Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect job satisfaction and job discipline toward salesperson employee performance At Toyota Hadji Kalla Subdivision Urip Sumoharjo Makassar. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population of this study were all employees who work as salespeople at the Toyota Hadji Kalla Office, Urip Sumoharjo Makassar Branch, as many as 42 people. The research sample used the census method as many as 42 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used the computerized SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of satisfaction and job discipline toward salesperson employee performance at Toyota Hadji Kalla Subdivision Urip Sumoharjo Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of company reputation and employer branding on the interest in applying for jobs as alumni of Hasanuddin University Makassar. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The Population of this study is alumni of Hasanuddin University who are looking for work using the purposive sampling method. The research sample was 80 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using computerized SPSS programs. The results of this study show the influence of company reputation and employer branding on the interest in applying for jobs as alumni of Hasanuddin University Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether information technology and the work environment affect employee performance at Yus Corp Makassar. Data collection used primary data obtained from a questionnaire administered to a sample of 60 employees at Yus Corp Makassar. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression. Sampling technique used is saturated samples. The results revealed the following findings: 1) Information technology has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2) The work environment does not have a positive direct effect on employee performance. 3.) There is a Simultaneous Influence of Information Technology and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Yus Corp Makassar

Abstract

FAITH ARIFIN.The Effect of Quality of Human Resources (HR), Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at the District Office of Enrekang DistrictEnrekang . This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the quality of human resources, Partial and Simultaneous Motivation and Compensation for employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang district.This research was conducted at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency, which is located at Jalan Jendral Sudirman No.25, Batili. This research method is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. Data analysis in this study used validation test techniques, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows version 25 application, with a total sample of 23 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The quality of human resources has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a t count value that is greater than t table, namely 2.217 > 2.093 . 2) Motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a t count value that is greater than t table, namely 2.834 > 2.093. 3) Compensation has a partial effect on employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office, Enrekang Regency which is characterized by a t count value that is greater than t table, namely 5.445 > 2.093 . 4) Quality of Human Resources, Motivation and Compensation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Enrekang sub-district office

Abstract

The Effect of Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia in Makassar class of 2018. This study aims to determine career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia. the type of data in this study is quantitative data using pearson product moment correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination and the t test. while the data sources are primary data and secondary data. Interview and questionnaire data collection methods sent a Google Form survey to 143 employees of PT Chaeron Pokphand Indonesia in Makassar. Based on the research results, the correlation coefficient (r) was obtained = 0.707, the coefficient of determination (r²) = 50%, t count = 7.540 > t table = 1.672. This means that career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia in Makassar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Effectiveness of Zakat Management in Tackling Poverty in The City of Makassar (Study Lazismu Sul-Sel). The purpose of the study is divided into two, namely practical benefits, namely to know the role of South Sulawesi common steps in tackling poverty in the city of Makassar, to determine the effectiveness of zakat management through Lazismu to Mustahiq. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study that the distribution of zakat in tackling poverty in the city of Makassar is very effective in terms of the work guidelines of the South Sulawesi Zakat Lazismu organization such as the organizational structure that regulates the collection and distribution of zakat, the process of observation, assessment, distribution and evaluation, and the existence of a financial audit process. , the process of collection and distribution using a Sharia BANK. With the existence of the Lazismu Amil zakat institution in South Sulawesi, the processing is organized so that it is effective in distributing zakat, especially in tackling poverty in Makassar City

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly competitive, companies are required to have a strong identity in maintaining survival. Discussing performance, especially employees, is an important issue to be researched both in the organization. This is inseparable from the company's goals which expect continuous employee performance improvement to achieve superior company performance. What is the relationship between promotion to employee’s performance? There are still few researchers who explore this question. This study aims to analyze the level of influence of promotion on employee performance at the Nusantara Card Universe Makassar Branch. This type of research is a quantitative study using questionnaires as primary data collection. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees of the Nusantara Card Universe Makassar Branch. Thus, the sample in this study is a census sampling or saturated sample. The results of the study show that promotion has a significant effect on employee performance. Promotion will motivate hard work and increase employee morale as well as support higher employee performance. By understanding the factors that influence post-promotion performance, organizations can take better actions in employee development and improve overall efficiency and productivity.

Abstract

In its declaration, there were various polemics related to the quality of hospital services after the implementation of the Health BPJS program. Some people think it will affect the quality of service. In creating good quality, many things are needed, one of which is how a company carries out quality control. It is important to carry out continuous quality control so that the products produced by the company are in accordance with the standards set by the company and in line with the standards set by the authorized agency. What is the relationship between tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy on patient satisfaction? There are still few researchers who explore this question. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of: a) tangible on patient satisfaction; b) responsiveness to patient satisfaction; c) reliability of patient satisfaction; d) assurance of patient satisfaction; e) empathy for patient satisfaction. This research was conducted at Inco Sorowako Hospital. The research method used is a descriptive survey method. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The population in this study were all outpatients and inpatients at Inco Sorowako Hospital. The sample in this study is part of the population of outpatient and inpatient patients at Inco Sorowako Hospital for the period May-June 2017 which have relatively the same characteristics and are considered to represent a population of 100 people. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The results of the analysis show that tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient trust, and patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient trust.

Abstract

Upaya keras otoritas pajak di Indonesia untuk memperbaiki regulasinya dalam rangka meningkatkan kepatuhan para wajib pajaknya belum memuaskan, mengingat tingkat kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dalam melaporkan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Tahunan tahun 2017-2021 masih paling tinggi sebesar 84,07%. Berdasarkan latar belakang serta analisis dan pembahasan, disimpulkan bahwa terjadinya tax avoidance dan tax evasion yang menyebabkan turunnya tingkat kepatuhan dan tidak maksimalnya penerimaan pajak harus ditangani dengan penguatan legitimasi (hukum) pajak di Indonesia. Penguatan legitimasi pajak di Indonesia harus didasarkan pada unsur-unsur pembentuk legitimasi berupa cognitive legitimacy, moral legitimacy, dan pragmatic legitimacy.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of recruitment on onboarding programs , mentoring programs and their impact on employee performance. The object of this study is PT Borwita Citra Prima, Makassar City, with a total of 102 respondents consisting of sales, delivery van, delivery presale and warehouse . Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires and testing research hypotheses using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) analysis tool with path analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: First, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the onboarding program . Second, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the mentoring program. Third, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, the onboarding program has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fifth, mentoring program has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Sixth, onboarding program significantly mediates recruitment to employee performance. Seventh, mentoring program significantly mediates recruitment to employee performance.
