Abstract

The development of technology is a challenge to the development of children. The use of gadgets for early childhood development can have an impact on the growth and development of early childhood both physically and mentally. The impact can be in the form of positive or negative influence on children's development. The purpose of this study was to find out how the use of gadgets in early childhood and how the positive and negative impacts on the use of gadgets. This research is entirely based on literature review or literature study. The data collected and analyzed are entirely derived from literature and other documentation materials, such as writings in books, research journals, and other media that are relevant and still under review. The results of this study explain that the use of gadgets correctly and correctly by early childhood will be a stimulation medium that is able to optimize aspects of child development. Excessive and unsupervised use of gadgets will also be bad for children's development in the future. So it is very important the role of parents to supervise, control and pay attention to all children's activities to see better child development.

Abstract

One of the aspects of development that needs to be developed and is very important in the world of the future is the cognitive aspect. In developing this aspect, not only by providing subject matter but the use of media also greatly affects it. Therefore, educators are required to be more creative in the development of learning media. This study aims to produce a decent Colored Smart Cube media and is able to stimulate the ability to recognize colors in group A students more precisely at the age of 4-5 years. The method used by researchers in this case is (Research and Development) by taking 6 stages including: potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product revision and trials. For product validation, it is carried out by five validators, namely two material expert validators and three media expert validators with the results of media expert data analysis an average of 4 with a percentage of 80% while the results of material expert data analysis average 3.7 with a percentage of 75%. It can be concluded that the Colored Smart Cube media in the criteria is feasible to use or apply in early childhood learning, especially in terms of color recognition.

Abstract

Learning in Higher Education could run with good if management curriculum designed effective and efficient. In Indonesia, there are two management program name field education that is management education and administration education so that direction curriculum different describe diversity curriculum. Research objectives this is for get information about policy management in practice frame repeat curriculum clump field knowledge management education and administration education in the sector institution education and energy education (LPTK) in Indonesia. LPTK in question are Tanjungpura University, Bandung Indonesian Education University, Jakarta State University, Syarif Kasim State Islamic University Riau, and Malang State University. Study this use method descriptive with approach qualitative. Research type this is studies case. Collector the data with study and analysis document. Data analysis using shared steps in three part namely; data reduction, data display and conclusion / verification. The results of the study obtained information that there were a number of group eye lectures taught for example General Courses (MKU), Expertise Courses (MKK), Faculty MKK, Study Program MKK, Compulsory MKK and Free MKK . The required weight and total credits taken by students different between LPTKs in Education Management and Education Administration. The Curriculum Management System must meet the steps of instructional design, syllabus preparation and course planning. Start policy conducted of the existing curriculum structure. Results and impacts obtained considered successful and received very positive feedback from all users. Naturally In reframing this curriculum it is necessary consider the preparation of an operational design which includes the preparation of adequate infrastructure, funding, personnel, schedule, and understanding of the system by all involved users and educators.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana perencanaan manajemen, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan kendala dan solusi supervisi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatan profesionalise guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan manajemen, proses pelaksanaan, evaluasi, kendala dan solusi supervisi Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatan profesionalise guru. Secara metodologis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan mereduksi, menyajikan, dan membuat kesimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan manajemen supervisi kepala sekolah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam pembinaan kompetensi guru di MI Al-Ihsan Padalarang akan dilaksanakan oleh guru sekolah dalam kurun waktu (satu periode) tertentu yaini rencana program jangka pendek, jangka menengah dan jangka panjang, sedangkan proses pelaksanaan dengan melakukan komunikasi dengan Kemenag, KKG, dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas guru dan melalui kegiatan formal dan nonformal, evaluasi manajemen supervisi Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dengan membentuk tim panitia pelaksana evaluasi meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, pengawas dan guru senior dengan standar instrumen yang ditetapkan pemerintah, kendala manajemen supervisi Kepala Sekolah meningkatkan Kompetensi guru adalah kurang kompak dalam melaksanakan kegiatan atau program keagamaan, kurang memperhatikan kebersamaan. kurangnya sosialisasi terhadap kinerjanya, kurangnya kesadaran orangtua dalam memotivasi belajar peserta didik, kurangnya menjalin keharmonisan pihak sekolah dan orang tua.

Abstract

This research is School Action Research (PTS). The subjects of the study were teachers of SD Negeri 3 Sumberagung, Klego District, totaling 8 people. Data collection techniques are: coesioner, observation, assignment, and documentation. Data validity using source and method trianggulation. Data analysis using interactive model analysis and descriptive statistics The results of the study concluded: (1) Through the Small Group Discussion method, it is able to increase the active participation of discussion participants (teachers) to exchange experiences and thoughts in solving problems related to the preparation of a one-sheet rpp; (2) Through the Small Group Discussion method, it is able to create a pleasant and conducive training or guidance atmosphere to transfer knowledge, because each discussion participant (teacher) can give and receive each other's understanding discussed; (3) Through the Small Group Discussion method, it is effective to improve the ability of discussion participants (teachers) in preparing a one-sheet learning implementation plan (RPP).

