Abstract

This paper investigated the appraisal system used in the copywriting of food advertisements. The purpose of this research was to describe the utilization appraisal system in food advertisements. This study is qualitative and descriptive research. The data gathered from emotive words that contain about attitudes (affect, judgment, and appreciation) in the caption and picture of food advertisements. The instagram account of burgerking, pizzahut, and richeese factory as the data source. The result is the implementation of affect, appreciation, and judgment for copywriting strategy of the advertisement.

Abstract

Anxiety in cancer patients is a psychological disorder caused because the patient faces uncertainty, worry about the effects of cancer treatment, and fear of the development of cancer resulting in death. A child's response to anxiety is varied, influenced by various factors such as the child's developmental age, gender, length of treatment, and previous experiences of pain. Non-pharmacological therapy is a treatment therapy without the use of drugs. Non-pharmacological therapy has significant benefits for reducing a wide range of side effects of chemotherapy including, anemia, thrombocytopenia, leucopenia, nausea, vomiting, alopecia, stomatitis, reactionallergy, neurotoxic, and extravasation. The main focus of this review literature is nonpharmacological therapy for anxiety of children with cancer During chemotherapy. To optimize this interpretation, researchers used the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guide. From the Google Scholar database found a number of journals a total of 20 results, PubMed found 10, Science Direct 22. Then, the literature is screened whether it is in accordance with the inclusion criteria that have been set in this study. At the final stage only five journals were used for the synthesis process. All five articles are of such good quality that no one is eliminated from the critical appraisal process. Non-pharmacological therapies have significant benefits for reducing various side effects of chemotherapy including anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, nausea, vomiting, alopecia, stomatitis, allergic reactions, neurotoxicity, and extravasation. Various interventions such as music, autogenic exercises, mindfullnes programs, virtual reality, guided imagery and progressive muscle exercises are considered necessary to be applied in Indonesia.

Abstract

Implementation tridharma in institutions of higher education, increase management and service academic no can free from importance availability asset permanent in the form of means adequate infrastructure. The more develop college tall the more increase in assets still owned, so need attention in form management ordinary assets, known with term management asset. Many still consider management asset by physique only just a management tool list asset. This study aims to determine impact implementation management asset to internal control system for fixed assets at Duta Bangsa University Surakarta. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique used is by means of observation and interviews in order to obtain accurate information from the source . The results of the research show that fixed asset internal control it's been going well, where factor supporter in implementation management asset through management asset already have orderly procedure, clear flowchart, adequate human resources as well as device supporter in the form of SINAPRA (System Infrastructure) integrated start from Request fixed asset, procurement fixed asset until with placement fixed asset all via SINAPRA. However implementation still less than optimal because management asset still experience gap on Step implementation procurement asset permanent because condition certain and the need improvement as well as upgrade system to match with provision and needs due to the transfer process placement asset as part from development land Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta.

Abstract

The development of technology in this globalization era makes everything easier and more practical. One aspect that is greatly helped by technological advances is communication. Communication is a method to connects all of human desires, that is how relationship with other was created. To establish better communication, humans use language to connect the contents of their minds in order to get harmony in a certain matter. Each country has a different language from one another, however nowadays there are many cases of a certain language being used by other countries due to the influence of the spread of culture through digital technology. People start mixing two or more languages when they speak, this phenomenon is a substation of sociolinguistics called code mixing. The use of code mixing can be found in the WhatsApp group chat of Circulation Division members at Solopos. They used code mixing in coordinating the implementation of the events they hold. This article was compiled with the aim of analyzing the types of code-mixing they have used. This article is descriptive qualitative research, the data was obtained from the WhatsApp chat of the Circulation Division at Solopos Media Group and the analysis of the data was taken from books, journals and articles related to the topic.

Abstract

Population growth and continuous economic growth increase the demand for food, water and energy. Food security is a condition where food needs are met both for households, such as quality, safety, nutrition, equitable distribution, and affordable. Food security is an important thing in food self-sufficiency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost of income and efficiency in irrigated and rainfed rice fields in Klaten district. The method used in determining the sample is done by purposive sampling. Data analysis uses farming analysis such as cost, income and efficiency analysis. The results show that rainfed and irrigated rice fields in Klaten Regency are profitable and efficient in terms of efficiency. The income from irrigation rice farming obtained by farmers is 22,344,090.67/ha and Rainfed is 15,037,684.32/ha and the efficiency of Irrigated lowland rice farming is Rp. 2.11 and Rainfed is Rp. 1.46.

