Taxes play an important role in the existence of the state, especially in implementing improvements, considering that income from the expenditure sector can fund the development of national consumption. This study aims to determine the effect of VAT (VAT) and PPH (payroll tax) on the growth rate of public consumption, gross domestic product and the rate of economic growth in Indonesia as a moderating variable in country data in the statistical center and databox starting from 2002 - 2021. This sample uses country data for 20 years, This study uses multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 24 program. The results of this study shows that PPN and PPH affect the level of public consumption, while PPN and PPH have no effect on Gross Domestic Product and also Indonesia's Economic Growth Rate. That is, it can be concluded that VAT has no effect on the level of economic development in Indonesia which is registered in the Central Statistics Agency and the database for the period 2002 – 2021. Abstract

This research is motivated by changes in the cement market in Indonesia along with the addition of several new cement brands that are competitors for the incumbent cement brands that have existed for a long time. Per capita cement consumption in Indonesia is still low compared to three ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. Besides, there is a decrease in Top Brand Image between 2018-2019 for the Semen Tiga Roda brand. In the arena of increasingly fierce competition between brands, it is necessary to increase brand loyalty, where brand loyalty is influenced by the level of customer satisfaction. This customer satisfaction is an intervening variable to further increase brand loyalty. When customers are satisfied, they will be more loyal to the brand so that customers do not easily move to other brands. Many factors affect the increase in brand loyalty, including promotion, brand image and physical distribution. So the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, promotion and physical distribution on brand loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The location of the study was carried out in Greater Jakarta with the unit of analysis was members of the Greater Jakarta REI as many as 250 respondents. This research uses path analysis method with structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. These results find empirical facts that brand image, promotion and physical distribution together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Thus, the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the brand loyalty will be.

Abstract

Law Number 12 of 2008 violates the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Article 157(1) of Law Number 8 of 2015 stipulates that the settlement of disputes over the results of direct regional head elections is under the jurisdiction of a special court, but until the establishment of a special court, the Constitutional Court still has the power to resolve disputes over the results of direct elections. The results of the research are expected to be able to answer constitutional issues in Indonesia, especially regarding the urgency of the establishment of a special court for the election of regional heads and the extent to which the design model for special courts for the election of regional heads is in order to ensure the quality of democracy. In addition, as a discourse for students who are in the field of Constitutional Law, it requires constructive thinking. This research uses a normative juridical approach which emphasizes literature research. The portrait of dispute resolution on the results of regional head elections continues to experience dynamics along with interpretations of the institutionalization of regional head elections as part of the general election regime or not.

This type of research is a quantitative study, with a cross-sectional research design. A cross-sectional study, with multiple logistic regression analysis conducted on 232 volunteers (HCP) in 2021. The instrument used was a modified questionnaire from 7 previous studies, both regional and international, which have been tested for validity and reliability in the same study. group (30 volunteers) and the same hospital. Based on the results, it was found that the implementation of 5M volunteers were categorized as "poor prevention practices" (67.7%), "inadequate knowledge" (58.2%) and "negative attitudes" (55.2%), with R square through multivariate test of 0.630 which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 63% and the variables related to 5M behavior (p-value <0.05) are knowledge and attitudes. The research method used a factorial randomized block design with 2 factors, the first factor was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer consisting of 4 levels (K), the second factor was NPK fertilizer consisting of 4 levels coded D, repeated 3 times with 48 research plots. The results were analyzed by the F test, followed by the 5% BNT test and 5% DMRT if there was an effect. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. There was an interaction between the concentration of POC Nasa and the dose of NPK on the variables observed for the number of leaves (21, and 28 days), leaf area (28 days), and wet weight per plant (28 days) and the best is K3D2 (POC 18 ml/L and NPK 6 gr/polybag) with 15, 31 leaves, 288 cm2 leaf area, and a wet weight of 163.87 grams/plant.
