HR is the key in realizing an effective and efficient organization, therefore the existence of HR is needed in an organization. This study aims to analyze HR management in realizing an effective financial institution. This research uses the literature study method by utilizing authoritative literature sources of books and journals. In order to realize an effective financial institution, three major steps are needed starting from 1) planning carried out with internal-external analysis, SWOT and demand-supply. 2) Recruitment is carried out by identifying hr vacancies and determining the number needed and considering basic competencies. 3) Hr evaluation is carried out with a 360-degree evaluation model that not only involves superiors in evaluating but also involves people who are in their hands. The development of advanced technology requires all to adjust from traditional ways to digital-based ways. This pandemic that has not ended has forced humans to be friendly with technology, as well as in the marketing segmentation of UMKM. This study aims to describe the marketing strategy of UMKM in the new normal era. This research uses descriptive qualitative techniques using literature study analysis. Marketing strategies in the new normal era are activating online shops, maximizing the ability of human resources regarding IT, and promoting through the millennial generation. One of the characteristics of village communities that are very identical is that generally their source of income depends on nature and the seasons. The economy in the village tends to be slow and not developing, the natural potential possessed is actually very large but the quality of human resources owned has not been able to keep up with these extraordinary natural resources. This study aims to describe how strategic steps in developing the economy of rural communities through strengthening human resources. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study show that the economic development of rural communities through strengthening human resources by: 1) carrying out e-marketing training and skills, 2) optimizing the role of BUMdes, and 3) developing the potential of tourism villages. This research was motivated by the author's curiosity from the efforts of PAI teachers in implementing HOTS at SMA N 1 Kinali. Because SMA N 1 Kinali already uses the 2013 curriculum, it is possible that the school does not implement HOTS-based learning or apply students' higher-order thinking skills. Because high-level thinking skills can be interpreted as an effort made by the teacher in improving students' thinking patterns to a higher level, able to think critically, creatively and able to solve a problem. Based on the author's observations that 1) students are still passive in the learning process and class activities are only dominated by smart children, 2) in making questions the teacher uses more questions that are applying or just writing so that the questions are analytical, evaluation and creative. rarely appears, 3) students' ability to think critically and creatively is still lacking, this can be seen when students carry out discussions depending on one person who is able to answer in their group. However, in terms of student scores, the category is sufficient. The type of research that the author does is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study focused on PAI teachers as key informants while students and their surroundings as supporting informants. The results of this study indicate that the forms of PAI teachers' efforts in developing HOTS at SMA N 1 Kinali can be seen from the planning, implementation and evaluation forms applied in the school. lesson plans that must be prepared by the teacher are preparing materials/materials and formulating lesson plans. In the RPP there are several HOTS indicators such as analyzing, evaluating and creating, the application of these indicators can be seen from the learning objectives and the steps of the learning activities used. Furthermore, the implementation of learning is carried out using HOTS learning activities including the application of strategies such as models, methods and media that support various kinds such as critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration, communication and literacy used by teachers when carrying out the learning process. Meanwhile, teacher evaluation uses various forms of questions and the assessment also varies. So the conclusion is, PAI teachers at SMA N 1 Kinali have been able to fully develop HOTS as desired in the 2013 and 21st century curriculum. Keyword: PAI Teachers' Business Forms in Developing HOTS

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the role model of Islamic Religious Education teachers on the character of students at SMKN 1 Rao Selatan. The author conducted this research because the author found several problems with the character of students at SMKN 1 Rao Selatan. Where the problem is, students often argue against what the teacher says, lack of student ethics towards teachers who are teaching, sometimes they chat behind their backs, sometimes ask for permission to leave and students often say disrespectful words to friends in front of the teacher. The type of research used by the author is correlation, with quantitative data processing. The population taken is class X² majoring in multimedia and sampling using a total sampling technique which means using the entire population, namely class X2 majoring in multimedia as a sample of 25 students. