Abstract

As a new venture, GlowHaven Beauty & Mind Wellness faces significant challenges, including minimal brand awareness and low consumer trust in a saturated market. Therefore, a marketing strategy is required that not only generates buzz quickly but also fundamentally builds sustainable consumer trust. This research uses a mixed-methods approach, specifically an exploratory sequential model (qualitative to quantitative). This approach was chosen because the study not only aims to describe existing strategies (qualitative) but also to formulate and prioritize the most feasible strategies in a measurable manner (quantitative), namely through SWOT and QSPM analyses. The research subjects are individuals who possess in-depth and relevant knowledge of the research object, namely internal and external informants. The main focus of this research is the digital marketing strategy of GlowHaven Beauty & Mind Wellness, which centers on digital branding strategies (authentic content and storytelling) and the role of micro-influencers, with the goal of creating buzz and building consumer trust. The data analysis technique follows the strategic workflow established in the framework, combining qualitative and quantitative methods—specifically, qualitative analysis of initial data (data reduction), strategic matrix analysis (SWOT), and quantitative analysis of strategic priorities (QSPM). The study concluded that GlowHaven Beauty & Mind Wellness has a strong internal foundation through mindfulness narratives and authentic educational content, positioning it to capitalize on the “quiet luxury” trend and electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) potential in Tangerang, while still needing to mitigate internal management weaknesses and the threat of audience skepticism.

Abstract

Budget absorption remains a critical issue in public sector financial management, particularly within regional government agencies in Indonesia. One persistent challenge is the uneven pattern of budget realization, which tends to be low at the beginning of the fiscal year and accumulates toward the end, potentially disrupting public service delivery and program effectiveness. This research examines the influence of budget planning, human resource competency, and budget implementation processes on the optimization of budget absorption. The study was conducted at the Social Service Office of Central Java Province. The research objects included the planning, finance, and technical implementation departments. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with the research period set for 2025. The relationships and influences among variables were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that budget implementation had a significant and positive effect on budget absorption, while budget planning and human resource competency did not show a significant effect. The study concludes that strengthening the budget execution stage—including accelerating administrative processes and enhancing coordination among work units—is essential to improve budget absorption performance. These findings provide valuable insights for regional governments in designing more effective budget management strategies to support public service delivery and community welfare.

Abstract

Supplier selection is very important in an industry. Choosing a supplier based on the lowest price offer is no longer efficient. The mistake of choosing a supplier will be detrimental to the company because it is related to the supplier's role as a provider of raw materials and supporting materials used in the production process. The automotive manufacturing industry requires various types of materials that are directly or indirectly involved in the production process. Therefore, the support and availability of materials from suppliers is very important. The supplier selection process is a strategic step for the company to achieve optimal production performance so that it is able to compete with other companies. PT XYZ is one of the automotive manufacturing companies in Indonesia that must meet various customer requirements, including material fulfillment through an effective supplier selection process. This study uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, which is a decision-making method that is able to accommodate many interdependent criteria. The problem of supplier selection is modeled in a system that takes into account the relationship of dependency and feedback. The relationship includes comparisons between elements in one group (node comparison) and comparisons between groups of elements (cluster comparison). The ANP method generates a priority weight value for each element in the decision-making structure. The results of the observation stated that the criteria used by the company are related to each other, so the right method to use is ANP (Analytic Network Process).

Abstract

This research examines customer satisfaction and loyalty through TikTok promotion in the groceries department of Hypermart Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta. The study focuses on key variables, including TikTok promotion, customer loyalty, word of mouth, and price fairness. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 320 Hypermart customers who actively shop at the Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta outlet. A descriptive analysis approach was employed by calculating average scores and comparing them with predefined assessment standards to evaluate customer perceptions. The findings indicate that TikTok promotion is perceived as effective in increasing customer interest, influencing purchasing decisions, and building positive perceptions of product value. Customer loyalty is categorized as high, as reflected in customers’ willingness to revisit the store and recommend Hypermart to others. Word of mouth also shows a high level, particularly in customers’ preference for choosing Hypermart over competing retailers, although customers’ willingness to actively share product content on social media remains moderate. Furthermore, price fairness is perceived positively, with customers considering Hypermart’s product prices to be fair, reasonable, and affordable. Overall, the results suggest that TikTok promotion contributes positively to strengthening customer loyalty, encouraging favorable word of mouth, and reinforcing perceptions of price fairness. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing digital marketing strategies, especially social media–based promotion, to enhance customer engagement, competitiveness, and long-term loyalty in the retail sector.

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped teachers’ work demands, requiring both career flexibility and psychological readiness. These changes may influence teachers’ career satisfaction, which reflects individuals’ subjective evaluations of their career development and achievements. This study aims to examine the effects of career agility, psychological capital, and career adaptability on teachers’ career satisfaction in the era of digital transformation. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research population consisted of teachers at the Yayasan Pembina Pendidikan Teknologi (YPPT) Garut, with total sampling applied. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that career agility and psychological capital have positive and significant effects on teachers’ career satisfaction. In contrast, career adaptability shows a negative and non-significant partial effect on career satisfaction. However, when examined simultaneously, career agility, psychological capital, and career adaptability significantly influence teachers’ career satisfaction in the context of digital transformation. These results suggest that teachers’ career satisfaction is more strongly shaped by career agility and psychological capital than by career adaptability.

Abstract

Online gambling is a growing social problem in the digital era, negatively impacting society. The Ministry of Communication and Digital (Kemkomdigi) plays a significant role in addressing this issue through public communication campaigns. This study aims to analyze the campaign strategies implemented by Kemkomdigi, the planning processes involved, and the challenges faced. A qualitative research method was employed, with in-depth interviews conducted with informants from Kemkomdigi, the public, and communication experts. The findings indicate that collaboration with various stakeholders and the implementation of appropriate campaign strategies are key to combating online gambling. The study reveals that while multi-channel communication approaches have proven effective in raising public awareness, challenges related to disinformation, limited digital literacy in rural areas, and budget constraints continue to hinder the overall effectiveness of the campaigns. These findings have significant implications for developing more targeted, data-driven, and adaptive public communication strategies to address social issues in the digital era. It is recommended that Kemkomdigi continue to strengthen digital literacy and engage the community in eradicating online gambling through more operational and measurable program designs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the capital market’s reaction to the announcement of the Sharia Business Unit (UUS) spin-off policy at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN), as well as to compare the market reaction patterns between the two issuers. This study employs a quantitative approach using the event study method. The market reaction is measured using abnormal returns calculated by the market model, with the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) serving as a proxy for market returns. The observation period includes five days before and five days after the announcement date. The data used are in the form of daily closing stock prices, which are analyzed to obtain abnormal returns, average abnormal returns (AAR), and cumulative abnormal returns (CAR). The results of the study show that the spin-off announcements trigger different market reactions for each issuer. Shares of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) exhibited a positive and statistically significant market reaction, while shares of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) exhibited a negative but not statistically significant reaction. These findings indicate that the capital market does not respond to spin-off policies uniformly, and that investor reactions are strongly influenced by the company’s internal preparedness as well as the clarity of managerial signals.
