This study aims to determine the quality of human resources towards improving organizational performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Sibolga City. respondents. In this study, several tests were carried out which aimed to determine the relationship and influence between the implementation of the quality of human resources on improving organizational performance, namely between the quality of human resources and the company's performance at the Tirta Nauli Sibolga Regional Drinking Water Company, there is a positive influence and relationship.,From the results discussion of normality using Histogram Analysis, shows that the regression model cannot assume normality assumptions, namely forming a histogram chart and organizational performance can have a normal level, From the results of the validity calculation, each item variable X and Y Corrected Item Total value of r count is more than the value of r table (0.266). Thus, all of the variables X and Y are declared valid. From the results of the reliability test calculation, the variables X and Y can be said to be reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value > r is critical. The calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained is 51.84% and the remaining 48.16% is determined by other factors not discussed in this study, such as leadership, motivation, infrastructure, communication and others. From the calculation of the linear regression line, the variables X and Y variables are: Y = 6.10 + 0.92 X. In this case, the X (HR quality) variable and Y (organizational performance) are in a positive direction, meaning that if the X value (quality HR) = zero, then the Y variable (organizational performance) = 6.10 and From the hypothesis test carried out, by comparing the t-count value with the t-table value, it can be seen that the t-count value is greater than ttable (7.409 > 2.009), this means that the accepted hypothesis is the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Cesarean section is surgery to deliver the fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Surgical assistance in childbirth is an action to save both the mother and the baby. According to the WHO definition, maternal death is the death of a woman pregnant or after the termination of pregnancy from any cause. The number obtained for maternal deaths in 2016 in developed countries generally ranged between 1.5 and 3.0 per 10,000 live births and in 2017 maternal deaths were 3.2 people per year. This study aimed to identify the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers after cesarean section to care for cesarean section wounds. The type of quantitative research with the design used in this research is a descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach. In the research population of post-sectional cesarean mothers at Estomihi Hospital Medan, the number of samples used in this study was 57 people. Non-probability sampling is a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used a univariate test and bivariate analysis with Spearman Rank (Rho) correlation test. The results of the correlation coefficient there is no significant relationship between mother's knowledge and management of cesarean section wound care with a p-Value < (0.532> 0.05), there is a significant relationship between mother's attitude and management of Caesarean section wound care with p-Value < (0.007< 0.05). It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference regarding post-cesarean section nursing care for cesarean section wound care in hospitals so that later it will improve the quality of service at the hospital. The rapid changes in science and technology require us to be ready to face changes in the world, especially in the field of education. Society 5.0 is a human being who can solve various challenges and social problems by utilizing various innovations born in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and centered on technology. Society 5.0 is a development of the industrial revolution 4.0. The data analysis technique used is the Miles & Huberman method with an interactive model. In addition, data collection is obtained from the review process of scientific journals obtained from literature such as scientific journals, books, essays, and other print media that are in accordance with the topic being studied. Learning media that can be developed in preparing educators to face the challenges of the era of society 5.0 is to prepare learning media to make new innovations in utilizing technology as a learning medium. To realize or prepare for society 5.0 in the field of education, it is not enough for students to only understand or be given theory. performance can be done by implementing effective communication. This study aims to analyze effective communication on improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga which opened 31 people. The analytical method used for testing and proving the hypothesis is a descriptive quantitative approach. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between effective communication and employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga is 0.757, so if it is interpreted on a scale it can be categorized as sufficient. The regression equation obtained is Y= 12,491+0,637 X which shows the effect of effective communication on employee performance. