Abstract

The aims of this study is to improve teacher potential through Bimtek to compile the 2013 Curriculum Syllabus in Cluster 1 of Kintamani District, and Bangli Regency. This study was Regional School Action Research (PTSW) using two cycle designs and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. In collecting the data, this study used measurement techniques, in the form of tests to obtain quantitative data. The observation sheet is used to obtain qualitative data. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. There are 11 Hinduism Teachers, in Cluster 1 with less moderate and capable criteria. The teachers are ability to compile the syllabus as a classroom learning plan. The results showed that the quality of Hindu teachers in Cluster I gets enough title and the teacher who gets a good predicate is 45% so that the increase is 17% from enough to good. Furthermore, while the first cycle received a very good predicate as much as 18% in cycle 2 to 55% so that it experienced a 37% increase in the number of syllabus compilation from cycle I to cycle II. However, based on the result of this study was effective to achieve the target.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to improve the teacher's potential through training in making lesson plan of curriculum 2013 at the GAH KKG in Tembuku District, and in Bangli Regency. This study is School Action Research (PTS) using two cycles design and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. A measurement technique in the form of test is used to obtain a quantitative data and an observation sheets is used to obtain a qualitative data. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The subjects in this study were 30 Hindu Religion Teachers, in GAH KKG with less moderate and capable criteria. The object of this study is the ability of teachers to make a lesson plan of 2013 Curriculum to manage classroom learning. Furthermore, based on the results of this study first, at the end of the first and second cycles there was an increase in the average results of teacher's potential through training. The results of the previous training at 70.00 to 87.60. Then, in the third cycle the professional level of the teacher achieved good grades. Second, it turned out that the increase of teacher's potential through training by activating the GAH KKG in Tembuku district and in Bangli regency in 2018 showed very significant results from the initial conditions before receiving the training.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to improve the competence of Hinduism teachers at the elementary level in 2nd Group of Kintamani district, and in Bangli Regency. This study is a Regional School Action Research (PTSW) using three cycles design and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. A measurement technique in the form of test is used to carry out the teaching and learning process. Then, an observation in teaching and learning process are used to collected a quantitative data and it presented in the form of qualitative data. Furthermore, based on the results of this study, it can be found that; first, at the end of the first and second cycles there was an increase in the average results of teacher's potential through training in making lesson plan of 2013 Curriculum from 76.00 to 85.60 after the second and third cycles at the professional level the teacher achieved good grades. Second, it turned out that the increase in teacher's Compensation through classroom observation guidance in the 2nd group in Kintamani and in Bangli regency 2018/2019 showed very significant results from the initial conditions before receiving training. It turns out that teacher training through classroom observation is very useful to increase teacher's potential. However, they can increase their confidence in carrying learning tasks.

Abstract

One of the government agenda is to improve the quality of national education curriculum. The Centralistic of National curriculum system implementation has produced cognitive behaviors of students who are less flexible. According to the current 2013 curriculum, it requires new strategies, especially in learning activities. The learning approach which was previously dominated by the role of the teacher (teacher centered) was updated with a studentcentered learning system. One of this learning strategies are using the Pakem approach. By utilizing the school environment as a learning resource, the implementation standard of learning, the students will be able to develop creativity, motivation and participation in learning process. Furthermore, based on the results of the observation as a supervisors of Hinduism education, (PAH) teachers in the Cluster of Bangli district, are very rare and never used the school environment as a source of learning. The study was conducted to utilize the school environment as a learning resource and to find out the weaknesses and strengths of the (PAH) Teacher Working Group (KKG) discussion in improving teachers' ability. This study was a School Action Research which carried out in two cycles, where each cycle was carried in three meetings. The subjects of this study were (PAH) teachers in Cluster which 8 number of people. The data was collected by using the observation format, learning scenario assessment instruments and assessment instruments for learning implementation. Furthermore, the collected data is analyzed by using descriptive analysis. Based on the result of this study it can be found that, in the first cycle the average value obtained from the teacher's attitude to discuss the discussion was 79.38, while in the second cycle the average value obtained was 84.88. The average value obtained from the assessment of learning scenario in the first cycle is 78.75, while in the second cycle the average value obtained 82.50. The average value obtained from the assessment of learning implementation in the first cycle is 78.33, while in the second cycle the average value obtained 82.08. By looking at the average value obtained from the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that, from cycle I to cycle II, an increase in the average value obtained from each component is observed and assessed, which means that the guidance through the teacher working group discussion approach can improve the ability of teachers in using the school environment. Based on the result mentioned above, it is suggested to (PAH) teachers in Bangli Districts to optimize the use of the school environment as a learning resource by increasing the variety of learning methods in the preparation of learning scenarios and in the implementation of learning

