Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun dan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Karyawan Terbaik pada KPP Pratama Palangka Raya dengana adanya SPK dengan metode SAW diharapkan dapat mempermudah kinerja perusahaan dalam penentuan karyawan terbaik. Penulis membuat kesimpulan bahwa metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) cocok untuk menangani perusahaan yang masih menggunakan perhitungan manual dalam penentuan karyawan terbaik.Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik,diharapkan  dapat membantu dan mempermudah  dalam penentuan karyawan terbaik di lingkungan KPP Pratama Palangkaraya.Kata kunci: Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, SAW

Abstract

Sepulsa.com, is a website that provides credit top-up services, purchasing game vouchers, and variousother financial transactions. The importance of usability on sepulsa.com goes beyond just practicalconsiderations as it reflects the real challenges in delivering a satisfying user experience. The methodused in this research is user centered design. This aims to ensure that the UI/UX design of the productor system meets user needs, reduces errors, increases efficiency, and reduces development costs. Thisresearch evaluates the register, login and purchase game voucher features using the system usabilityscale (SUS). Initial evaluation results show an average score below 68, indicating a usability problemthat requires improvement. Abstract

Pelayanan publik di Desa Curah Jeru saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional, yang menyebabkan proses penyampaian keluhan dari masyarakat menjadi kurang optimal dan cenderung lambat. Riset ini menguraikan perancangan dan implementasi sebuah solusi digital berupa sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakat berbasis web, yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, serta transparansi pelayanan publik di Desa Curah Jeru. Proses pengembangan perangkat lunak ini mengadopsi pendekatan waterfall yang terstruktur melalui tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Penggalian data untuk menunjang tahapan analisis dilakukan melalui triangulasi teknik, yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Artefak pengembangan sistem mencakup desain basis data, pemodelan melalui ERD dan DFD, serta rancangan antarmuka, yang keseluruhannya diimplementasikan menggunakan tumpukan teknologi (tech stack) PHP dan framework Laravel. Sebagai hasilnya, terciptalah sebuah sarana pengaduan daring yang tidak hanya mempermudah masyarakat dalam menyampaikan keluhan, tetapi juga membantu aparat desa dalam menindaklanjuti laporan secara terstruktur. Selain itu, sistem juga menyediakan fitur pencatatan data yang berjalan secara otomatis dan waktu nyata (real-time). Untuk pengembangan di masa mendatang, sistem ini dapat ditingkatkan dengan penambahan fitur analisis statistik dan integrasi dengan sistem administrasi desa yang lain.

Abstract

In the processing of a company or business, the right management will analyze the company's performance. In addition to assessing the company's performance, the company's management also assesses the performance of the company's employees. PT. Perdana Prima Bhakti Mandiri still uses Microsoft Excel by calculating values for each criterion manually, that is, without using the available formula functions. Then the results of the assessment are printed in sheet form. The current employee performance appraisal procedure is considered inappropriate for recruiting Team Leader candidates. Employee performance appraisal procedures have so far had little impact on employee performance, and companies analyze employee performance subjectively, resulting in inaccurate calculations. Not infrequently appointments are made based on seniority alone. This study aims to facilitate companies in selecting prospective Team Leaders using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the aim of increasing the accuracy in evaluating prospective Team Leaders so that the hiring process can run smoothly.KeyWords: Decision Support System, AHP, Employee performance

Abstract

 This study aims to design an interactive learning medium using Augmented Reality (AR) to introduce public transportation to early childhood students at PAUDIT LHI Yogyakarta. The problem addressed is the low learning motivation caused by conventional media use. The proposed solution is an AR-based application that displays 3D vehicle objects, includes voice narration, and works offline. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The application was developed using Unity and Vuforia, and tested through alpha and beta testing. Results showed the application functioned properly and received an "Excellent" rating with a score of 88.9% from teachers and students. In conclusion, the application effectively increased children’s interest, engagement, and understanding of public transportation, highlighting the potential of AR in early childhood education.KeyWords: Augmented Reality; Early Childhood Education; Learning Media; Public Transportation; Interactive Application

Abstract

Di Indonesia, budidaya ikan air tawar memegang peranan penting dalam industri akuakultur, dengan spesies seperti nila, lele, dan ikan mas banyak dibudidayakan. Salah satu indikator utama kualitas ikan adalah kesehatannya, dan penyakit seperti Cotton Wool Disease (CWD) dapat menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi yang serius. CWD merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Saprolegniasis dan ditandai dengan kerusakan permukaan kulit ikan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti mengembangkan sistem deteksi penyakit ikan air tawar berbasis analisis citra digital. Algoritma ini melibatkan beberapa tahap: pengambilan citra, identifikasi Region of Interest (ROI), konversi citra ke dalam skala keabuan, dan analisis citra. Teknik deteksi tepi sobel dan LoG digunakan untuk menyoroti area yang terinfeksi gejala penyakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan nilai MSE 19353.066, PSNR sebesar 5.26, dan SSIM sebesar 0.563 algoritma  LoG lebih efisien dan efektif untuk memantau kesehatan ikan dan mengurangi kerugian dalam sektor akuakultur

Abstract

The increasing public interest in mountain hiking tourism in Indonesia has not been fully supported by the availability of accurate and integrated hiking information. This study aims to develop a web-based mountain hiking information system utilizing geospatial data to provide centralized and interactive information on hiking routes, weather forecasts, and hiker experiences. The system, named AyoMuncak, integrates interactive maps using Leaflet.js and weather data from the OpenWeatherMap API, and supports user-generated reviews. The system was developed using the waterfall model, which includes communication, planning, modeling, construction, and testing phases. Black box testing was used to ensure functional requirements were met. The results show that the system successfully delivers comprehensive information about 26 mountains in East Java, featuring mountain lists, location maps, weather forecasts, and review management. The system has been tested and proven to meet both user and admin needs. It is expected to enhance safety, convenience, and trip planning for hikers, while promoting the digitalization of tourism services based on spatial data.
