Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial compensation in increasing employee motivation and performance, this was done as an effort to improve employee performance. In this research, descriptive qualitative methods were used using probability sampling and random sampling techniques. The research population consisted of all 150 Trunojoyo Madura University (UTM) security guards and 7 people were selected as samples with 3 people as key sources and the others as supporters. Research data was obtained by going directly to the field and interviewing selected sources. The data analysis used was interactive analysis and data triagulation. It was found that financial compensation has a direct effect on employee work motivation because the initial goal of a person's work is salary, financial compensation also has an effect on employee performance because it builds motivation

Abstract

This article discusses employee attitudes and behavior in improving service quality in a business. This article aims to investigate the relationship between employee attitudes and behavior and improving service quality in an organizational context. Service quality has become a key factor in the success of various types of organizations, especially in the Navia cafe business. This research uses a survey method to collect data from employees who work at Cafe Navia. Data collected includes employees' attitudes toward their jobs, including job satisfaction, motivation, and engagement in their work. In addition, employee behavior related to service, such as responsiveness to customers, communication skills, and commitment to quality standards, is also evaluated. Based on the sources that have been collected, the results of this research are expected to provide better insight into how employee attitudes and behavior can influence the quality of services provided by the organization. This research can serve as a guide for managers and organizational leaders in developing strategies and policies aimed at improving service quality through managing employee attitudes and behavior

Superiority at Company counts the most arbitrary domination to manage its regulation towards working performance. The Research applies Descriptive Qualitative Methods in trainingdeveloping Domain of reducing superiority domination about controlling staffs at company with subjectivity pattern in training performance of staffs in declining actual and potential skills rather than persuading close relationship between manager and subordinates. Abstract

Plantation Area with pest distractions are merely distinguished with animals and plants, the plants are destructed observation by farmer search of the matter because it clings on the body of flowers or planted fruits, animals can appear suddenly in surprise, as it requires scarecrow to expel them all. The Research applies Descriptive Qualitative Methods in training Students at University as worker candidates at field working area to manage the plantation in beneficences. Due that Field at Plantation Area is potentially disturbed by such omnivore animals, scarecrow are functioned to harass the pest in controlling high volume of pests and scarecrow to harass the disturbing animals at once to function it as Educational Tourism for School Students with all levels to train them how to function scarecrow in unique forms for expelling Plant Disturbing Animals

Abstract

This research discusses the comparison of industrial relations systems in Indonesia and Singapore. Indonesia and Singapore basically have differences in country status where Indonesia is a developing country and Singapore is a developed country. The research method used in this research is qualitative using a literature study approach. Industrial relations in Indonesia itself are regulated in the law which regulates industrial or employment issues. There have been several changes to the laws implemented by Indonesia, and Singapore itself has also twice amended the regulations governing industrial relations in its country. With changes to the regulations made by the Indonesian government, up to now there are still quite a lot of problems in industrial relations in Indonesia

Abstract

Indonesia ranks second as the largest producer of plastic waste in the world. Plastic waste takes about 1000 years to decompose. Cleaning up plastic waste is very difficult, because plastic waste has non-porous polymer properties, plastic can also cause temperatures to increase day by day. Plastic waste has a negative impact on the environment, such as environmental pollution due to the accumulation of waste. Anticipatory and preventive actions are needed to overcome this problem. The purpose of this research is to increase public awareness of the ecobrick method to utilize waste as an environmentally friendly material that has economic value. Abstract

Human resource management has a major role in increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The level of competitiveness of MSMEs is very dependent on the ability of human resources to manage, advance and empower the workforce. The aim of this research is to identify the contribution of human resource management in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and focuses on the Basecamp Café in Bangkalan as the research location. The results of data collection show that human resource management has a crucial role in forming quality employees with optimal performance at Café Basecamp. This creates advantages for human resources in the cafe to contribute to achieving the cafe's vision and mission. To increase competitiveness, it is important to pay attention to the quality and competence of human resources by managing them through training, so that human resource management can be done effectively and efficiently

Abstract

The rapid development of science has brought many changes to humans, one of which is the era of society 5.0. Therefore, adequate human resource management is needed to deal with this. This research aims to find out the role of HR management in facing the era of society 5.0. The method used is descriptive qualitative and uses Cafe The Sky Bangkalan as a research location. From the results of data collection, it can be concluded that HR management can be useful in dealing with technological advances.
