Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the effect of insider share ownership, board size, independent board of commissioners, audit committee on financial performance with Company Size as a moderating variable. Insider share ownership, board size, independent board of commissioners and audit committee are proxies for Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Methodology: The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website provides access to secondary data used in this study. Information about businesses listed on the IDX is included in this data. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample, which implies the researcher purposefully chose businesses that matched the study's criteria. Eviews 9 software was used for data analysis. Results: The study's conclusions provide the following details: The size of the board of commissioners (Board Size), the number of directors on the board of directors (Board Size), and the existence of an independent board of commissioners (Independent Board of Commissioners) have little impact on the company's financial success. The size of the board of directors (Board Size) has a significant impact on the financial performance of the company. This may be proof that management and decision-making within the corporation are impacted by the size of the board of directors. The size of the organization modifies the relationship between the audit committee and financial performance. As a result, the size of the audit committee determines how much it influences financial performance.

Percent, reliability, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, correlation, and linear regression by SPSS version 23 were used for data entry and analysis at 0.05 level. The results show that sports experts' management practices, ESH (r, .380, .001); EWC (r .411, .000); EPA (r. 502, .000); EMS (r, .638, .000), and ETS (r, .505, .000) have significant positive associations to the development of sport, respectively. Moreover, the sport expert's management has a46.2 % impaction the development of sport. EWC (B. 126, .000) and EMS (B= .616, .000) show significant positive predictions. Therefore, it can conclude that the sport expert's management has an appositive and moderate to large association and 46.2% impaction the development of sport. Abstract

Employees can experience developments that can advance the company, so companies must pay attention to the behavior of employees who work in the company. As many as 62% of millennial workers in Indonesia, they are considering and planning to leave their company. This is certainly not desired by companies where the millennial generation works. Based on field observations, researchers found that there is a problem of lack of employee OCB behavior. This is indicated by company turnover data for the last year. In this research, data will be collected based on quantitative methods. Questionnaires were distributed to 53 GlobalXtreme millennial generation employees using a saturated sampling technique. Partial Least Square (PLS) software will be used for the SEM analysis of this study model. According to the findings, OCB is significantly affected by work-life balance. Involvement has been shown to strengthen the connection between work-life balance and organisational citizenship behaviour. As burnout has a detrimental effect on organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB), work-life imbalance has the same effect. Work-life balance affects OCB via a mediating factor called burnout.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the connection between parental support and academic achievement among primary school students (grades 1 to 5) in CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) schools. CBSE schools are known for their precise academic standards, and their primary education curriculum highlights physical, emotional, social, and mental development, requiring support from parents. This research focuses on both working and single stay-at-home parents and their impact on academic performance based on the amount of time they offer to their children's academics daily. The research question is whether there is a connection between parental support and academic achievement, considering the conditions of both working and stay-at-home parents. As students spend more time with their families than at school, it is expected that their academic performance will be affected by their family environment. Therefore, this study seeks to investigate the relationship between parental involvement in school and students' academic achievement. The research will involve a general study of both working and stay-at-home parents and their levels of parental support for academics. A quantitative research approach will be used, with 140 parents of primary school students (both working and single stay-at-home) completing a Microsoft form questionnaire to evaluate their parental support and its impact on academic performance.

Abstract

The application of accounting towards zero carbon emissions in power generation companies is a strategic initiative in facing the challenges of global climate change. Power generation companies are increasingly realizing the importance of reducing their environmental impact by adopting sustainable practices. One of the key steps in achieving this goal is to implement accounting that focuses on measuring, reporting, and managing carbon emissions. The study examines power companies' efforts in implementing zero carbon emissions accounting as part of their sustainability strategy. The approach involved identifying, measuring, and reporting carbon emissions from companies' operations, energy resources, and supply chains. This data is then used to develop carbon emission reduction strategies and identify energy efficiency opportunities. The results of the study show that the implementation of zero carbon emission accounting has helped power generation companies to identify potential carbon emission reductions, improve their operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support business continuity. In addition, public disclosures about carbon emissions have strengthened the company's image in the eyes of stakeholders, such as customers, investors, and regulators.