Abstract

Yoga Ananda Marga Unit Karangasem is located on Amlapura City. However, the existence of some people in the city of Amlapura has not been known until now. The study was directed to get clarity about the implications of the existence of the Yoga Ananda Marga UnitKarangasem on the Karangasem community. Data is obtained by observation, interview, documentation, and literature study methods. The results showed that the implications of the existence of the Yoga Ananda Marga Unit in Karangasem include increasing the spiritual awareness of the community by conducting yoga activities with the community both conducted at the Ashram Yoga Ananda Marga Unit Karangasem and outside the ashram, especially yoga asanas, while for fasting camp, akhanda kiirtan and prabhat samgiit exercises were carried out at the Ashram Yoga Ananda Marga Unit in Karangasem; and the implications for social behavior were reflected in the form of social assistance in the form of delivery of groceries, cash assistance, free treatment, and home surgery.

Abstract

There is a term indicates ‘long life education’. It is meant that the human being as a primary creature in this life, and as long as he excis in this world, should motivate themselves to learn and get the science more than before. This term has permanently become a part of various education issues. Science’s progress recently trend to influent not even the world education, but the progress of technology also comes with it. The information progress as one of some indicators of science technology progress, is also taking a part in it. The acces that is prepared in various media, /give wide opportunity used in fullfilingng the information need. Education and learning are so much important in the human life. Both are intergrated as a perfectly unite,can not be spareted one each others. They must be in the form of harmonization. The learning process does not tranferisation’s problem and concentration of science only, but the education should be regarded as an aspect that is able to support the learning process. The knowledge that is obtained by students, if it is not supported by the educative things, makes either as student or an educated people trend to be immoralize, lack their spiritual, and phisological skill. For the future, the successful of education and learning are surely needed for the wisdom development moralization in constructing the carracter’s student. In Hindu’s perspective, it can be analized by value theory.

Abstract

The realization of a work of art takes place through a process that takes place starting from the impulse felt by an artist to make his work until the work becomes a reality. The process can run easily and quickly, but it can also take a very long time, instead it can stop in the middle of the road, until the work that is forced never materializes. The process of cultivating works of art, includes three important stages that must be passed. The three stages used in the cultivation process to realize this artwork are: exploration (exploration), experimental (Improvisation) and formation (Forming) stages. In the Lontar Prakempa, a Balinese gamelan mythology which is thought to be quite old, contains ins and outs of Balinese gamelan which essentially contains tatwa (philosophy or logic), morality (ethics), longo (aesthetics) and gegebug (technique) which are in harmony with Balinese gamelan . In the lontar also explained about the concept of Pangider Bhuana as a symbol of the ruler of the universe. Abstract

Education is not solely aimed only at teaching subjects, but educating, raising and developing a child's personality. Education is the realization of perfection that has existed in humans. So it is an integrated and harmonious development in the human personality. Education is intended to explore the potential of personality which is naturally in human beings. Lifelong education is not just for life. Education should be the process of developing a human personality as a whole, in other words the development of noble human values towards perfection and the realization of good values. Humanitarian education is not a separate lesson but must be the essence of all subjects, curriculum and extra-curricular activities.

Abstract

A student in the final semester does not rule out that it will be pressure in itself for all students, because they are always required to do their best. As a final semester student, of course a lot of pressure made him stressful. This is what often happens to final semester students who are always overwhelmed by excessive worry. It is at this time that the student will experience anxiety which causes him to become stressed so that it can cause depression in the student, social deviations to suicide as a solution. The technique used is document study with data analysis using data reduction, data display and data verification in accordance with the theme that the author adopted. The purpose of this journal article is to illustrate that the stress level of final students can be reduced by doing meditation (dhyana). Various literature and research shows that through meditation (dhyana) can provide a good mood for the mental so that it affects the psyche and can reduce student stress. In this journal it was found that dhyana played a role in reducing stress levels in final semester students. The goal of meditation is to have a calm and psychically balanced mind. Of course, this can help students complete their final assignments