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire and processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16. Based on the hypothesis test, the results of this study were obtained Fcount > Ftable (6.035 4.26) with a significant level below 0.05 (0 .02 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the exemplary variables of Islamic Religious Education teachers (X) on the student character variables (X), meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This quantitative, descriptive, and correlational study aims to see whether there is a connection between students' academic achievement and the styles of learning, auditory, and kinesthetics. This questionnaire was filled out by 100 respondents, and convenience sampling was used to gather the information. According to the results of a study, kinesthetics learning is the most common type of learning for students, and their academic achievement comes into the good range. The three types of learning—visual, auditory, and kinesthetic—do not significantly differ from one another. It is recommended that teachers promote participation from students during the teaching and learning process by creating simulations, demonstrations, and exercises to help students comprehend the information being taught. In the current era of globalization, the use of the internet which leads to the business world has begun to use the internet as a medium of sale and purchase. Merchandise_yensu22 clothing store, currently marketing and selling is still conventional. Merchandise_yensu22 clothing store is a business that is engaged in clothing where the purchase of products from consumers is done by directly coming to the store. To expand sales, this business unit began to follow the development of information technology, especially in online marketing and sales activities, namely through an online store website (E-Commerce) where buyers can come from many regions. In the research conducted using the software development method, namely the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC Waterfall) method and using data collection techniques such as observations, interviews, and literature studies. Website application design at the Dagangan_yensu22 clothing store uses software such as XAMPP, STAR UML, NOTEPAD ++, and uses the PHP programming language and uses the IGNITER CODE Framework. This research was conducted because it was motivated by the low motivation to learn Islamic Cultural History, with the reason that learning the history of Islamic culture in learning students more accepted or accommodated what was conveyed by the teacher without playing an active role, coupled with teaching methods that more often used the lecture method which resulted in students become passive and sleepy. To collect data, researchers conducted interviews with teachers and students followed by observing directly the process of learning the history of Islamic culture. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that in order to increase motivation to learn the history of Islamic culture, PAI teachers have a strategy by using various teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and group work. Apart from this strategy, the teacher also uses interesting media so that students' attention is focused on learning, the teacher also gives rewards to students who are successful in learning and the teacher also gives punishment to students who are lazy. In the teaching process the teacher also experiences obstacles in increasing learning motivation, namely the lack of interest of students in SKI subjects or learning materials, the absence of handbooks for students, class conditions, family conditions of students, even the condition of the students. alone. However, all of this can be overcome by the teacher by growing students' interest in learning about SKI lessons by telling exemplary stories, providing photocopies of important material the day before discussing the material, giving warnings or being advised if they cannot be advised, the teacher gives punishment in the form of rote memorization and assigns assignments. provide an appeal to parents of students to continue to pay attention and supervision to these students, to approach students who are experiencing problems. The background of this research is the students who memorize the Qur'an at Pondok Tahfiz Sheikh Haji Jabang Tabing Mosque, the motivation of children in memorizing is decreasing day by day, they are a lot of lazy in memorizing, many of their memorization is missing, there are still many who don't. serious in memorizing the Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, namely research that tries to describe, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in accordance with data that can be obtained in the field, which cannot be described in the form of numbers. This study describes the motivation of students in memorizing the Qur'an at Pondok Tahfiz Sheikh Haji Jabang Tabing Mosque through the Tasalsuli Method. In collecting the required data, the writer needs to do it through observation, interviews, informants, namely students, as key informants, tahfiz teachers and parents as supporting informants. The results showed that the lack of motivation in memorizing the Qur'an while internal factors (inside themselves) that influenced students in memorizing the Qur'an were seen from the physiological aspect, psychological aspects. This research is motivated by the phenomenon that mothers often work outside the home, automatically the time to socialize and educate the child's personality will decrease, even though a mother in educating the child's personality is very important and is a full responsibility, but in reality there are still some mothers in the field. who tries to educate his child's personality on the sidelines of his time like he comes home from work he immediately takes the time to hang out, be close, joke and laugh as well as educate the child's personality in the moral, intellectual, social, and emotional aspects of his child. in the sense that it is not far from educating the child's personality, all that is done by the mother so that her child can get the first education from a good mother figure. Even when they are working their children are entrusted to their husbands or parents, but after coming home from work they take the time to embrace or approach their children to fill the time that their mother has left since she worked in the morning until the afternoon. To discuss the research results, this research method is used which is field research, (field research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the tips of career women in educating the personality of early childhood in RW 02, Pulau Karomah Village, Pekanbaru City, are good but not optimal. Even though it is not maximal, career women are still trying to educate their children's personality, including by doing general tips and special tips, general tips such as educating children's aqidah, children's worship and children's morals.
