Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya dalam pemahaman konsep luas dan keliling bangun datar yang cenderung diajarkan secara abstrak dan kurang dikaitkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Kondisi ini menyebabkan rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa serta minimnya keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep luas dan keliling pada peserta didik melalui penerapan pendekatan kontektual. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pembelajaran matematika disekolah dasar adalah peserta didik masih kesulitan memahami konsep luas dan keliling karena pembelajaran cenderung bersifat abstrak dan kurang diakitkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan kontektual diterapkan agar peserta didik dapat menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan situasi nyata di lingkungan mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan kontektual dapat meningkatkan peahaman konsep siswa tentang luas den keliling. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar serta partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pendekatan kontekstual dapat menjadi salah satu lternatif strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kontekstual dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif bagi guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika, khususnya pada materi luas dan keliling bangun datar di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need for legal certainty and accountability in managing Catholic Church institutions in Indonesia, particularly following the enactment of Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation No. 13 of 2025 concerning Catholic Religious Legal Entities (BHKK). The previous regulation based on Staatsblad 1927 is considered outdated and no longer compatible with modern administrative systems that emphasize transparency and digitalization. This research aims to analyze the restructuring of the Church’s legal standing and its implications for risk management and asset accountability. The study employs a normative juridical legal research method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, supported by primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials analyzed descriptively and analytically. The findings reveal that PMA No. 13 of 2025 strengthens legal certainty by formally recognizing BHKK as a legal subject, thereby enhancing legitimacy in asset management, contractual relations, and institutional activities. Furthermore, the regulation functions as a legal risk mitigation instrument that prevents personal liability of administrators due to administrative failures. In conclusion, the implementation of this regulation reinforces the legal standing of Catholic Church institutions and promotes transparent, accountable, and legally compliant organizational governance within the national legal system

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of applying the principles of equality and equity in Indonesia's income tax collection system through the self-assessment system supported by DJP's Coretax digital platform. This study aims to investigate the relationship between these two principles in achieving a fair and effective tax system. Using normative methods through a statute approach and a conceptual approach, the study involves data collection and a review of applicable regulations to gain a deep understanding of the effectiveness of applying tax principles. The research stages began with the identification of the main issues, followed by the collection of relevant information, then in-depth analysis, interpretation of results, and the formulation of conclusions. The results of the discussion indicate that the principles of equality and equity are interrelated in ensuring that the tax burden is imposed in accordance with the taxpayer's ability to pay, thereby creating a proportional tax burden. Coretax DJP plays a crucial role in enhancing the system's effectiveness through administrative digitalization, transparency, and more structured oversight. However, there remains potential for discrepancies in data reporting that requires further monitoring.
