Abstract

Desa Wisata Yehembang Kangin memiliki potensi dalam bidang wisata alam dan budaya yang beragam, tetapi menghadapi beberapa tantangan yang memerlukan penanganan. Potensi wisata tersebut mencakup Green Cliff dengan pemandangan alam yang memukau, River Tubing Taman Legon Samatra, Hiking Track melintasi hutan hujan, camping ground dengan nuansa asri, Batu Relief dan Batu Gong di tepi sungai Yeh Sumbul, Air Terjun Bangli, Offroad Adventure, Cycling Tour, Pura Rambut Siwi, dan Anjungan Cerdas Rambut Siwi sebagai Minapolitan pariwisata. Selain itu, seni dan budaya juga menjadi daya tarik, seperti Jegog (alat musik bambu), Barong Dance, dan atraksi membajak sawah yang dikelola oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Buana Kanti, Desa Yehembang Kangin, Kecamatan Mendoyo, Jembrana, Bali yang diketuai oleh I Gede Sidentra yang memberikan informasi terkait beberapa kendala yang perlu diatasi dan memerlukan bantuan dari Dr. I Gusti Putu Bagus Sasrawan Mananda, S.ST.Par., M.M yang memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang kepemanduan wisata, homestay dan digital marketing. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pokdarwis Buana Kanti antara lain: perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kembali tentang pentingnya mengembangkan desa wisata pasca pandemi, dengan menghidupkan kembali usaha-usaha pariwisata sebelumnya. Pembinaan berkelanjutan diperlukan bagi pemandu wisata guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan informasi kepada wisatawan. Ketersediaan homestay yang terbatas perlu ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penginapan wisatawan, begitu juga dengan perlengkapan kamar dan dapur guna meningkatkan kenyamanan dan fasilitas kuliner. Terbatasnya dana menjadi hambatan, sehingga perlu perencanaan keuangan yang lebih baik atau pencarian sumber pendanaan tambahan. Kurangnya promosi melalui media digital menunjukkan perlunya strategi pemasaran online yang lebih agresif guna meningkatkan popularitas Desa Wisata Yehembang Kangin

Abstract

This research, titled “Transformative Teaching: An Examination of Relational Pedagogy in the Film ‘To Sir, with Love’,” explores the impact of Mr. Thackeray’s relational pedagogy on students' attitudes and behaviors. The study addresses two key questions: 1) How are the key elements of relational pedagogy—care, attentive presence, interpersonal communication, and trust—portrayed in the film? 2) How do these elements impact students’ behaviors and attitudes, particularly for Pamela, Potter, and Denham? Using a qualitative approach, the research employs document analysis and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that Mr. Thackeray effectively implemented the four key elements of relational pedagogy, resulting in positive changes even among disengaged and resistant students. His approach fostered greater commitment, politeness, enthusiasm, and cooperation, as well as deepened his understanding of students’ perspectives. By integrating students' viewpoints into classroom discussions, Thackeray empowered them to freely express themselves without fear of marginalization. These pedagogical strategies led to notable transformations in students' behaviors and attitudes, particularly for Pamela, Potter, and Denham. In conclusion, the research highlights the effectiveness of relational pedagogy in promoting positive change in student behavior and attitudes, emphasizing care, attentive presence, communication, and trust as essential components for transformative teaching.

Abstract

Di tengah era globalisasi, akselerasi transformasi digital telah menjadi faktor kunci dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi baik di tingkat domestik maupun global. Melalui pendekatan komparatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kebijakan transformasi digital antara Singapura dan Indonesia serta mengevaluasi penerapan kebijakan tersebut dalam perekonomian negara. Terutama dari sisi infrastruktur digital, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan kemitraan antara sektor swasta dan publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan laporan resmi dari pemerintah atau lembaga internasional dan studi literatur terdahulu sebagai sumber data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Singapura telah mampu menciptakan ekosistem perekonomian digital yang lebih matang, sementara Indonesia masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dalam hal aksesibilitas infrastruktur dan pendidikan. Meskipun demikian, Indonesia menunjukkan potensi yang besar dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui transformasi digital dengan memperbaiki beberapa kondisi yang menghambat, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemerintah Indonesia melakukan adopsi terhadap beberapa kebijakan Singapura yang relevan dalam merumuskan solusi

Abstract

Deviasi Halaman III DIPA Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) periode 2020-2023 menunjukkan bahwa hampir setiap bulan melebihi ambang toleransi sebesar 5%. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kelemahan perencanaan, pelaksanaan yang kurang disiplin, dan minimnya evaluasi berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas dari perencanaan penarikan dana yang dilakukan oleh Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) dalam meminimalisir deviasi halaman III DIPA, yang merupakan indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) untuk mengukur akurasi antara rencana dan realisasi anggaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan data penelitian yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan PPK dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PPK Kantor Pusat BPKP mampu meminimalisir Deviasi Halaman III DIPA pada tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian ini kiranya dapat mendorong satuan kerja Kementerian/Lembaga mengupayakan perencanaan penarikan dana yang akurat, memaksimalkan monitoring, evaluasi, dan pengendalian atas konsistensi pelaksanaan anggaran

