Abstract

Hyperlipidemia is an abnormal condition of lipid metabolism which is characterized by an increase in lipid levels in the blood. Hyperlipidemia is often accompanied by other diseases. So the treatment of hyperlipidemia is often combined with other drugs and has the potential to increase the occurrence of drug interactions. Drug interaction is a condition in which a substance or drug activity can produce an increased or decreased effect or produce a new effect. This study aims to determine the presence of hyperlipidemic drug interactions in patients with diabetes mellitus Pertamina in one of the chemical pharmacies in Bandung based on the number of patients, number of cases, interaction mechanism and severity. This study uses a non-experimental research method with a descriptive approach and data collection is taken retrospectively based on prescription sheet data for the March 2021 period. The number of samples taken is 87 prescription sheets that meet the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed descriptively usingliterature Stockley's Drug Interaction Handbook. Of the hyperlipidemic patients, who had the potential to experience drug interactions as many as 28 Prescriptions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the severity of drug interaction cases which stated the severity level of major interactions was 1%, Moderate was 30% and minor was 1% while those that did not interact were 68%. Based on the results of the study above, the researchers concluded that there were 28 cases of prescription sheets containing hyperlipidemia drug interactions in March 2021 at Kimia Farma Pharmacy. The level of drug interactions consisted of major, moderate and minor categories with a severity level of 1% for the major category, 30% for the moderate category, 1% for the minor category, while 68% had no interactions.

Abstract

Cough is a common complaint encountered by the community and is classified as mild. Therefore, people prefer to self-medicate when faced with it. However, in practice, self-medication can be a source of medication errors due to limited public knowledge about drugs and their use. Provide a good understanding to the community about cough self-medication from a pharmacist. The purpose of this study was to determine how satisfied the cough self-medication service was at the Arjasari pharmacy. This type of research uses a qualitative design with descriptive research methods. Collecting data, namely all data that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. From the research, the results of the sperman rank correlation coefficient of (0.806) indicate that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles together or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (64.9%), while the remaining variables (35 ,1%) contributed by other variables not examined by the authors. Based on the research that I have done, based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the majority of customers are very satisfied with service performance in terms of service quality perceived by customers. Abstract

According to RI law no. 40 of 2009, a hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Storage methods can be carried out by applying the FEFO and FIFO principles, depending on the unit size and alphabetical order. This study was conducted to determine the antibiotic drug storage system using the FIFO and FEFO methods in the pharmacy warehouse of Hospital X. The method used in this study was a descriptive and quantitative method with the data used were primary data derived from interviews in the hospital pharmacy warehouse. X. Based on the results of research that has been carried out at Hospital X from 14 respondents for results categorized as Good (100%) for results categorized as Bad (86%) while for results categorized as Poor (64%). So it can be concluded that based on the dosage form, it states that the storage of drugs that are in accordance with the dosage form is categorized as Good. Meanwhile, liquid preparations stored on the bottom shelf are categorized as poor. Based on the alphabet, it states that the storage of antibiotics is in accordance with the alphabet, categorized as Good. Antibiotics with generic names are complete in the drug warehouse and are categorized as poor. Based on FIFO, it is stated that the FIFO method is very effective in being applied in the pharmaceutical drug warehouse, which is categorized as good. Based on FEFO, it is stated that the FEFO method is very important to be applied in a good category of drug warehouse.

Abstract

The speed of service in outpatient registration is very influential in the course of activities in the service. The waiting time used by the patient to get an outpatient health service until the examination by a doctor. One of the factors that causes waiting times to exceed the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) should be investigated further for the convenience of patients while waiting. The length of waiting time also describes the performance of the officers with the quality of service to patients. The purpose of this study is to determine and review the waiting time of patients in outpatient registration services, as well as to directly review the causal factors that affect the long waiting time. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by means of observation. In this study, there are steps in collecting data starting from data classification, data processing and data analysis, then making conclusions and reports. The average waiting time for patients at the Kasih Ibu Clinic, Cimahi is ± 70 minutes until the patient goes home, which means that the Minimum Service Standard is 60 minutes. Based on the number of patient visits per day, it was found that 80% of patients with waiting time >60 minutes and 20% of patients with waiting time <60 minutes. The results that greatly affect the waiting time for services at outpatient registration are because this clinic does not have KIB, KIUP, Register Book so that patients who come, both old patients and new patients, will re-register, lack of understanding of the minimum service standard time (SPM). officers and doctors, other factors are also seen from inadequate facilities and infrastructure, namely the absence of storage space or storage racks for medical record files.

