Abstract

In an era of rapid advances in Information Technology, health is an important aspect of human life. Clinics and hospitals compete to meet patient expectations, but often patients struggle to find suitable services, wasting valuable time. A common problem faced by many visitors to Bali is the confusion of finding a hospital or clinic that suits their needs. Salvio Medical Information, as a healthcare institution in Bali, faces similar challenges with a lack of a comprehensive information system. This can result in errors in data management, difficulties in accessing information, as well as delays in service to guests who need health care. Therefore, this research aims to design a website-based healthcare information system for Salvio Medical Information. The development approach uses the Extreme Programming model to enable rapid software development. Thus, this research is expected to make a significant contribution to efforts to develop health services that are more efficient and able to better meet the needs of patients. The expected result is a web-based health service information system that is built using the PHP programming language with the help of the Laravel framework and the extreme programming method. Where in the system built custemer can place orders through the website and the admin can manage service content and partner content on the website.

Abstract

The land public transportation mode remains the main choice for the community in carrying out mobility, especially in traveling between cities and provinces. However, many users are worried because of the rampant fraud committed by irresponsible people, because of this unrest, the perpetrators of land public transportation service providers have begun to use technology in their transaction system, this aims to minimize the existence of passengers who do not have tickets and unauthorized ticket sellers. This research uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method because it can provide the approach and structure needed in system planning and development. This system was created using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter Framework in the development of the system. the utilization of QR Code technology on the system is as a way to encode the code on the ticket into an E-Ticket without using paper, besides aiming to increase security, the QR Code also provides efficiency in the ticket transaction process. The use of this website is also more structured because it prevents damage or loss of tickets, increases time efficiency and increases sales. The result of this research is the successful design of a bus E-Ticket system that uses a QR Code and is website-based.

Abstract

This research succeeded in developing an internal management system using Next.js for the integration of key features such as customer, supplier, category, unit, product, purchase and invoice management. The use of TypeScript increases code security and clarity, and ensures the system is verified through Black Box Testing. Implementing Tailwind CSS in creating company landing pages strengthens online representation with a responsive and modern design. It is hoped that this system can significantly increase operational efficiency and be adaptive to changes in company needs in the future.

Abstract

Creative economy is a sustainable economic development concept based on creativity, encompassing arts, culture, science, technology, engineering, and telecommunications. In Banyuwangi, the creative economy is facilitated by the Banyuwangi Youth Creative Festival (BYCN), supported by the Department of Culture and Tourism. However, many creative economy players in Banyuwangi still lack promotional design plans, including websites. This study aims to design a user interface for a creative economy promotion website using the design thinking method, which includes five stages: Empathy, Definition, Ideation, Prototype, and Testing. This method focuses on consumer-centered innovation, emphasizing product and service design that attracts attention in the business world. Testing uses the usability scale with web maze to evaluate the prototype created with the user interface developed by 30 respondents. The results of the testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) showed a score of 79.5, which falls into the ACCEPTABLE category. Adjective ratings assessment indicated an EXCELLENT result and a grade scale of B. With these results, this study demonstrates that the designed website meets usability standards and user feedback indicates that the user interface (UI) is easy to use.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology, including web application development, demands the selection of an optimal framework to achieve the desired performance. Homestay Kosasih had used Laravel as its development framework, but faced performance challenges such as increased response times and higher resource usage. This research aims to compare the performance of Laravel (based on PHP) and ExpressJS (based on JavaScript) in the context of Kosasih Homestay application development. The research method uses a quantitative approach with direct performance testing on both frameworks, measuring loading time, responsiveness and efficiency of resource use. The results show that ExpressJS has faster response times and more efficient resource usage than Laravel. However, Laravel excels in ease of development and complete built-in features. The conclusion of this research is that ExpressJS is more recommended for applications that require high performance and efficiency, while Laravel is more suitable for development that requires complete built-in features. These findings provide insight for the development team in choosing the most appropriate framework to improve the performance and responsiveness of the Homestay Kosasih application.

