conversmost of the errors that appear in a piece of writing or spoken speech are caused by the presence of language spelling problems, errors in interpretation, the use of non-standard words that do not match their function. The purpose of studying language learners' language errors is to identify elements of the target language that cause language learning difficulties and to find explanations about the causes of language difficulties that result in language errors. The method used to identify language errors in the West Poleang community is a qualitative descriptive method with a note-taking technique. Ation Spoken language errors made by language users include errors at the phonological, morphological, syntactic, and semantic levels. Mistakes made unconsciously due to lack of understanding of the phoneme structure and morphemes of the language being used.

In the Era of Society 5.0, it is closely related to the problem of the quality of education in Indonesia, which of course has a very impact on the younger generation. The problems experienced today are the low quality of education and low moral education which has great potential for the quality of education, especially among the younger generation, this can occur due to the low quality of teachers, the low welfare of teachers, and also the low level of equitable distribution of the education system that is currently implemented. We can see this from the lagging behind in education in Indonesia compared to other countries. The education system that we currently implement is not much different from the education system in other countries. The difference is that regarding the field practice that is currently implemented, there are many fundamental mistakes, of course, resulting in a gap between the objectives of the education system and its implementation. This of course makes the goal unattainable and resolved properly. This study aims to find out the problems of the education system in Indonesia and also the mistakes that often occur and the solution of problems that currently occur.

This study stems from the researcher's concern about the education agency's policy that ignores the development of Christian Religious Education teacher competencies through workshops, workshops, and seminars and the teacher's efforts that are not optimal in developing pedagogical, professional, personality, and social abilities in the world of work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problematic performance of PAK teachers in State Junior High Schools in Sentani District, Jayapura Regency in the world of work. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, while data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that PAK teachers at SMP Se-Distrik Sentani Kota have not been optimal in improving pedagogical and professional competencies as support in the world of work. Another finding is that in the aspect of personality and social competence, teachers only focus on the internal school and ignore the external school. The school has not played an optimal role in developing the professional and social competence of PAK teachers through scientific activities of workshops, workshops, and seminars.

Democracy is a form of government in which all citizens have equal rights to make decisions that can change their lives. The word democracy comes from the term demokratia which means “rule of the people”, is a combination of two words, demos means people (people) and kratos. Means power or government. The purpose of this study, among others, is that researchers explore the events or objects under study, such as seeing how a leader leads. And in order to obtain information about the democratic leadership system of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, it is still being applied. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method as a translation method. This method will describe the data that the authors have collected through interviews, namely by holding direct questions and answers with the two leaders or one of the heads of campus organizations regarding the implementation of leadership democracy in organizations based on Pancasila.

Academic Self-Efficacy refers to one’s confidence and beliefs about their own abilities to accomplish task and academic demands. Santri or students in junior high school considered as adolescences and still need helps to develop their abilities in academic because their lack of confidences about their level on ability in academic domain. The purpose of this research is to find out about academic self-efficacy santri. The research approached is quantitative approach with descriptive method. Population in this study are santri from Junior High School Baitul Anshor Boarding School dan Baitul Izzah Boarding School academic year 2018/2019. The sample for this research consisted of 67 santri from Baitul Anshor Boarding School and 78 santri from Baitul Izzah Boarding School and using probability sampling with smple random sampling with 0.05 error level. The results of this research show that general overview is in medium category. The result form this research is guidance program that has been tested by the experts and guidance and counseling praticer or school counselor.

