Abstract

Low levels of exclusive breastfeeding will increase the risk of stunting and susceptibility to disease in the future. One of the reasons for this low supply is that breast milk production is not smooth, so it is necessary to facilitate the production of breast milk from natural ingredients. This service aims to educate about using natural ingredients to enable breast milk for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. This service method has 4 stages: namely approach, preparation, delivery of material, and discussion. The results of the service showed that the village community understood the natural ingredients that could be used to facilitate breast milk, namely katuk leaves, turi, spinach and banana blossoms. Apart from that, in the service, proper processing is demonstrated so that the content is not lost or reduced. The conclusion of this service is that the community of Preparation Reban Madani village will utilize natural ingredients with proper processing to facilitate breast milk so that they can carry out exclusive breastfeeding. The implication of community service is that village knows how to process local plants to facilitate breast milk.

Abstract

Stress pada remaja yang terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan dalam hal ini pesantren dengan dinamika hubungan sosial yang beragam dan mata Pelajaran serta kegiatan dengan intensitas tinggi serta deraan rasa rindu pada keluarga dan kebosanan pada ruang gerak yang sangat terbatas dan monoton sangat berperan menjadi penyebab timbulnya stress yang dapat diartikan atau disimpulkan sebagai suatu ketegangan atau krisis mental bagi santri. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada santri bagaimana mengenali dan mengelola stress serta bagaimana mengatur waktu dalam hal aktifitas akademik dan aktifitas lainnya dalam pandangan Islam dan Psikologi Pendidikan dengan harapan meminimalisir Tingkat ketegangan santri dan menekan munculnya stress atau meningkatkan kemampuan bagaimana mengelola stress jika terlanjur ada. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan dalam 4 sesi: 1) sesi penjelasan materi substansi; 2) sesi penyuluhan dalam perspektif Islam; 3) sesi penyuluhan dalam perspektif psikologi Pendidikan, dan 4) sesi pelatihan penanganan stress. Dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 sampai 18 Mei bertempat di aula Pondok Pesantren Daarul Yatama wal Masakin Jerowaru Lombok Timur dengan melibatkan seluruh pengurus dan pengasuh pesantren dan segenap santri yang terdiri dari 201 orang santri putri dan 52 orang santri putra. Penyuluhan berlangsung sangat memuaskan dengan tingginya Tingkat antusiasme peserta serta adanya permintaan pelatihan Tingkat lanjut pada guru dan pengasuh pesantren agar dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman bagi para santri.

Abstract

 Animated video is an audio-visual medium by combining animated images that can move followed by audio corresponds to the animated character. and in this case the service uses 3-dimensional animation. This community service aims to provide knowledge to children to be able to make 3-dimensional animation videos of photosynthesis in natural science subjects so that children can know and learn easily how the photosynthesis process works, using technology. The research method uses the Luther Sutopo method with the following steps: concept, design, material collection, manufacture, testing and distribution. The initial stage that was carried out was to think about the concept, namely the goal, was to produce a 3-dimensional animation video of photosynthesis through the training carried out, and for whom this training was carried out, namely for children who were still attending elementary school. Next, do a 3-dimensional animation design for the video which is made in the form of text, images, audio, video and animation. Then collect the materials needed to make this animated video such as background, images, sound and other supporting materials. After collecting all the materials, this 3-dimensional animated video was made until final editing. Then a test was carried out on the animated video that was made to see whether it was suitable for use as training material for elementary school children. After being declared suitable, it will be immediately distributed to elementary school children. The impact is that it is hoped that children who are still in elementary school will be technologically literate, so that later they can make other animated videos with different material.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge of STIKES Fatima Pare-Pare lecturers and students in finding research gaps in reputable journal literature, and improve their skills in using Mendeley as a reference management tool. This activity was attended by 27 people from lecturers and students. The method for implementing this activity starts from observation, identifying needs, training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increase in knowledge and skills on the topics covered. In addition, around 70% of participants felt that their knowledge and skills had increased significantly. This means that the activities carried out have an impact on the participants so that after the resource person leaves the activity location there is knowledge sharing between participants so that participants who have not improved much can also understand and implement the material that has been given. It is hoped that this improvement in skills will help lecturers and students in preparing research proposals for funding assistance proposals such as DRTPM research grants, student PKM grants, PPK Ormawa, P2MW, or student final project proposals. This activity led the lecturers to find the research gap better and made it easier to explain the novelty.