Abstract

The low interest in learning of grade II students at SDN Bawuran encouraged researchers to conduct class action research at SDN Bawuran. This study aims to (1) know the implementation of learning using the Problem Based Learning approach as an effort to increase students' learning interest in grade II mathematics subjects at SDN Bawuran, and (2) increase students' learning interest in grade II mathematics subjects at SDN Bawuran using the Problem Based Learning approach. The research method used is class action research, Kemmis &Taggart model. The subjects of this study were 23 grade II students of SD N Bawuran. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Research in an effort to increase students' learning interest through PBL in grade II mathematics subjects sdn Bawuran has been conducted with the results can increase students' learning interest, it is shown the initial condition of the average learning interest score of 61 (less interested) with a percentage of the number of students at least less interested 56%; Cycle 1 is 66 (quite interested) with a percentage of 65%; Cycle 2 is 73 (quite interested) with a percentage of 82%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of presenting Guided Inquiry-Based Teaching Materials in accordance with BSNP standards, which include: (1) Content Feasibility, (2) Presentation Feasibility, (3) Language Feasibility, and (4) Graphical Feasibility. knowing the students' responses to guided inquiry-based teaching materials on ionic bonds and covalent bonds. This research was developed using the Research & Development (R&D) method using a development model in the form of ADDIE. This research was conducted at the State University of Medan (UNIMED) and SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal, the teaching materials were validated by a Chemistry Lecturer, Chemistry teacher, and the responses of 20 students of SMA class X MIPA. The instrument used is a questionnaire according to BSNP standards. The results of this study indicate that through the development of Guided Inquiry-Based Teaching Materials on Chemical Bonding Materials for Class X High School Students: (1) Average Feasibility of Content by Lecturers is 3.58 and by Teachers 3.44., (2) Average Eligibility Presentation by Lecturer 3.73 and by Teacher 3.53., (3) Average Feasibility of Language by Lecturer 3.77 and by Teacher 3.58., (4) Average Feasibility of Graphics by Lecturer 3.75 and by Lecturer Teacher 3.55. And the average result of student responses is 3.70. This means that the teaching materials that have been developed are feasible and do not need to be revised

Abstract

The use of learning media is also very necessary, one of which is the art of paper folding. The art of paper folding is one of the things that inspires or makes children feel happy and excited to learn. creativity is very important to be developed because creativity can improve children's academic achievement. This study wanted to find out how the steps of the problem and the efforts made by the teacher in increasing the creativity of early childhood in applying the art of origami. The research is a research design using a descriptive approach. the population of this study were all teachers at Tunas Inti Kindergarten. while the sample in this study were informants totaling 2 people as foll Principals and Teachers. the instruments and methods of collecting data that the authors use in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. data analysis in the form of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The research shows that in increasing the creativity of early childhood in the application of the art of origami. the discussion in the research is in the form of steps in the application of origami art such as folding into a triangular shape, the final stage of the lily flower, the paper has been finished. As for the problems faced by the teacher increasing the creativity of early childhood in applying the art of origami, namely the lack of motivation for children to learn the art of paper folding and there are still children who cannot do the art of paper folding. The efforts made by the teacher include creating comfortable learning room conditions and increasing motivation for early childhood and encouraging early childhood creativity, In the study that there was creativity in early childhood in the application of origami art in Tunas Inti Kindergarten before this paper folding activity was carried out by the teacher at Tunas Inti Kindergarten

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran adalah suatu proses dimana guru dan siswa berinteraksi melalui dua bentuk kegiatan yang terintegrasi, yaitu kegiatan belajar (siswa) dan kegiatan mengajar (guru) untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VII-A SMPN 1 Karangjaya Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 Semester Ganjil dengan Menerapkan Metode Diskusi pada Materi Interaksi Sosial. Memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat akan memberikan suasana pembelajaran yang konduksif. Salah satu metode yang dipilih oleh penulis adalah metode diskusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII A pada materi interaksi sosial di SMPN 1 Karangjaya Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Subjek penelitiannya peserta didik kelas VII-A sebanyak 24 orang yang terdiri 12 orang laki-laki dan 12 orang perempuan. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah maka hipotesis tindakan penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode diskusi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII A SMPN 1 Karangjaya Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 pada materi interksi soaial. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus. Teknik dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui hasil tes hasil belajar dan observasi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I prosesntase rata-rata aktivitas belajar peserta didik mencapai 53,75%, sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 79,42% dan pada siklus III mencapai 90,00% . Sementara untuk hasil belajar siklus I sebesar 69,38, siklus II sebesar 74,33 dan siklus III sebesar 86,59. Simpulan dari penelitian ini penerapan metode diskusi dapat meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas VII-A SMPN 1 Karangjaya tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 semester ganjil pada materi interaksi sosial.

Abstract

Good and correct gross motor stimulation can lead children to achieve optimal development. Unfortunately, many children whose gross motor skills have not developed optimally, this is because in learning teachers tend to use the lecture method so that children are less involved and do not practice directly to develop gross motor skills. Through the game of jumping rope, in addition to training cooperation and understanding, jumping rope will also demand the child's brain and body to maximize performance and movement. So that it will make good and perfect growth and development between intelligence and movement in the face of obstacles and problems. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method. The subjects involved in this study were 23 students of group A at RA Al-Istiqomah GSI, Griya Serdang Indah B, Margatani Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, Banten. The final result of the study showed that 96% of children developed very well in gross motor skills. Through the game of jumping rope, children's gross motor skills are well stimulated.
