Abstract

This activity explores the development and implementation of “Moral Quests,” an educational game designed to enhance the character development of elementary school students at SD Inpres Sero by adapting Indonesian folklore. The significance of this community engagement project lies in creating an innovative educational tool that instills moral values in young learners—an essential aspect of their holistic development. The topic is highly relevant as it leverages cultural heritage, specifically Indonesian folktales, to make learning engaging and meaningful. The community engagement project employs a participatory approach, involving teachers, students, and community members during the design and implementation phases to ensure cultural relevance and educational effectiveness. The methodology includes storytelling, interactive games, and character-building activities to achieve its objectives. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in students’ understanding and application of core moral values such as honesty, responsibility, and respect. These findings underscore the potential of culturally adapted educational games in nurturing desired character traits among young learners. In conclusion, this project emphasizes the importance of integrating cultural elements into educational tools to enhance their impact and relevance, pointing toward a positive future for character development.

Abstract

Vocabulary is one element of language that must be learned. Learning vocabulary is the most important thing in learning English. As we know that vocabulary is the basic of communication which is very necessary. The use of interesting learning media and aims to make students more motivated in learning. Charades Games is the learning strategy can be used in this activities. This game makes learning more interesting because it makes students more active in learning English. The aim of the implementing charades game as media in learning is to increase students’ vocabulary mastery and makes student more interest and fun in learning process. As the result of implementing charades games in learning vocabulary in Nurul Jannah NW Ampenan orphanage children, Mataram City shows that the students are taught to work in teams, solve the problems with team, and charades games is one of the appropriate game to teach and learn vocabulary, especially in teaching and learning Nouns. Additionally, charades games can be played without considering age boundaries.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is one of the programs organized by the Bumigora University campus which involves students in learning activities outside the campus, interacting directly with the community. The aim is to increase students' understanding of practical sharia banking practices and to find out the use of the Document Management System (DMS) application used by Bank NTB Syariah Mataram, especially the Financing Division, as well as to apply the knowledge gained on campus in real life and provide benefits to the company. . The location of the KKN is on Jl. Udayana, Dasan Agung, Mataram. With a focus on the subject of internship activities at Bank NTB Syariah Mataram. With an internship period of 1 month. The methods used in this practice are observation and interviews. Through an observational approach, the author will directly observe the work processes and practices of sharia banking and pay attention in detail to how the document management system (DMS) is applied in financing management. Meanwhile, through interviews, the author gained an in-depth understanding from bank staff and managers regarding internal policies, challenges, and prospects for the Mataram Sharia banking industry. This activity implies that it is hoped that the company will continue to optimize its operational processes using the DMS application and utilize the knowledge and new ideas students bring.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of banking management administration at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk, Mataram Branch Office. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of administrative processes and identify challenges faced in performing administrative tasks. Research methods include direct observation, interviews with bank staff, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the administrative processes at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk, Mataram Branch Office function well, despite some technical challenges such as delays in archiving and data entry errors. These issues can be addressed through continuous training for employees and enhanced inter-departmental coordination. The author also emphasizes the importance of upgrading technological infrastructure to support work efficiency. Other recommendations include improving the information management system and developing orientation programs for new employees. The internship at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Mataram Branch Office provides real work experience, enhances both technical and soft skills, and helps students adapt to workplace culture while building professional networks in the banking industry. Overall, this study provides insights into the importance of effective administration in banking operations and offers practical solutions to enhance administrative performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (persero) Tbk, Mataram Branch Office.

Abstract

The sharia banking industry in Indonesia, including Bank NTB Syariah Mataram, is facing big challenges in strengthening digital infrastructure. This strategic step aims to improve operational efficiency and service quality to customers. Strengthened infrastructure, the bank is committed to maximizing financial services to better meet customer expectations. In this context, the author carries out the Community Service Program (KKN) at Bank NTB Syariah Mataram. The main focus of this activity is to apply the theoretical knowledge gained during lectures in practical situations, especially in terms of financial analysis and improving the financial reporting process. This entire series of activities was completed within one month. The author succeeded in making a significant contribution in efforts to increase the effectiveness of Bank NTB Syariah Mataram's financial reporting. The results of this KKN show that the integration between academic education and practical practice provides real benefits not only for the institution, but also for the students involved. KKN at Bank NTB Syariah Mataram broadens students' experience in the world of work, increases the application of theory in real situations, and positively contributes to the development of digital infrastructure. This activity implies that Bank NTB Syariah Mataram needs to continue to strengthen its digital infrastructure to remain relevant and competitive as it continues to develop.