Abstract

The research focuses on evaluating the functionality of the Homestay Kosasih application, particularly in terms of user interaction, data management, and user satisfaction. This study combines Black box Testing and UAT methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of the application's quality and performance. The research aims to assess the application's functional features, focusing on user interface, ease of use, and the application's ability to meet user expectations. Through analysis, this study will provide a thorough understanding of the application's quality and also measure the level of user satisfaction with the hotel reservation application, involving assessments of user interface, ease of use, and the application's success in meeting user expectations. The results show that the Homestay Kosasih application exhibits good functionality with 80.9% valid test cases and good user acceptance with an average score of 74.39% from 40 respondents. Therefore, it can be concluded that the entire series of application testing for Homestay Kosasih is deemed good.

Abstract

The Android-Based Traditional Musical Instrument Introduction and Learning Application Using Augmented Reality was developed to help students of SMP YPK Hedam Abepura learn traditional Indonesian musical instruments. The app uses Augmented Reality (AR) technology to display 3D models of traditional musical instruments and their related information in real-time. This research aims to build a system that can help students get to know and learn traditional Indonesian musical instruments in an interactive and fun way. The system uses the marker-based AR method, where the user points the Android device's camera at a marker printed on paper or other media. The system then displays a 3D model of the traditional musical instrument and related information, such as name, regional origin, how to play, and the sound of the musical instrument.This application is expected to help students of SMP YPK Hedam Abepura to get to know various kinds of traditional Indonesian musical instruments Learn how to play traditional musical instruments Increase interest and love for the nation's culture This research uses waterfall research methods and system design using Unified Modelling Language (UML). System functionality testing is done with Blackbox testing.

Abstract

PPDB (Student Admission Selection) is one of the components of student management within an educational institution. PPDB, with all its systems, is carried out to understand and measure school inputs to assist in school development and is expected to make a significant contribution to planning and implementing educational and training activities in the future. The selection process for new students at SMK Bina Mandiri Al Qodiriyah is still conventional, using ledger records to manage prospective students. Therefore, an application is needed to facilitate and expedite the new student admission process at SMK Bina Mandiri Al Qodiriyah. This application is built using the Laravel 9 framework with PHP programming and MySQL database. The features of this application include online student registration. The educational SIM development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD).

Abstract

PUDAM Banyuwangi is a regional public company that provides clean water services to the community with branches in several areas. The PUDAM Banyuwangi website was built with the aim of making company information and services more accessible. It is known, during the creation of the website the company did a refresh which was carried out almost every five years to improve the functionality of the website. however, user experience testing has never been carried out measurably on the website user interface. initial testing was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) as a user experience measurement tolls by getting results from 51 respondents showing the value of user experience on the website on 6 components, namely attractiveness (-0.12), clarity (0.15), efficiency (0.11), accuracy (-0.04), stimulation (-0.07), novelty (-0.29) so that it falls into the "Bad" criteria. To improve this, research was conducted using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach to analyze user needs and provide design update recommendations based on test results. The results showed that the design update increased the user experience evaluation value with an attractiveness value of (1.67), clarity (1.73), efficiency (1.71), accuracy (1.65), stimulation (1.55), novelty (1.51) so that it fell into the "Good" criteria. This can prove that this research provides recommendations for appropriate design updates to improve the functionality of the PUDAM Banyuwangi website in its development.

Abstract

Lemonder Indonesia's website is designed to compete in the market for lemons, vegetables, and other high-quality fresh products. This website provides easy access to information about the company and its products for all users. The purpose of this research is to increase customer trust and improve the design of the Lemonder Indonesia website. The Design Thinking approach is used as a method for redesigning the website. This method includes five stages: Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. It focuses on consumer-centered innovation, emphasizing product and service designs that attract attention in the business world. During the testing phase, this research uses usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of the website redesign. The System Usability Scale (SUS) involves using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Before the redesign, the SUS score was 51.75%, which is a grade D with a "poor" indicator. However, after the redesign, the SUS score significantly increased to 85.08%, which is a grade A with an "excellent" indicator. This result demonstrates that the SUS testing in this research was successful and that the new design is well-received by users.
