Abstract

Penilaian kinerja adalah penentuan secara periodik efektifitas operasional suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisa pengaruh kapabilitas proses terhadap implementasi strategi operasi, menganalisa pengaruh kapabilitas proses terhadap kinerja operasional, serta menganalisa pengaruh implementasi strategi operasi terhadap kinerja operasional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yang bersifat eksplanatif (eksplanatory research) yang berusaha menjelaskan pengaruh kausalitas (causality relationship) yaitu untuk mendidentifikasi hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel, peneliti mencari tipe sesungguhnya dari fakta untuk membantu memahami dan memprediksi hubungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial masing-masing dari varibel Improvement, Collaboration, Responsiveness, Reconfiguration, dan Inovasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Implementasi Strategi Operasi. Improvement, Collaboration, Responsiveness, Reconfiguration, dan Inovasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Secara simultan Implementasi Strategi Operasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.

Abstract

Kinerja perusahaan yang baik dapat dilihat dari bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang ada didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) Menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi, dan kinerja BCA KCU Makassar. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan BCA KCU Makassar. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan BCA KCU Makassar. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan BCA KCU Makassar. (5) Menganalisis pengaruh secara tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan BCA KCU Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kausalitas. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian dilakukan di PT BCA, TBK Cabang Makassar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kuantitatif, uji instrument, analisis jalur (Path Analysis), dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil uji analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dengan asumsi motivasi dan kompensasi bernilai tetap, hal ini bermakna gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan tidak berpengaruh dengan naik turunnya kinerja karyawan BCA Makassar karena dengan seringnya pergantian kepemimpinan, gaya kepemimpinan apapun tidak mempengaruhi hasil kinerja tiap karyawan di BCA KCU Makassar. Motivasi tidak dapat memediasi pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja, hal ini berarti bahwa kompensasi tidak menjadi acuan karyawan memiliki kinerja yang baik, karyawan berpikir bahwa meskipun dengan kenaikan kompensasi yang mereka terima tidak serta merta membuat mereka bekerja dengan lebih baik atau tidak, beberapa karyawan menganggap baik atau tidaknya kerja mereka tidak membuat kompensasi turun untuk kasus di BCA, melainkan setiap tahun selalu naik maksimal 10% sehingga beberapa karyawan mengganggap kompensasi tidak berpengaruh sebagai motivasi mereka dalam memiliki kinerja dengan baik atau tidak.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is the periodic determination of operational effectiveness of a company. This study aims to Analyze the effect of process capability on the implementation of operating strategy, analyze the effect of process capability to operational performance, and analyze the influence of operational strategy implementation on operational performance. The approach used in this research is explanatory approach which explains the causality relationship that is to identify causal relationship between variables, the researcher looks for the real type of facts to help understand and predict the relationship. The results showed that partially each of the variables Improvement, Collaboration, Responsiveness, Reconfiguration, and Innovation positively affect the Implementation of Operation Strategy. Improvement, Collaboration, Responsiveness, Reconfiguration, and Innovation positively affect the Company Performance. Simultaneously Implementation of Operation Strategy has a positive effect on Company Performance.

Abstract

The dynamics of rapidly changing business environment is one of the main factors driving the increasing competition in the market. This study aims to know to know the effect of managerial factors, the influence of environmental factors, the influence of culture / organizational culture, and strategic planning on the competitive advantage in PT Semen Tonasa. This research is included in the type of causal research that is to identify the causal relationships among variables, the researcher looks for the real type of facts to help understand and predict relationships. The result of test that has been done show that managerial factor, environmental factor, organizational culture have positive and significant influence to strategic planning, and strategic planning have positive and significant influence to company performance. Similarly, competitive advantage positively and significantly influence the company's performance.