Abstract

This activity aims at teaching language formula to students in SD GMIT 4 Kefamenanu-NTT to produce natural language like English native speakers. The teaching method used in this activity is called ABC which stands for Anticipation, Building Knowledge, and Consolidation (Crawford et al, 2005:2). They are three stages which the authors used to teach the students. The formulaic language are taken from a YouTube channel: Learn English with TV Series, episode Shrek 2. The duration of the video is 16.51 minutes. The participants of the activity are 27 students. The result of this activity is the students' enthusiasm for learning English increases and the students' English language skills develop with a more natural use of everyday language.

Abstract

Surianti Gold is one of the gold craftsmen in Batubulan Village, located at Br. Tegal Jaya. Ni Wayan Surianti as the owner and gold craftsman has been in business since 1998. For 25 years, Mrs Surianti has been involved in making gold jewellery creations such as sumpel, pendant, cross, and also accept orders according to customer requests. Suranti Gold's production process still uses manual equipment. Even though there are many gold craftsmen in the Batubulan area who use modern tools. To support Surianti Gold gold craftsmen to be independently competitive, community service activities are carried out that focus on partner problems, namely production management and brand identity. This activity was carried out for 8 months by applying the pre-implementation, implementation and evaluation methods. The results of this community service activity are to improve production management, namely that the partner has a magnetic tumbler machine production tool which so far he still uses gold washing services. In addition, to optimise financial records, notes are given and to increase social networks, brand identity is given through the packaging logo. Overall, the activity was carried out with good cooperation.

Abstract

Facilitating the integration of religious education for parents of children with special needs is a crucial component of delivering services aimed at introducing Islam and fostering the development of religious interests and talents. This program is driven by the recognition that parents of children with special needs encounter challenges in facilitating religious education and nurturing their skills, particularly in the area of memorizing the Qur'an. The socialization method employed employs a personalized and participatory approach with each parent, aimed at enhancing their comprehension of how to administer religious classes and demonstrate religious class activities effectively. The primary emphasis is on teaching letters or Makhorijul letters. The examination results indicated a rise in parents' comprehension of how to educate children with special needs in matters of religion.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to educate residents about the use of Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) and honey as self-medication in Batu Kumbung Village, Narmada District, West Lombok, NTB. The method of this activity is Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE) based on Participatory Action Research (PAR), which is a socialization approach using active community participation which aims to explore problems such as health checks for BMI, blood pressure and glucose and from these results, a solution is implemented, namely KEI TOGA and honey to the community. The results of the activity showed that the average age of the community was 36 years, BMI 21.08% (normal 17-25%), blood pressure 119/75 mmHg (normal <130 mmHg), glucose level 95 mg/dL (normal <150 mg/dL), it was concluded that the average health status of the community was in the normal category. The implication of this activity is the community's active role so that this activity is successful and the community receives TOGA education as a self-medication treatment.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is one of the most common health problems in society which causes various health problems. This disease is caused by the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito which transmits the dengue virus. In the Tanjung Karang Community Health Center working area, 96 residents in the last 2 years have been affected by dengue fever. The aim of implementing this community service is to provide education to people who have been affected by dengue fever so that they have a higher level of knowledge in efforts to prevent dengue fever. This community service program is implemented using the Asset Based Community Development method. The population in this study were all residents who had experienced dengue fever in the Tanjung Karang Community Health Center working area. The total number of dengue fever cases in the Tanjung Karang Community Health Center working area from 6 sub-districts, namely from January 2021 to August 2022, was 96 people. Then it was entered into the Slovin formula with an error rate of 0.05 and the result was 77.41, so the researchers took 77 people as respondents. Education can increase knowledge about dengue prevention efforts in the community to knowledge that was previously quite good. It is hoped that the community will play an active role in carrying out environmental cleanliness, especially in carrying out the eradication of mosquito nests in order to reduce as little as possible the opportunity for mosquitoes to nest and breed by carrying out draining, closing water reservoirs both outside the house and inside the house and burning used items. Communities who have higher knowledge can be empowered as leaders in efforts to prevent DHF.

Abstract

Penyuluhan Etika Profesi Hukum bagi Calon Advokat Ikatan Advokat Indonesia bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan kesadaran akan pentingnya kode etik dalam praktik hukum. Kegiatan ini ditujukan bagi calon advokat yang akan segera memasuki dunia profesional, dengan fokus pada prinsip-prinsip dasar etika advokat, kewajiban, dan larangan dalam menjalankan profesi, serta sanksi atas pelanggaran kode etik. Melalui ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan analisis studi kasus, penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat membentuk calon advokat yang tidak hanya kompeten secara hukum, tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan tanggung jawab tinggi. Dengan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai kode etik, calon advokat diharapkan dapat berkontribusi secara positif dalam penegakan hukum dan menjaga kepercayaan publik terhadap profesi advokat di Indonesia.