Abstract

Keabsahan surat pernyataan kerelaan ahli waris merupakan salah satu dokumen penting dalam proses balik nama hak atas tanah karena pewarisan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek hukum, prosedural, dan implementasi surat pernyataan kerelaan ahli waris dalam proses balik nama di Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Yogyakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumen, wawancara dengan pejabat BPN, dan tinjauan peraturan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa surat pernyataan kerelaan ahli waris harus memenuhi syarat material dan formal untuk dinyatakan sah secara hukum. Syarat tersebut meliputi identitas lengkap para pihak, pernyataan kerelaan tanpa paksaan, tanda tangan di atas materai, serta pengesahan oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Temuan juga mengungkapkan adanya potensi sengketa jika surat ini tidak dibuat sesuai prosedur atau tidak melibatkan seluruh ahli waris. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan sosialisasi mengenai tata cara dan persyaratan pembuatan surat pernyataan kerelaan ahli waris guna meminimalisasi sengketa dan mempercepat proses administrasi balik nama tanah di BPN.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex global business environment, effective corporate governance is one of the main pillars to maintain economic stability and encourage sustainable growth in the financial sector. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Share Ownership Concentration, Audit Committee Meeting Frequency, Type of External Auditor, and Risk Monitoring Committee Size on Operational Risk Disclosure in Non-Bank Financial Services Institutions (LJKNB) for the 2019–2023 Period. The content analysis method was used to collect operational risk disclosure data from the annual reports of 42 LJKNB listed on the IDX during the period 2019 to 2023. Using GLS regression analysis, this study shows the influence of governance on the disclosure of operational risks quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that the concentration of share ownership, the number of audit committee meetings, and the external auditors of the Big 4 have a significant positive effect on the disclosure of quantitative operational risks, while the number of risk monitoring committees has a significant negative effect. The four governance variables did not have a significant effect on the qualitative disclosure of operational risks

Abstract

This study analyzes the challenges of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for the banking sector, especially conventional commercial banks in facing various operational challenges. BCM serves as a framework to help minimize the impact of disruption on the banking sector in the face of risks such as natural disasters, pandemics, and cyberattacks. The methods used include Business Impact Analysis (BIA), development of recovery strategies, and implementation of sustainable mitigation measures with the implementation of the BETH3™ framework and international standards such as ISO 22301, so as to provide systematic guidance in identifying critical assets and designing integrated mitigation measures, which include building elements, equipment, technology, human resources, and third parties in the bank Conventional. The results of the study show that BCM not only allows the banking sector to survive and adapt to the crisis, but also accelerates operational recovery. With a focus on continuous improvement, the implementation of the BETH3™ framework in BCM can prepare the Bank to face challenges more prepared and adaptive. The need for stronger collaboration with external parties, such as regulators and technology providers, as well as the importance of regular training for employees to ensure readiness to deal with crisis situations. Thus, the banking sector can be better prepared to face challenges and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market

Abstract

The banking industry has a crucial role in the financial stability of a country. In this context, operational risk management is an important factor that affects the profitability of banks. This study aims to analyze the relationship between operational risk, which is measured using Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) and Efficiency Ratio, on the profitability of commercial banks in Indonesia represented by Return on Assets (ROA). This study uses panel data from 49 commercial banks in Indonesia during the period Q3 2012 to Q3 2024. The analysis was carried out using  the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), Fixed Effects, and Random Effects methods  to identify the impact of operational risks on profitability. The results show that BOPO and Efficiency Ratio have a significant negative influence on ROA. This indicates that increased operational risk, both through cost efficiency and asset efficiency, can reduce bank profitability. In addition, macroeconomic variables such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and bank-specific variables such as Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) were also found to have a significant effect on ROA. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing effective operational risk management strategies to improve bank financial performance. This study contributes by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between operational risk and profitability in the context of Indonesian banking, and offers recommendations for strengthening operational risk management through cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strengthening internal oversight.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital transformation (DT) on organizational performance and operational risks in the banking sector. Internal factors analyzed include communication, comprehension of DT, operational technology readiness, process complexity, risk monitoring, and operational risk training, while external factors encompass regulatory compliance, digital experience, budget constraints, and cyber resilience. Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) on survey data from 100 Indonesian banking professionals, the findings highlight the critical role of risk monitoring and operational technology readiness among internal factors, and cyber resilience and budget allocation among external factors. The interplay of these elements, such as combining risk monitoring with cyber resilience, is key to optimizing performance and mitigating risks. This study provides actionable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and scholars, emphasizing the alignment of internal capabilities with external demands. It highlights the importance of streamlined processes, cybersecurity frameworks, and supportive regulations for sustainable DT. While limited by sample size and subjective data, the research identifies opportunities for future studies, including cross-sectoral analyses and the use of objective performance metrics.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between environmental, social, and governance (ESG) scores and operational risk of banks in Indonesia. Using panel data from 17 bank issuers in Indonesia during the period 2019–2023 with a dynamic panel regression approach, the results showed that ESG scores did not have a significant influence on operational risk, although the coefficients showed indications of a negative relationship. These findings reflect the limited implementation of ESG in Indonesia's banking sector and the lack of uniform reporting standards and supporting infrastructure. In contrast, internal variables such as bank size (SIZE), profitability (ROA), and equity (ROE) show a significant relationship with operational risk. Bank size is negatively correlated with operational risk, while profitability shows a significant positive correlation. This study provides new insights into the importance of managing internal factors in mitigating operational risks, as well as highlighting the need to strengthen ESG regulations in Indonesia to improve the sustainability of the banking sector