Abstract

Family planning extension officers (PKB) is an asset of human resources that will determine the success of the management of the programme at the level of field lines KB. This research aims to find out and analyze between individual characteristics, competencies, and an influential work environment more dominant performance against the extension officers KKBPK Mamuju Regency. The design of the research uses descriptive analistis approach (analytical descriptive approach) quantitatively. The population in this research is the extension officers KKBPK-KB Office of population and Control KB Mamuju Regency totaled 40 people extension officers of KKBPK. The samples will be used in this research is 40 power extension officers KB Mamuju Regency. The technique of data collection is done using interviews, observation, Questionnaire, and documentation. The results showed that individual Characteristics, competencies, and simultaneously working environment positive and significant effect on performance extension officers KB in Mamuju Regency. Competence is more dominant in affecting the performance of extension officers KB in Mamuju Regency with the value of the component's largest beta 0567. While the individual karasteristik and the respective working environment of 0.253 and 0.196.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of science and technology and the quality of human resources in the processing of high economic value water hyacinth in Lake Tempe, Wajo Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with primary data collection. The sample used is the community around Lake Tempe with the age of 20-39 years, as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis is carried out through stages: collecting data through a questionnaire, and visiting the field directly in order to provide a clear picture of the problem under study. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression data analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 software. This study states that: (1) science and technology on water hyacinth are of high economic value, with increasing science and technology, economic value is increasing. (2) The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on water hyacinth with high economic value, with the increase in the quality of human resources, the economic value is increasing. (3) Simultaneously science and technology and human resources quality have a positive influence on high economic value, partially science and technology, and human resources quality have a positive effect on high economic value. (4) science and technology variable is a more dominant influence on water hyacinth with high economic value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of leadership sale and work discipline on service Quality and Employee Performance in the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated service in Makassar city. The approach taken in this study was a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. The population in this study are employees at the Department of Investment and one-stop integrated service or the city of Makassar. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires while data processing using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service solution) version 23. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on service quality. There is a negative and insignificant influence of work discipline on service quality, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is a negative and insignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance, there is a negative and significant effect of service quality on employee performance, there ia a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance through quality service. There is a negative and insignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance through service quality.

Abstract

Every company is required to always survive in the face of all challenges, both existing challenges, and challenges that will come. In facing challenges, it is necessary to use human resources who can improve performance in the implementation of work. This study aims to identify and analyze (1) the influence of person-job fit and training on job satisfaction and employee performance at PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Utara (2) Satisfaction with the performance of employees, (3) Person Job Fit and training to performance through satisfaction at PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Utara. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a variance-based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS). In determining the samples used were 58 respondents. The results of the study found that (1) person-job fit and training have an effect on job satisfaction and employee performance (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of person-job fit on employee performance (4) Satisfaction work cannot mediate the effect of training on employee performance.

Abstract

The right strategy is needed for the development efforts of a company. This research aims to identify the internal environment in the form of strengths and weaknesses that affect the development of foreign exchange bank services at Bank Sulselbar; Identifying the external environment in the form of opportunities and threats that affect the development of foreign exchange bank services at Bank Sulselbar, and analyze and formulate a strategy for the development of foreign exchange bank services at Bank Sulselbar. This research is designed with quantitative form and uses survey methods aimed at analyzing internal and external factors that can support the development of Bank Sulselbar as a Foreign Exchange Bank. The results showed the position of Bank Sulselbar's foreign exchange service development strategy was in Kuadaran I (first) which is an aggressive strategy by implementing the SO (Strenght-Opportunity) strategy. The aggressive strategy that is a priority in the development of foreign exchange services for Bank Sulselbar shows that with the support of shareholders, a strong network, and reliable technology, the development of Bank Sulselbar's foreign exchange services should be optimized so as to provide strategic value for the sustainability of Bank Sulselbar's business development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to answer the formulation of the problem is to find out the side of the credit segment affected by P2P lending. The next goal is to identify and evaluate factors included in the internal and external environment in determining credit business development strategies at PT. Bank Sulselbar and determine the use of effective methods be developed at PT. Bank Sulselbar. This research is a type of qualitative research on strategic design. This research is designed to direct managerial strategy decisions at PT Bank Sulselbar based on scientific analysis and argumentation. Based on the results of QSPM matrix analysis, the right strategy that can be carried out for PT Bank Sulselbar is to conduct market development, followed by product development. The results of the study on the formulation of corporate strategies that have been presented in this research, it is expected to help encourage a more in-depth study of the field of strategy management, especially in the field of corporate strategy formulation.
