Abstract

Mental health problems in the community originate from three main things. The first is the public's understanding of the lack of knowledge about mental disorders, the second is the stigma about mental disorders that develops in the community and the last is the uneven distribution of mental health services. The purpose of this study was to apply Group Activity Therapy: "Family Gathering", to empower families in dealing with mental disorders at home and preventing relapses. The research method is a quasi-experimental design pre post intervention sample taken from families who have members with mental disorders in the city of Semarang with a total of 30 respondents. The results of the research analysis using the pair T test with statistical test results as follows: the details of the variables before and after the intervention are as follows: knowledge of P value of 0.787 no difference, P value of attitude 0.489 no difference, self-efficacy P value of 0.018 no difference, family role P value 0.000 there is a difference, independence. P value 0.813 no difference. So it can be concluded that the application of Group Activity Therapy: "Family Gathering", to maintain family care in treating mental disorders at home and preventing recurrence, namely from knowledge of attitude and independence there was an increase but not significant with P value > 0.005, while self-efficacy and mentoring family there is a significant difference with the P value <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental support, attitudes towards mathematics, and mastery goal orientation on mathematics learning achievement with self-regulated learning as a mediator. The research method that the researcher uses is a structural model with a total of 327 respondents who were taken using cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM AMOS. Based on the results of the model test, it is known that the influence of parental support, attitudes towards mathematics, and the orientation of mastery goals on mathematics learning achievement with self-regulated learning as a mediator, according to empirical data. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that parental support, attitudes towards mathematics lessons, and orientation of mastery goals have no effect on learning achievement in mathematics with self-regulated learning as a mediator

Abstract

This study aims to observe the effect of Auditor switching, profitability, solvency, auditor quality on audit delay and firm size in its ability to moderate the effect of auditor switching, profitability, solvency and auditor quality on audit delay in LQ 45 companies listed on the IDX in the 2016-2018 period as research samples. This research is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis technique and a special application of multiple linear, namely Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to measure the moderating variable. The research results obtained are simultaneously the profitability and moderating variables of firm size have an impact on audit delay. Meanwhile, based on the partial test, it shows that (1) Auditor switching has no a significant effect on audit delay (2) Profitability has a significant effect on audit delay, (3) Solvency has no a significant effect on audit delay, (4) Auditor Quality has no a significant effect on audit delay (5) Company size is not able to moderate the effect of Auditor switching on audit delay (6)Company size is able to moderate the effect of profitability on audit delay, (7) Company size is not able to moderate the effect of solvency. against audit delays (8) Company size is not able to moderate the effect of auditor quality against audit delays

Abstract

Changes in the color of teeth to become darker are a lot of complaints by the public. Bleaching is a whitening treatment for teeth that have changed color. Home bleaching is a bleaching that can be done at home under the supervision of a dentist using 10% carbamide peroxide for a period of more than 2 weeks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of 10% carbamide peroxide as a home bleaching agent with an extended period of time against tooth discoloration. This type of research is Literature Review using Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Pubmed using keywords that have been carried out, obtaining 9 articles that match the research criteria. The results showed that 10% carbamide peroxide with an application of more than 2 weeks gave effective and stable results, but the effect was also greater. The use of 10% carbamide peroxide as a home bleaching agent with an additional effective time for discoloration was seen based on a literature review

Abstract

Companies need weapons to compete in the market, so they need to survive in business competition. Companies need a lot of money and must be able to manage the resources needed to produce optimal results. This program aims to analyze whether liquidity, profitability, firm size and leverage affect dividend policy, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study amounted to 29 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study were obtained through the website www.idx.co.id and the company's official website. The results showed that partially Current Ratio had a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Assets had a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, Company Size had a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Company Size and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the effect of Organizational Culture (OC), Work Motivation (WM) and Transformational Leadership (TL) on Employee Performance (EP) and the implication on Organizational Performance (OP) in National Research and Innovation Agency. The research was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, and the population of this study were employees of the National Research and Development Agency. That was done to 179 respondents using a quantitative approach. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on variant or Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart-PLS analysis tools 3.3.9. The results of this study are that Organizational Culture, Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Performance. Transformational Leadership has a significant negative effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Performance. Employee Performance has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a process in building and improving company and customer relationships with the aim of increasing customer loyalty to purchases. This research uses the documentation method. The documentation method is a source of data in the form of sources from images or videos, works, and written things that can provide information. Based on the research results, PT Agrapana Wukir Panca is a company whose legalization status is still in the form of a Trade Unit, therefore Customer Relationship Management is needed. Customer Relationship Management itself is a process in improving or building relationships between companies and customers, to instill customer loyalty in making purchases. The component frameworks for Customer Relationship Management are operational CRM, analytical CRM, and collaborative CRM. The conclusion of this study is that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a framework of components and approaches that companies can take to maintain and develop customer relationships. And has benefits including: Encouraging customer loyalty, reducing costs, increasing operational efficiency, increasing time to market, and increasing revenue.

Abstract

The postpartum period is a vulnerable period for postpartum mothers because there are several physiological and psychological changes after giving birth. Otherwise, the process of lactation and milk production is influenced by hormones. Postpartum mothers usually feel tired and experience psychological disorders such as anxiety about their condition and the condition of their baby. This study aims to determine the conditions that interfere with the production of breast milk in postpartum mothers. This study uses traditional literature review research methods, analyzes articles that match the inclusion criteria, and focuses on the relationship between anxiety and increased breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. Based on the results of this study, this literature review used 10 journals with inclusion criteria, eight journals showed a significant relationship between anxiety and breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. There was a decrease in oxytocin levels and duration of breastfeeding which had an impact on the rate of exclusive breastfeeding. In contrast, the other two journals did not find a significant relationship between anxiety and oxytocin levels with the breastfeeding method used. Because there are variables that are not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived reputation and service quality on accounting information systems which are moderated by purchasing decisions. The method in this study is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires, the population in this study is MSME actors in DKI Jakarta and the number of samples obtained is 289 respondents as sellers in e-commerce. The data processing method in this study uses Smart PLS software which is used for validity testing and reliability testing in hypothesis testing. From the results of hypothesis testing proves that there is a significant influence of perceived reputation on accounting information systems, there is no significant effect of service quality on accounting information systems, there is no significant effect of purchasing decisions on accounting information systems, then there is no significant effect from the perceived reputation of the accounting information system which is moderated by purchasing decisions, but there is an influence of service quality on the accounting information system which is moderated by purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the function of the Knowledge Management Model in improving performance and to obtain the most appropriate model in improving performance at PT KL. The population used in this study is the Knowledge Management division of PT KL Group. A questionnaire consists of written questions made based on indicators of research variables that respondents must respond to. The data analysis technique used in this research is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) developed by Thomas L. Saaty. Testing the model using the latest version of ANP Super Decision Software 3.2.0, to analyze the function of the Knowledge Management Model in improving the performance of PT KL with two criterias. The first criteria (criteria-1): Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Cost Effectiveness, Need Supervision, Intrapersonal Effect. The second criterion (criteria-2): Completeness, Connectedness, and Congruence, Perspective & Purpose. The alternatives that can be used to improve the performance of PT KL are: Passive Public Knowledge, Active Public Knowledge, Passive Share Knowledge, Active Share Knowledge, Passive Personal Knowledge, and Active Personal Knowledge. The results obtained indicate that the answers from the respondents have met the consistency requirements and the model has been proven both in terms of sensitivity or stability. The Knowledge Management Model in this study shows the importance of Passive Public Knowledge to improve performance at PT KL