Abstract

One of the global burdens currently engulfing the world is the COVID-19 pandemic. But before COVID-19 was declared a pandemic by the WHO, the world was struggling with the global burden of mental disorders. WHO states that depression and anxiety are mental disorders with the highest frequency. Mental disorders are one of the health problems that often go unnoticed. To treat mental disorders, antipsychotic therapy is needed which can be obtained at various health facilities, one of which is the Mitra Keluarga Hospital, East Bekasi, which serves patients with mental disorders. Antipsychotics are useful in the therapy of acute and chronic psychosis, a mental disorder such as dreams and imaginary thoughts (hallucinations) and normalize abnormal behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of antipsychotic prescribing in the pharmacy outpatient unit at Mitra Keluarga Hospital, East Bekasi for the period April – May 2021. This study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method by taking primary data from doctor's prescriptions containing antipsychotics. The results obtained can see the profile of the most widely used antipsychotic prescribing based on the active substance, drug class, drugs used concurrently with antipsychotic drugs and the most widely used antipsychotic drugs by gender. The final analysis results obtained can assist in the procurement of antipsychotic drugs in health facilities.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of outpatient registration services can be carried out properly if they are in accordance with the procedure flow and must meet the average standard of service time at registration. In reality, there are often inhibiting factors that often occur. Find out why outpatient registration services are banned. The research method used is descriptive analysis, namely by observing the overall registration service of the outpatient unit. The population of this study were patients who came to visit the outpatient unit and outpatient registration officers by calculating the average service time provided to patients who came in accordance with established standard procedures. Based on the results that the authors examined, the average time for outpatient registration services obtained a sample of 133 patients, old patients consisted of 120 people and 13 new patients. For old patients, the average service time is about 7 minutes at most and new patients are on average about 11 minutes. The results showed that the outpatient registration service system at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province, can be said to be still not optimal because there are still constraint factors that occur when registering, such as interference with the internet network, and delays in searching for outpatient medical record files because of the printing machine. the tracer is jammed so you have to wait for the SJP/SEP first before the outpatient medical record file can be searched/retrieved to be submitted to the outpatient polyclinic.

Abstract

The importance of reviewing prescriptions to realize medication safety in pharmaceutical services. Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) where the professional relationship between doctors and pharmacists is in the form of prescriptions as part of the representative quality of pharmaceutical service standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of administration on prescription completeness based on 3 aspects; administration, pharmaceutical and clinical to the percentage of pharmacy service standards at UPT. Ibrahim Adjie Health Center in Bandung City is adjusted to the PERMENKES RI No. 74 of 2016. This type of research is qualitative non-experimental descriptive observational with prospective data collection using a check list form to find out whether or not they fulfill each other in a recipe. This study was conducted in July 2021 with 150 samples of prescriptions for adult patients aged 26-45 years. The percentage of results from administrative screening was 10.6% or as many as 16 complete prescriptions due to not fulfilling the patient's address, SIP and doctor's initials. The percentage of pharmaceutical screening aspects obtained 58.6% or as many as 88 prescriptions that meet. The percentage of clinical screening showed 3.3% or as many as 5 prescriptions. Meanwhile, the results of the conformity of pharmaceutical services as a whole according to the applicable regulation of the Minister of Health indicate that there are no mutually fulfilling aspects in 1 prescription sheet. So the evaluation of this research needs to be done communication in increasing awareness between doctors and pharmacists in prescribing services as representatives of applicable service standards.

Abstract

Dental poly health services in filling out the informed consent form, there is an action where an action requires agreement between the doctor and patient to maintain the convenience and safety of both parties, basically the informed consent function that I take refers more to doctors, dental nurses, and the patients themselves because there are still mistakes in filling out the medical action approval sheet. The purpose of this study is the function of informed consent for dental polyclinic medical action. This type of research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while for data collection techniques, the study takes data by observation and interviews, based on the results of the study, 76.7% of complete data were obtained while 23.3% were incomplete from a total sample of 30 forms. informed consent. The problem factors are the completeness of filling out the medical action approval form at the dental poly, the limited time in filling it out, the number of patients.

Abstract

Based on data on the use of Immunomodulator drugs from 1,170 transactions, 64 transactions were obtained. Drugs given through prescriptions. Based on the data I obtained, the most prescriptions for immunomodulators occurred in April 2021 by doctors at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Indramayu city with a total of 26 prescriptions. The purpose of the study is to determine the pattern of use (prescription or non-prescription) of consumers of immunomodulatory drugs at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Indramayu City. This type of research uses a qualitative design with descriptive research methods. Data collection was carried out, namely all data that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the sales of Immunomodulator drugs for the period April – June 2021 were 1,170. Based on the pattern of prescription use, there are 64 transactions, while the pattern for non-prescription use is 1,106 transactions. From the research I did, it can be concluded that the trade names of Immunomodulator drugs containing echinacea, meniran, and morindae in the Imunos Tablet and Fituno Tablet preparations are the most widely used, with the rule of taking 1 tablet a day and 2 tablets a day, and the dosage form is tablets.

Abstract

Medical record is written or recorded information regarding identity, history taking, physical determination, laboratory, diagnosis of all medical services and actions provided to patients and treatment, whether inpatient, outpatient or receiving emergency services. Distribution in the health sector, especially medical records, has the meaning of a process of distributing medical records to each polyclinic addressed by the patient according to the medical record number. Minimum Service Standards (SPM) are provisions regarding the type and quality of basic services in the speed of providing medical records, the standard time for providing medical records for outpatient services is 10 minutes. This research was conducted at Bhakti Asih Hospital located at Jalan Raden Saleh No. 10, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City, Banten 15157. The purpose of this study was to determine the length of time for the distribution of outpatient medical records at Bhakti Asih General Hospital. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. In this study, the population was all outpatient medical records in the period June 2021 with a sample of 96 outpatient medical records, using the Incidental/Convenience sampling technique. The results of this study can be seen that 52 medical records (54.16%) have met the SOP 10 minutes, while 44 medical records (45.83%) have not met the SOP 10 minutes. The time of calculating the distribution of outpatient medical records with 96 samples for 10 days with a total time of 984 minutes obtained an average time of distribution of outpatient medical records of 10.25 minutes.