Abstracts written in Indonesian with a maximum of 250 words. Times This diary is intended to determine the relationship between individual counseling services and the confidence of Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 6 Kota Serang. This research is in the form of quantitative research, namely data collection using library research, observations, interviews, documents and questionnaires. Then analyzed by statistical analysis, namely linearity and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the study were that low grade students accounted for 30.55%, average graded students accounted for 77 students with the rate of 53.47 n high grade students had 23 students with a rate of 15.97%. Overall, Personal Counseling Services students have moderate criteria with a rate of 53.47%. The conclusion of the study is that the relationship between counseling services and student confidence is correlated with a correlation value of 0.713 and a percentage of 71.3%. Recommendations For instructors and counselors in schools, it is hoped that they can provide group and individual counseling for the purpose of correcting students' confidence issues

This research is motivated by the curiosity of the authors about inclusive education programs which are actually very effectively developed through Early Childhood Education. Because identifying and determining interventions for ABK will be easier to handle when ABK is still at an early age. The spearhead of inclusive education is PAUD teachers. Because actually early childhood is the golden age, the most effective age for absorbing information. Identification of children who are indicated as part of ABK is the first step to be able to determine and help facilitate early childhood development so that they can grow and develop optimally according to the interests and talents of each child. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, in which the authors try to describe the results of the analysis of implementing inclusive education at early childhood education institutions in the Islamic Kindergarten Inclusion Cahaya Kautsar Jakarta through various observations, interviews and documentation on several aspects, namely a. New student acceptance system, b. owned infrastructure, c. Allocation of funds for the implementation of inclusive education, d. The inclusive education program implementation team, e. Preparation of curriculum models and individual learning programs (PPI), f. Assessment (assessment) and reporting, g. Techniques for socializing the implementation of inclusive education to parents and the community. The obstacles faced in implementing inclusive education at the Cahaya Kautsar Islamic Inclusion Kindergarten in Jakarta include (1) the preparation of activity plans and school budgets has not been optimally structured; (2) facilities and infrastructure are not yet complete and ideal.

Early childhood, which has an age range between 0-8 years, is a golden age, so it is very appropriate if stimulation is given according to the stages of their age and development, through storytelling it will make children try to remember all the components in the story, starting from the characters to the plot. stories and moral values contained therein. stimulate children to practice remembering by retelling the whole story using their own words so that their expressive language development can develop optimally. Early childhood education is the main foundation in developing the quality of human resources. Through language humans can relate to each other, can share experiences, learn from each other, and improve intellectual abilities. Children will experience difficulties in learning through play if they do not have enough language skills. Language is the main capital in the effort to get information and communicate in life. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method which aims to determine the development of expressive language skills in children aged 4-5 years through one day one book storytelling in ABA 72 Kindergarten. The research was conducted from 05-23 September 2022 as many as 3 cycles with a sample of 15 students from group A Kindergarten 'ABA 72 South Bekasi, Bekasi City showed that the development of expressive language skills possessed by children aged 4-5 years through storytelling one day one book experienced a significant increase.

Speech is one aspect of child development that starts from birth. By talking, children can communicate to those around them about themselves, about their condition and about what they want to convey. A child is said to be late in speaking if at the age the ability to process vocals and communicate is not in accordance with the age of the development period or is below the average age of the child. The impact that will be very visible and clearly felt is when communicating with the environment and experiencing difficulties in adaptation and socialization. Oro motor is the movement of the mouth (oral). In newborns this ability is carried out reflexively, then through the learning process an automatic and skilled oromotor will be achieved. Oral motor training is the coordination and movement of hard tissue, soft tissue, vascular system, and control of the nerves in the face and mouth areas that form the function of oral motor. Coordination of these structures is essential for speech, chewing and swallowing with a wide variety of food textures. In general, this paper is to review the results of research that identifies oral motor stimulation increasing the function of orofacial muscles in speech delay children. Method; qualitative descriptive with SSR (Single Subject Research) technique. Literature Review: The oral motor stimulation program includes activities to improve tongue literacy, lip control and chewing power. Oral motor stimulation includes active exercises and passive exercises. Results: The oral motor stimulation program can improve the function of orofacial muscles in children such as pronouncing letters, swallowing food and breathing properly. Language and speech disorders are a type of communication disorder which is indicated by a disturbance in the symbolic process. Language and speech disorders can be caused by disorders of the nervous system or abnormalities in organs related to language and speech processes. Oral motor stimulation can improve the functional ability of the muscles in the mouth area. Good oral motor skills will support the child's speech process.
