Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on service quality and patient satisfaction, as well as to examine the mediating role of service quality. The research was conducted at Puskesmas Dedai, Sintang Regency, using a quantitative explanatory approach to explain causal relationships among the studied variables. The population consisted of 175 inpatients recorded over the last seven months, from which a sample of 64 respondents was selected using Slovin’s formula with a 10% margin of error through simple random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires that measured transformational leadership, organizational commitment, service quality, and patient satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect effects among variables. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on service quality and patient satisfaction, which is reflected through leaders’ ability to provide role modeling, motivation, inspiration, and encouragement for innovation among employees. Organizational commitment also shows a significant direct effect on patient satisfaction, particularly through employees’ emotional attachment, loyalty, and moral responsibility toward the organization. Furthermore, service quality is proven to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and patient satisfaction, indicating that effective leadership contributes to higher patient satisfaction primarily by improving service quality. However, service quality does not mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and patient satisfaction, suggesting that committed employees can directly influence patient satisfaction without necessarily improving perceived service quality. These findings emphasize the critical role of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and service quality in enhancing patient satisfaction in public healthcare services.

Abstract

This study examines the initial effectiveness of the Loan and Grant Withdrawal System implemented by the Regional Financial Management Agency of DKI Jakarta Province in managing loan and grant funds for the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit project. This research is motivated by the previous manual financial management process which resulted in delayed verification, frequent document revisions, limited tracking access, and inefficiencies that potentially increased project risks and financial penalties. The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the digital system and identify supporting and inhibiting factors during its early implementation stage. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis involving officers from the Regional Financial Management Agency and Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit Company. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the digital system has significantly improved processing speed, data accuracy, document management, and transparency in financial reporting. The system enables real time monitoring, reduces administrative errors, and strengthens accountability in public financial governance. Users also expressed higher satisfaction due to automated validation features and a more structured workflow process. However, technical constraints and limited user training were identified as challenges that need to be addressed for optimal system utilization. This study concludes that the digital withdrawal system is effective in improving the management of loan and grant funds for large scale infrastructure projects. Further development and continuous evaluation are recommended to enhance system performance and sustainability in public financial management.

Abstract

The implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in higher education requires a learning process oriented towards achieving graduate competencies, including mastery of digital accounting skills. Accurate Accounting System software is one of the accounting applications widely used in industrial practice, and its potential for integration into OBE-based learning is significant. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the sustainability of Accurate implementation and develop a conceptual model for the software's continued use in supporting OBE implementation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of students, lecturers, and educational staff who use Accurate. The variables analyzed include the Technology Readiness Index (TRI), the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and the Sustainability of Implementation Model. Data were analyzed using SPSS through validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression. The results showed that optimism and innovation had a significant positive effect on performance expectancy (? = 0.45, p < 0.01) and effort expectancy (? = 0.38, p < 0.05). Conversely, discomfort and insecurity had a negative effect on effort expectancy (? = -0.33, p < 0.05) and behavioral intention (? = -0.29, p < 0.05). This indicates that technological readiness (TRI) has an indirect effect on implementation sustainability through the UTAUT variable. This study strengthens the view that psychological readiness of technology users is an important prerequisite for educational technology adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in fractions through the use of the Fraction Wheel media in grade 3 at MI Thoriqul Huda Randupadangan. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 25 third-grade students consisting of 14 male students and 11 female students. Data collection techniques used observation of activities, learning outcome tests, and student response questionnaires. The results showed a very significant increase in learning outcomes, where the class average score increased from 52.8 in cycle I to 85.8 in cycle II. The percentage of classical learning completeness increased sharply from only 8% in cycle I to 96% in cycle II. This increase was also accompanied by a strengthening of teacher activity, which reached 96%, and student activity, which reached 87.5% at the end of the cycle. The Fraction Wheel Media proved to be effective in transforming abstract mathematical concepts into interactive concrete visualizations, thereby increasing positive responses and student learning motivation to 87,63. Thus, the use of fraction wheel media has been proven to optimally improve mathematics learning outcomes and provide an innovative and enjoyable learning solution for madrasah ibtidaiyah students.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is not only a regulatory obligation but also a crucial element influencing a company's reputation. A positive corporate reputation can be supported by strong OHS performance, as evidenced by companies receiving the Zero Accident Award. However, empirical studies investigating the relationship between OHS programs, OHS culture, Zero Accident achievement, and corporate reputation are still rare, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of OHS program implementation and OHS culture in achieving Zero Accidents and their impact on corporate reputation. The research approach used was quantitative, using a survey method. Respondents included 333 employees from 20 Zero Accident Award-winning companies in the Greater Malang area. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the direct and indirect (mediation) effects between variables. The analysis results show that the implementation of the OHS program and OHS culture have a positive and significant impact on the achievement of Zero Accidents and the company's reputation. Achieving Zero Accidents has also been shown to have a positive and significant impact on the company's reputation. Furthermore, the Zero Accident variable acts as a mediator that strengthens the influence of the OHS program and OHS culture on reputation. These findings confirm that OHS implementation is not merely a matter of complying with regulations, but rather a strategic investment to reduce workplace accidents and build a positive company image sustainably.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of workload and work stress on nurses’ turnover intention, with burnout as a mediating variable, at Indriati Hospital, Boyolali. A quantitative causal design was applied using data collected through structured questionnaires from 65 contract nurses. Inferential statistical analysis was employed to evaluate both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The results indicate that workload has a significant direct effect on turnover intention, implying that higher workload levels increase nurses’ intentions to leave their jobs. In contrast, work stress does not directly influence turnover intention but has a significant positive effect on burnout. Burnout, in turn, significantly affects turnover intention and mediates the relationship between work stress and turnover intention, confirming its role as a key psychological mechanism in nurse retention. Conversely, workload does not significantly influence burnout and therefore does not mediate its relationship with turnover intention, suggesting that workload operates through a direct pathway. These findings highlight the importance of organizational strategies focused on stress management, burnout prevention, and effective workload allocation to reduce turnover intention among nurses. Future research is recommended to involve broader samples and additional organizational factors to strengthen the generalizability of the findings in healthcare contexts.
