Abstract

In this era of globalization, the low mathematics learning outcomes of students at the high school level, especially at SMAN 6 Aceh Barat South, are caused by the fact that in the learning process, teachers only focus on using less competent methods, so students get bored easily. The purpose of this study is to determine the completeness of student learning outcomes through Problem-Based Learning on Arithmetic Rows and Series Materials. This research is classified as a classroom action research that is carried out in two research cycles. In each research cycle, there are 4 stages consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection in the study was carried out using the test method. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed by analytical descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the average student learning outcome in the pretest was 65.4 and increased in the post-test, which was 70.9. Based on these results, it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model can significantly improve the mathematics learning outcomes of high school students.

Abstract

The Shiffin War, a battle that took place between the Ali bin Abi Talib group and the Mu'awiyah, was a war whose negative impact was felt by Muslims. In fact, in the view of historians, it has resulted in divisions among large groups of Muslims. Although it ended with him which was intended as an attempt to arbitrate between Muslims who were in conflict, it turned out that the effort just stared at the dissatisfaction between them, so three religious-political groups emerged that are still suspected to exist today as a continuation of the phenomenon of division at that time. The rise of Shi'a, Khawarij, and Sunni groups is understood by historians as the impact of the war. Because the awareness of ukhuwah among Muslims has not yet flourished, the division is still felt and there are no significant enough signs to subside, let alone leading to the awakening of ukhuwah consciousness which is marked by the desire to build a dialogue that is built with awareness to bridge the rift that occurs among Muslims, especially from their leaders. Especially for interest groups who see that the tension between Muslims will give them political benefits. In fact, with the right spirit of ukhuwwah, the problem of division between Muslims can be solved.

Abstract

The phenomenon of good project performance in East Kalimantan needs to be aware of the possibility of project labor turnover. Employee commitment serves as a stabilizing force that maintains the direction of behavior even if the company fails to meet expectations. Employee commitment is a psychological condition that creates a personal attachment to an organization. This study aims to identify the influence of Motivation on Professional Construction Labor Commitment and Project Performance. This study uses an Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method design, involving 250 respondents of employees and staff of contractor companies, consultants, and building project owners, with SmartPLS SEM analysis at the quantitative stage. The qualitative stage involves the leaders of contractor companies, consultants, and building project owners. The results of the study show that Motivation has a significant effect on the Commitment of Professional Construction Workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of electronic service quality (e-service quality) on customer satisfaction with the Welma application at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. The method used is a survey using a questionnaire distributed to customers of the Welma application. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this study is 400 respondents of Welma application customers who were selected by convenience sampling. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of electronic service quality on customer satisfaction with the Welma application. The implication of the results of this study is the importance of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk to continue to improve the quality of electronic services to increase customer satisfaction of the Welma application so that it can retain and attract more customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of dividend policy on the value of companies with profitability as an intervening variable in companies that are members of LQ45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). LQ45 is a stock index consisting of 45 selected companies with high liquidity and large market capitalization. A dividend policy is a company's decision to distribute profits to shareholders, which can affect the market's perception of the company's value. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), which reflects a company's ability to generate profits from the assets it owns. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data taken from the annual financial statements of LQ45 companies during the 2019-2022 period. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression methods to test the relationship between dividend policy, profitability, and company value. The results of the study show that the dividend policy has a significant positive influence on the company's value, both directly and through profitability as an intervening variable. This finding has implications for company management in designing optimal dividend policies to increase company value, as well as for investors in considering dividend policies and profitability as important factors in making investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on passenger satisfaction at PT Titisan Sang Pangeran (Tispa). The background of this research is based on the importance of quality services in the transportation industry to maintain customer satisfaction and compete in a competitive market. This study uses a quantitative method with the distribution of questionnaires to 300 Tispa passengers during 2023. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, where passengers who use Tispa services during the year are selected as respondents. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant influence on passenger satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.734 and an R Square of 0.588. This shows that 58.8% of the variation in passenger satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service provided. The factors that most affect passenger satisfaction include vehicle facilities, service responsiveness, and employee friendliness. The conclusion of this study is that improving service quality can significantly increase passenger satisfaction at PT Titisan Sang Pangeran

Abstract

The philosophy of law is a branch of science that combines philosophy and law. Philosophy uses rational reason as its concept and system, and law uses evidence as its tool and concept. Throughout its history, philosophy has come up with various methods and concepts in presenting new scientific discoveries that are beneficial to humans. Philosophical schools are a method as well as a medium for philosophy to display its development from time to time. By combining an inquisitive mentality and a critical rational mind, philosophy is a complex branch of science. Starting from the habits of human life, and the secrets of the universe to the relationship between God, humans, and nature. Because of its completeness in presenting new knowledge and knowledge, philosophy and its schools cannot be separated from one another to witness the history of the development of philosophy itself. The philosophy of law, that is, philosophy and law have much in common. One of the similarities between the two is that they both use rational reason and concrete evidence as their media so famous philosophers juxtapose the two to declare the existence of each so that it is more complete and acceptable to the next human being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Hu's music diplomacy on Mongolia's national branding program. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method with secondary data analysis from journal articles, books, relevant reports, and media covering The Hu's activities. The results indicate that The Hu, with their unique approach of combining traditional Mongolian music elements with modern rock, has successfully raised global awareness of Mongolian culture and enhanced the country's positive image. Their international performances received awards, and collaborations with renowned musicians have introduced Mongolian cultural elements to a wider audience, creating curiosity and appreciation for Mongolia's cultural heritage. Strategic recommendations include greater government support, enhanced collaboration with digital platforms, and educational and cultural exchange programs.

Abstract

The agreement between consumers and Tiket.com as organizers are included in the electronic agreement because it is carried out online by utilizing the sophistication of the internet Internet sophistication does not always have a positive impact, but also risks, such as abuse by irresponsible parties, for example, the case of unilateral cancellation carried out by Tiket.com due to the ban on homecoming by the government. Tiket.com canceled the trip and the consumer submitted a refund request to Tiket.com. The Tiket.com to consumers due to indications that they did not provide honesty and clarity to consumers regarding the refund. This study aims to determine and analyze consumer protection of Tiket.com application services and find legal remedies for these problems. The method used in compiling this research is a normative juridical method with descriptive research specification analysis, using secondary data obtained through literature studies with primary material. The results of this study show that Tiket.com who make unilateral cancellations related to flight tickets for indications of not providing honesty and vagueness of refunds are included in Unlawful Acts (PMH) and for the cancellation policy, Tiket.com contrary to the Consumer Protection Law and the ITE Law. To protect consumer rights, consumers can file a claim for compensation for PMH based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

This research investigates innovations in political communication strategies through a qualitative approach, focusing on the influence of campaign messages in the context of general elections in Indonesia. Through content analysis of campaign messages, this research identifies the main themes, framing strategies, and rhetoric used to influence voter perceptions. The findings of this research have practical implications for designing more effective campaign strategies, increasing more informed voter participation, and contributing new thinking to political literature and political marketing in Indonesia.
