Abstract

The civil servant education system is an educational process used to improve the quality of civil servant human resources so as to create good government. However, the civil service education system has not been studied in depth, especially at one of the civil service schools in West Java province which has been operating for quite a long time. For this reason, researchers want to study the civil service education system so that they can find out the existing civil service education system at civil service schools in the city that carry out civil service education at other civil service schools. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and surveys, then the data received is processed in depth to determine the research results. The results of this research show that there are 8 standards in the education system, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and education staff standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards and assessment standards. Each of these standards already has good value, but there are several things that need to be improved immediately, such as management standards and facilities and infrastructure standards so that they can support learning well and achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently because each of these standards has different values. Abstract

Fake news has become a serious threat in the digital information era. This research aims to develop a model for detecting fake news in Bahasa Indonesia using a deep learning approach, combining the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method with word representations from Word2vec Continuous Bag of Words (CBOW) to achieve optimal results. Our main model is LSTM, optimized through hyperparameter tuning. This model can process information sequentially from both directions, allowing for a better understanding of the news context. The integration of Word2vec CBOW enriches the model's understanding of word relationships in news text, enabling the identification of important patterns for news classification. The evaluation results show that our model performs very well in detecting fake news. After the tuning process, we achieved an F1-Score of 97.30% and an Accuracy of 98.38%. 10-fold cross-validation yielded even better results, with an F1-Score and Accuracy reaching 99%.

Abstract

In this study using a sample of 34 respondents, namely CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia factory employees. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique. The testing in this study was carried out by analyzing the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis test, determination coefficient (R2),and t test. For partial hypothesis testing, the t test is used, the tcount value obtained for the Job Stress variable (X) for Job Satisfaction (Z) is 3.563 then for the Job Stress variable (X) for Employee Performance (Y) of 2.542 and for Job Satisfaction (Z ) towards Employee Performance (Y) of -1,175. Then based on the results of the Kofisien test of Equation I determination of 0.284 it means that the contribution or work stress relationship is 28.4% and the remaining 71.6%, and from equation II the results are 0.174, meaning that the work stress factor (X) influences job satisfaction (Z) of 17.4%, while the remaining 82.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Then from the results of calculations through Path with the Causal Step method and Product Of Coefficient it is stated that and in this study the results of z calculated are 1.077 and z tables are 0.353. So it can be concluded that z count> z table, the Intervening variable mediates the relationship between the Independent variable and the Dependent variable. Or in other words the Job Satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between the Job Stress variable and the Employee Performance variable.

Abstract

The fast advancement of information and communication technology has had a positive influence on society. The free and open transmission of knowledge is the ideal condition for its application. Meanwhile, information technology itself serves as a channel for information dissemination. Customer data received by telecommunications service providers is a trade secret of the corporation since it has economic worth, is confidential, and is kept confidential. Customer personal data, on the other hand, is sensitive and deemed harmful since telecommunications service providers indirectly gain from someone's privacy. This paper will compare the legal framework if there is a legal conflict between personal data and trade secrets based on positive law in Indonesia that applies the GDPR principles to the personal data protection system adopted by other nations, take, for example, the United States, Europe, also Australia. In accordance with the attached case, namely a data breach by Optus, an Australian telecommunications company, the author wishes to examine it within the scope of positive law in Indonesia by comparing legal settlements that have been implemented in Australia, so that if a data breach occurs in Indonesian territory as a result of telecommunications industry mergers and acquisitions, the author will be able to analyze it within the scope of positive law in Indonesia and can be a basis for answering questions regarding legal protection and accountability.

Abstract

Management is one of the most important human activities and has a critical impact on the life, growth, development, or destruction of organizations. The skills necessary for management vary at different levels, and their distinction necessitates the identification of roles and responsibilities that managers use to play. Even skills vary according to the level of management. This systematic review aims to synthesize the roles, responsibilities, and skills of sport managers. This is an attempt to use PRISMA meta-synthesis. By using keywords like "sport managers," "managers' role and responsibility," "manager competency," and "manager efficacy," 96 articles were duplicated from Elsevier, PERMED, and Google Scholar databases. Six articles that fit the inclusion criteria were incorporated into this paper. A holistic perspective on competency-based measurement drawn from organizational theory and role theory was used as a discussion point. Although the sports industry has distinct characteristics, the roles of sports managers are to create and organize schedules, promote clients through various forms of media, endorsement deals, negotiate contracts, maintain positive public relations, ensure compliance with rules and policies, etc. To perform these tasks requires human, technical, and conceptual skills to plan, organize, lead, and control the activities. Finally, the reviewers recommended that the managers acquire and know the management skills necessary for the success of their club.
