Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan menjadi faktor krusial dalam mempertahankan kinerja organisasi yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh solidaritas antar karyawan dan work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT Astra International Tbk-Toyota Jakarta Branch Wahid Hasyim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif menggunakan teknik total sampling terhadap 60 karyawan tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa solidaritas antar karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t hitung = 1,904 > t tabel = 1,671 dan nilai signifikansi = 0,062. Work life balance juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t hitung = 3,897 > t tabel = 1,671 dan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai F hitung = 7,864 > F tabel = 3,15 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 21,3% variasi kepuasan kerja dijelaskan oleh solidaritas antar karyawan dan work life balance, sementara 78,7% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan yang mendorong solidaritas tim dan keseimbangan hidup untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

he phenomenon of Brain Rot has emerged as a new concern in adolescent psychology, especially among Generation Z who are highly immersed in the digital world. Brain Rot describes a condition of mental fatigue and cognitive decline due to excessive exposure to digital content. This study aims to examine the relationship between Parent-Child Communication and Brain Rot in Generation Z, as well as to analyze the influence of each communication aspect. Using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique, the study involved 207 participants who actively use social media and live with their parents. Instruments included a Brain Rot scale developed by the researcher and the Parent–Child Communication Quality Scale (Lyu dkk., 2024). Spearman’s correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between Parent-Child Communication and Brain Rot (r = -0.217; p = 0.002). Linear regression analysis found that only one aspect—parental emotional involvement—significantly influenced Brain Rot. However, the overall contribution of the independent variable to Brain Rot was relatively low (R² = 6.9%). These findings suggest that emotional communication within families serves as a protective factor against the negative effects of digitalization, and may serve as a basis for further research and intervention.

Abstract

elukat is a spiritual cleansing ritual in Balinese culture, believed to alleviate emotional burdens and enhance psychological calmness. Amidst the dynamic challenges faced by today’s youth including academic stress, identity pressure, and shifting cultural values, this practice continues to be carried out with various adaptations. This study aims to explore the attitudes of young Balinese individuals toward melukat as a culturally rooted coping behavior. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and non-participant observation involving three participants aged 20–21 who had engaged in melukat at least twice in the past year. Thematic analysis was conducted based on the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal three attitude tendencies: (1) positive attitudes, in which melukat is seen as spiritually and psychologically beneficial and practiced reflectively to manage emotional stress; (2) positive attitudes with caution, reflecting openness to integrating melukat with professional help such as psychologists; and (3) negative attitudes, where melukat is perceived as not always effective or relevant in a psychological context. These findings suggest that young people do not entirely reject traditional practices but instead reconstruct their meaning in ways that are more adaptive to contemporary contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the understanding of communication and analyze the factors that affect the communication of husband and wife at Sta. Elisabeth Lewokung Station, to find out efforts to strengthen emotional support in building harmony at Sta. Elisabeth Lewokung Station, and to find out the efforts of husband and wife harmony in Sta. Elisabeth Lewokung Station. In this modern era, the challenges and dynamics of life are increasingly complex, strengthening emotional support through effective communication is of paramount importance. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was carried out from February to May 2025. The results of this study found that communication between husbands and wives at Sta. Elisabeth Lewokung Stasi in the family became less intense as a result of the emergence of conflicts in the family, thus causing disharmony in the relationship between husband and wife. Conflicts that arise in the family are caused by economic factors, which cause a loss of trust between each partner in the family as a result of a lack of openness, empathy and lack of support from one party in the family. In addition, there is a lack of mutual understanding, mutual acceptance of reality, and self-adjustment between married couples at Stasi Sta Elisabeth Lewokung.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is the ability to find many possible answers to a problem, where the emphasis is on the quantity, appropriateness, and diversity of answers. Education must equip students with skills that can be used to overcome the problems faced by students. Understanding of self-ability must also be considered so that the characteristics of students' creative thinking ability in solving a problem can be clearly known. The use of problem-based learning can be the right learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills. This study aims to determine the influence of the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model on students' creative thinking ability in solving problems. This study is a quantitative research with a non-equivalent control group design. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Glanggang Pakisaji with the subjects of class VI B as the control class and class VI A as the experimental class. The research instrument consists of teaching modules, creative thinking ability tests, and guidelines for assessing students' creative thinking ability in solving problems. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study show that (1) The PBL learning model has a positive and significant influence on students' creative thinking ability in solving problems. (2) There was a significant difference in students' creative thinking ability in solving problems in the experimental class and the control class as evidenced by the average N-Gain test of the control class was 15.77% (ineffective) while the average N-Gain test of the experimental class was 66.44% (quite effective). Students' creative thinking ability in solving problems in the control class was classified as medium (96.16), while in the experimental class it was classified as very high (140.16). (3) The PBL learning model is more effective in improving students' creative thinking skills in solving problems when compared to the conventional learning model. Problem-based-learning can be an alternative learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills in solving problems.

