significantly affects FoMO, and FoMO also has a significant impact on investment decisions. In contrast, heuristic behavior has no significant influence on FoMO. These findings reinforce FoMO's role in the investment decision-making process among retail investors. Based on the results of data analysis from the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that heuristic behavior (representativeness bias, availability bias, and anchoring bias) does not affect the FoMO of retail investors in Indonesia. So any change in heuristic behavior (representativeness bias, availability bias, and anchoring bias) does not affect the FoMO of retail investors in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mangimbali Group is a distributor company engaged in the retail of lubricants for Pertamina and supports construction work and the procurement of equipment for Pertamina Geothermal. Mangimbali Group has several entities, namely PT. Mangimbali Peluas Jaya and PT. Cipta Jaya Perkasa. The opening of two entities certainly requires a large flow of capital, so one of the management policies is to make one office building for two entities but all assets are still separated. This requires a good Fixed Asset Management Accounting System for the distribution of Fixed Assets. Fixed Assets that have been purchased if the inventory system is not properly regulated can cause losses for the company in the form of loss of Fixed Assets. Also for easy tracking of assets in the same building with the ownership of different entities. The purpose of this study is to design a fixed asset accounting information system application using QR codes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of bookkeeping inventory and being able to store more comprehensive data on fixed asset data in each entity. The research method applied is a software development method by Prototyping where the software creation process will be carried out module by module with testing, starting from tagging and creating a unique QR code for each fixed asset on each existing entity. In addition, the development process is taken with minimalist techniques. Especially in the creation of models and the number of databases and tables.

Abstract

Concrete is a material used in modern construction and is a very important component in the manufacture of structures. Concrete has advantages, but also disadvantages, namely low tensile strength. To increase the tensile strength of concrete, fibers are added to the mix. One of the efforts made to increase the tensile strength of concrete is the addition of fibers to the fiber-concrete mixture. The purpose of this study is to examine the compressive strength and tensile strength values in fiber concrete if added with variations in fiber addition. An innovation in increasing the value of mechanical quantities in concrete is the use of bent wire fibers as a mixture in fiber concrete. This material is taken from former pieces in construction projects to connect steel reinforcement with Sengkang reinforcement and is also widely found in building shops. The fibers were also analyzed for microstructure using SEM (Scanning Electron Microstructure) tools. The length of this bent wire fiber is 13 mm with a diameter of 0.82 mm and has a minimum tensile strength value of 334.5 MPa. The variations in the addition of these bent wire fibers are 0%, 3%, 6%, and 9% of the total weight of the steel fiber. The soaking life of concrete is 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days. The results of this study show that the more variations in the addition of bent wire fibers, the compressive strength value of concrete and the tensile strength value of concrete will also increase. It can be seen that fiber concrete with an immersion life of 28 days with a variation of 9% added bent wire fiber has a maximum compressive strength value of concrete which is 63,645 MPa and a maximum value of tensile strength of 3,294 MP.

Abstract

The ontology and epistemology of Sufism are key elements in Islamic studies. Sufi psychology, as part of Sufism, essentially falls within the framework of Islamic psychology. This research aims to explore Sufi psychology and explore how these concepts can be integrated into modern psychological approaches. This research uses a qualitative method, with data collection through a literature study. The collected data were then analyzed through three stages: reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that in logic, this relationship is known as the correlation between particularity and universality (al-Umum wa al-Khusus Mutlaqan). However, in its development, Sufi Psychology focuses more on esoteric aspects, perennialism, and inclusivism. Unlike Islamic psychology in general, Sufi Psychology has been developed by scholars outside the Islamic tradition, such as figures in transpersonal psychology, including Robert Frager (Chairman of the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology), Lynn Wilcox, James Fadiman, and Arthur Deikman. They develop the concept of tasawwuf by integrating Sufi knowledge with empirical contributions from modern psychology, resulting in a holistic approach to psychology, both in terms of ontology, axiology, epistemology, and methodology.
