Abstract

This study has reviewed the airport privatization scenario in the Indian context. It has examined the circumstances of airport infrastructure under the Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) model. The Government of India (GoI) is justifying the development of airports through PPP mode due to their necessity to provide standard services and efficiency of the projects. However, the deficiency in investments and viability gap are being levy in the form of development. It has synthesized several works of literature. It looks at the historical changes and the ways that evidenced the changes. It has reviewed the developing scenario of airport PPP in India. During the 1990s economic liberation, the activities of PPPs emerged in the airport and aviation of India. India has 24 years history of airport PPPs. This study aims to provide a review of airport PPP experience in India. PPPs in the Indian airport industry are examined in sound regulation. The Government of India has adopted PPP schemes instead of going into full privatization of airports. Since the 2000s, PPP models have been adopted in the development of new airports and the reformation of operational and nonoperational airports. In the year 2006, Indira Gandhi International Airport, (IGIA) in Delhi, and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) in Mumbai were partially privatized. After the successful implication of PPPs, in the airport infrastructure the numbers are growing. In the year 2020, six airports were privatized through the PPP model by Adani Enterprises. To date, there are 21 airports in the pipeline of privatization.

Abstract

Shares are an investment in the mass market that is quite easy to do nowadays. It is not surprising that even though the Covid-19 pandemic occurred some time ago, the capital market is increasingly busy, both for investment and trading purposes. With the ease of registering as an investor through registered securities, which can be done by downloading the application and attending a basic capital market school with very minimal capital, it is very affordable for novice investors, both among students who already have a KTP (Resident Identification Card) and other people. adults who have income or not. Don't forget that bank issuers have also increased, especially in terms of share prices. This research aims to identify the influence of the operating expense/operating income ratio (BOPO), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), earnings per share (EPS), and return on equity (ROE) on bank share prices. The data in this research was collected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority.

Abstract

A Flight Plan is an essential element for achieving efficiency. Prior to operating a flight, a Flight Plan must be prepared. The flight operations officers (FOOs) utilize Airbus's NavBlue application to create a systematic Flight Plan. They can also manually generate a Flight Plan using the FCOM (Flight Crew Operating Manual) guidebook. This research focuses on the differences in fuel planning between the systematic and manual methods of Flight Plan creation, as there are variations between the two approaches. Qualitative methodology is used to gather and analyze secondary data, including both manual and systematic Flight Plans, weather and environmental data, as well as aircraft technical documents and fuel tank capacities. The anticipated outcome of this research is to provide valuable insights for the aviation industry in enhancing operational efficiency.

Abstract

Open Parliament is a movement that encourages transparency, participation, and accountability in the legislative process in parliament. One form is data openness, which is a tool for the public to understand the programs and performance of the legislature. Data disclosure in parliament is also carried out to answer public unrest over parliament's attitude which is considered closed in discussing legislation products. The research will reveal how parliamentary data disclosure has been running in Indonesia and other countries, namely Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The research paradigm is carried out qualitatively and to answer research questions, data collection methods use interviews and literature studies. The results of the study revealed that data openness in Indonesia currently does not fully meet the principles of government data openness, namely primary, timely, license-free, non-discriminatory, and supports the data processing process using machines. Therefore, the Indonesian Parliament needs to make efforts to improve data disclosure services based on the above principles, with the aim of providing easy access to data and meeting people's data needs.