Abstract

Students are those who attend universities to further their education, and they are responsible for managing and finishing assignments. Students start to assume responsibility for their personal life in addition to their education. That is commonly a cause of excessive stress which in turn leads to anxiety. Future anxiety is the most prevalent type of anxiety that final-year students feel. The motivation of this study was to examine how final-year students' psychological well-being are impacted by their future anxiety and self-efficacy. This study employs quantitative research in the form of a survey. Participants in this research belong to Universitas Indonesia Membangun final-year students. There are 95 participants in all, 15 of whom are males and 80 of whom are women. Data were collected using the future anxiety scale, self-efficacy scale, and psychological well-being scale, all of which were adjusted by the researcher. Statistic Descriptive, Multiple linear regression, and correlation tests were used for analyzing the data. The results of this research shows a correlation between final-year students' psychological well-being, self-efficacy, and future anxiety. When psychological well-being grows, self-efficacy becomes an indicator that can inhibit future anxiety.

Abstract

Limitations in financial management are often a challenge for MSMEs, especially because of the difficulty in understanding financial conditions and measuring business performance accurately. To overcome this problem, SAK EMKM has been available to help MSMEs in financial management, in addition there are also various free cloud-based accounting applications, such as the Majoo Application, which makes it easier to record finances. This Majoo application has been used by MSME Pohara. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The effectiveness of the Majoo Application is measured based on Campbell's Theory which includes 4 (four) indicators, namely: Program Success, Target Success, Satisfaction with the Program, and Overall Goal Achievement. The results of the study show that the Majoo Application is effective in helping MSME financial management based on seven indicators of effectiveness. It is hoped that this study can provide insight for MSMEs that have not used the Majoo Application.

Abstract

This research examines the legal issues surrounding the authority of the Independent Accreditation Agency (Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri, LAM) in accrediting Study Programs (PS) within higher education institutions, as regulated in Article 55 paragraph (5) of Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education. This provision creates a dualism of authority with the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT), resulting in a fragmented quality assurance system. The delegation of accreditation authority to LAM without a standardized legal framework potentially obscures the role of the state in ensuring educational quality and generates legal uncertainty, inconsistent standards, and inequality among institutions. This research employs a normative legal method, utilizing statutory and conceptual approaches to analyze the relationship between positive legal norms, scholarly doctrines, and the state’s responsibility in organizing education as a public good. The findings indicate that the legal framework governing LAM contradicts fundamental principles of the rule of law, including substantive justice, equal rights, and public accountability. Education is a constitutional right of every citizen, and its implementation must remain under full state control as a manifestation of the protection and fulfillment of human rights. Therefore, the higher education accreditation system must be integrated under state authority to ensure consistency, quality, and legal certainty in the governance of higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis optimalisasi sistem administrasi publik berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan pemerintahan. Dengan penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), digitalisasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pelayanan publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-Government mempercepat proses pelayanan, mengurangi birokrasi, dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital antarwilayah, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan untuk mendukung transformasi digital, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan pemerataan infrastruktur digital agar implementasi sistem administrasi berbasis digital dapat berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menganalisis dampak jangka panjang dari digitalisasi pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology advancements have brought about profound transformations across various domains, including education. This study aims to critically examine the implementation of AI within multiple facets of the Indonesian education system, encompassing teaching methodologies, learning assessment, and administrative management. Employing a qualitative approach through a comprehensive literature review, this research integrates conceptual and empirical findings from reputable academic sources. The results of this study underscore the necessity of strengthening collaborative efforts among government entities, educational institutions, and the technology sector to foster an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable digital transformation in education.