Abstract

Background of this research is decrease immunization efficient in pandemic covid-19. Based on routine immunization data reports for October 2021, complete basic immunization coverage has only reached 58.4% of the target 79.1%. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of mothers under five with immunization services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Banyudono I Health Center. Objective This research is a research mix ed methods. With research techniques using nonprobability sampling, accidental sampling, and for samples with a qualitative approach, using saturated samples. The research was conducted on February 22 and March 1, 2022. Methods from the results of data analysis, it can be seen that from 4 3 respondents mothers who have toddlers 0-24 months with a frequency of 28 respondents said they were not satisfied (65.5%), 15 respondents said they were satisfied (34.9%), and based on the results of interviews from 3 Respondents one mother said they were satisfied and 2 mothers said they were not satisfied with the immunization service. Results for health workers, especially midwives and the registration section at the Banyudono I Health Center, is to improve the registration system so that it can improve better services, and create patient comfort when visiting the Banyudono I Health Center

Abstract

Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling dominated by fear. The phenomenon of the current Covid-19 is one of the anxiety factors for pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach with Chi-Square bivariate test. The research sample on pregnant women was 38 respondents in the Boyolali area. The measuring instrument used is the PASS questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between anxiety in pregnant women and parity with a p-value of 0.001

Abstract

The research was carried out to obtain a model for developing a tourist village based on digital management, starting with marketing a tourist village to the public through e-marketing, ordering e-tickets and reporting on sales of Tourism Village tickets. This study uses a qualitative method with a simulation observation research strategy. Observations were made in the Sidowayah Tourism Village, Klaten Regency in Umbul Siblarak, Dolanan and Tobing Villages. From the results of the preliminary survey, the condition of the Sidowayah tourist village currently has visitors, but there are still few and are local tourists. This research was conducted for 4 months divided into 2 stages. The first stage of the research is to identify and map tourism areas owned by the Sidowayah Tourism Village, this stage is carried out using a qualitative descriptive method. The second stage is to build a tourism village development model based on digital management based on the tourism sector, with the stages of making digital marketing applications, e-tickets, e-reports, application testing and application implementation in tourism village management. The results of the research are the mapping of the tourism sector and the application of the tourist village information system based on digital management. From these results, it is expected to be able to solve problems in the development of Tourism Villages, including tourist villages that are easily known to the public on a national and international scale, people who are going on vacation can choose tourist attractions and order tickets through the application and tour managers can find out the results of ticket sales at any time and make the Village Tourism is growing rapidly

Abstract

Adolescence is a period where growth occurs rapidly, so that the nutritional needs of adolescence also increase. One of the nutrients whose needs are increasing is iron. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and diet with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. The method used in this research is an analytic observational research with a cross sectional research design. The research population is all young women at SMK Citra Medika Sragen. The research sample was 160 adolescent girls using stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi square test with 95% confidence level. The results of the study using statistical tests with chi-square values ​​obtained on nutritional status with the incidence of anemia were p value = 0.008 <0.05. The results of the analysis of eating patterns with the incidence of anemia are p value = 0.004 < 0.05 with an OR of 0.409. The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between nutritional status and dietary habit with the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls

Abstract

Sleep is a repetitive neurobehavioral state of relative perceptual detachment and is not responsive to the environment, accompanied by a reclining position, calm behavior and closed eyes, which are important for health (Buysse, 2014). Sleep quantity disturbance is the non- fulfillment of normal sleep duration, which can result from difficulty initiating sleep or inability to maintain sleep. Sleep quality disorders are sleep interruptions due to awakening when sleep is of short duration but with frequent and repeated frequency (Cortese, et al. 2014). Sleep hygiene therapy is the most effective non-pharmacological therapy to overcome sleep pattern disorders (Yaremchuk, 2018). The general purpose of this case is to provide "The Implementation of Sleep Hygien in Elementary School Age Children with Sleep Disorders Problems in Serengan Village". The research method of this case study is descriptive in the form of family nursing care to explore nursing care problems for healthy school-age children. The research subjects used in this study were 1 client of school- age children who were in 1 family. The conclusion of the results of the problem of sleep pattern disorders in elementary school-aged children before the application of sleep hygiene was that they experienced sleep pattern disturbances with a total of 7 hours, after sleep hygiene the amount of sleep was 9 hours. Problems that arise before being given sleep hygiene are disturbances in sleep patternsand knowledge about sleep and rest after sleep hygiene problems are resolved