Abstract

Microsoft Excel and Realta Global System (RGS) are essential tools in financial management and inventory control within the hospitality industry. This KKN (community service) report focuses on these tools' application at Qunci Villas Hotel in Lombok, aiming to improve operational efficiency. The topic was chosen due to the critical role of accurate financial and inventory management in ensuring smooth hotel operations and customer satisfaction. The study employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involved active participation from the hotel's staff and management in identifying issues, developing solutions, and evaluating outcomes. Through detailed observations and interviews, the project identified key challenges in the processes of recording Store Requisitions (SR), creating Purchase Orders (PO), and receiving goods. The findings highlighted the need for enhanced training on Excel and RGS usage, better system integration, and improved data management practices. Implementing these recommendations is expected to lead to more accurate data entry, better decision-making, and increased overall efficiency. The results underscore the importance of leveraging technology in financial and inventory management and provide a practical framework for other hotels aiming to optimize their operations. This study demonstrates that participatory approaches can significantly improve organizational processes and employee engagement.

Abstract

The transformation of the financial industry has not only impacted society but has also significantly influenced industry players in Indonesia. This transformation is evidenced by the availability of numerous digital financial applications that can be accessed either for a fee or free of charge, such as Accurate and ESB Core. The use of these applications is considered to enhance the effectiveness of corporate financial reporting. Therefore, this community service activity aims to assist My Kopi-O Lombok in implementing financial transaction recording through the Accurate and ESB Core applications. The methodology for this activity comprises three phases: preparation/planning, execution, and evaluation. Several activities conducted include recording financial transactions into the system, inventory management, initial branch data setup, and petty cash management. All activities were completed within one month. The results of this activity demonstrate an increase in the effectiveness of financial reporting for My Kopi-O Lombok, as digital recording has proven to facilitate the work of the finance department. It is hoped that through this activity, the company will continue to intensify its use of digital financial applications to maximize revenue and minimize operational expenses that can still be reduced by the company.

Abstract

Along with the development of companies and demands for efficiency in the business world, the administration system has become a crucial aspect in maintaining the smooth running of company operations. Administration plays a central role in ensuring that a company can operate effectively and efficiently. Perum Bulog has an important role in maintaining national food security. Therefore, this activity aims to analyze the implementation of the administration system. This research uses the service-learning method, where the author applies his academic knowledge directly in work practice in the field. Activities include marketing planning and operations, preparing marketing collaborations, and promotions with other parties. The results of this activity include a deeper understanding of the administrative system at Perum Bulog through the application of theoretical concepts to real situations. The author successfully carried out Marketing and Customer Relations, Market Operations, administrative recaps, and stock opnam activities, which contributed to the company's operational effectiveness. The implication of this research is that the application of service learning in analyzing the administrative system at Perum Bulog can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations and support the goal of maintaining national food security freely. Providing valuable experience in applying knowledge and skills from education to the real world of work. This includes time discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and an understanding of marketing management and administration. Activities such as Market Operations, administrative recaps, and stock-taking provide in-depth insight into the work environment of the food logistics industry.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of Community Service Program (KKN) at BULOG Regional Office of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). This KKN program aims to provide practical experience to students in applying the knowledge they have learned in college to the real world of work, especially in the field of food logistics. KKN activities cover various aspects such as logistics management, data processing, administration, and development of work programs that support the efficiency and effectiveness of BULOG operations. The methods used include orientation and introduction to the agency, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this activity indicate that students can make real contributions to improving the quality of services and operations of the BULOG Regional Office of NTB, as well as gain insights and practical skills that are useful for their future careers. The main purpose of this article is to educate the academic and practical community to generate new ideas for the development of several dynamic complexes.

Abstract

Digitalization, marked by advanced technology, has transformed human life, making it more practical. This transformation also impacts PT. Gerbang NTB Emas, which requires efficient transaction administration systems. Therefore, this service activity aims to help PT. Gerbang NTB Emas implement various digital financial recording systems. The method of implementing this activity includes recording, summarizing, and archiving general expenditures, cross-checking item prices on the Mahadesa website system, updating and adjusting prices in the TDC Mahadesa system, and evaluation stages. Core activities include utilizing Microsoft Excel for financial recording, developing the Mahadesa web-based system for trade transaction administration, and collaborating with local governments to enhance village-level businesses. This series of activities was completed within one month. The results are the successful implementation of digital financial recording and improved trade transaction administration, which help maintain the efficiency and reliability of PT. Gerbang NTB Emas's operations. Through this activity, it is hoped that the company can continue to enhance its digital financial and administrative practices, achieving a balance between practical and theoretical understanding for future growth.