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted as true, where t count 6.241 > t table 2.0452, which means that employee performance will increase the regression coefficient/slop (0.573) if the effective communication variable is added by one unit. Based on the research results obtained between effective communication and improving employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga has a positive relationship, it can be seen from the increase in the number of consumers in the last 5 years as many as 310 people. In Indonesia, the Central Obesity Rate has increased from year to 2007 at 18.8% and in 2013 (26.6%) and in 2018 it reached 31.0 %), Based on the proportion of central obesity in the population aged >15 years according to characteristics. The employment of PNS/TNI/Polri/BUMN/BUMD is at a rate of (48.5%) and for the proportion of central obesity at the age of 15 years by province, Gorontalo is at a rate of (36.6%,). is at the number (31.0%) (Riskesdas, 2018). Based on the initial data collection conducted by researchers at the Limoto Police, Gorontalo district, 19 people out of 50 people were centrally obese (38%) and 15 people were pre-obese (30%) and 15 people were normal (30%). By knowing these facts, it will be investigated further about the description of the incidence of central obesity in members of the police who are at the Limboto police station, Gorontalo district. Objective: To determine the factors associated with the incidence of central obesity in the Limmoto Police, Gorontalo Regency. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive analysis. The population of this research is using total sampling with a sample of 302 respondents at the Limboto Police Station. Results: The results showed that there were 20 people with central obesity (6.6%), sufficient energy intake 189 (62%), sufficient carbohydrate intake 242 (80.1%), adequate protein intake 256 (84.8%), adequate fat intake 282 (93.4%), smoking at risk 219 (72.5%). Suggestion: For the Limboto Police Chief, it is hoped that they will pay more attention to health conditions, especially a regular diet. Smoking has a 3.8 times the risk of the incidence of tuberculosis. The prevalence of smokers in Indonesia since 2013 has been increasing from year to year, ranking third after China and India with the highest cigarette consumption in the world. Airway ineffectiveness is influenced by the state of the lung health system, this needs to be anticipated and handled properly so that respiratory emergencies do not occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of smoking habits on airway effectiveness. This type of research is a quantitative research using a correlation design with a cross-sectional observation approach. The population in this study was tuberculosis patients. The type of sampling used in this study is non-probability sampling with a total sampling technique of 37 people. Data analysis used a non-parametric correlation statistic test, namely the Spearman correlation test with the assumption that the p vap-value05 to determine the influence between the two variables. Based on the results of the Spearman Correlation test, a p-value of 0.001 was obtained where the p-value < 0.05. This result indicates that there is a significant influence between smoking habits and the effectiveness of the airway in tuberculosis patients, the r-value of 0.589 which indicates that the strength of the relationship between the two variables is in the moderate category. It is suggested to Puskesmas respondents to always provide education about the dangers of smoking behavior in pulmonary TB patients. Humans are creators of cultural products to be passed on to the next generation. One of the cultural products created by humans is the Cafi Sari tradition. This tradition is carried out from generation to generation. However, nowadays, many people do not know the meaning and function of the Cafi Sari ceremony tradition, which they still preserve. Therefore, this study aims to explore the meaning and function of the cafi sari tradition to provide understanding to the millennial community as heirs of the tradition. This study uses a phenomenological approach to understand the meaning of an event and human interaction in certain situations. Then, the theory used in this research is folklore theory. Data collection techniques use the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Cafi sari ceremony was performed when a new mother gave birth. It starts with the ritual of Cafi sari, or cleaning the sari or floor after 7 days of giving birth. The meaning contained in this ritual is a clean and healthy life behaviour starting from food, drink, environment, body hygiene, and the right goal in living the life of the world to the hereafter. In contrast, the Cafi Sari ceremony tradition functions as a ritual function, social function, religious function, and educational function. Keywords : Tradition of Ceremony, Folklore, Cafi Sari

The current of education tends is to emphasize improving cognitive abilities aspects of students' their affective and psychomotor aspects. In addition, the activities carried out focus more on the outward aspect than the inner one, so it is feared that it can give birth to people who lack empathy and pay attention to social elements. Whereas educational activities should ideally be able to combine the two elements that exist in students, namely the heart and mind, as well as outwardly and inwardly. Therefore, character education is the core of the education of the Indonesian nation in order to form intelligent, skilled, faithful, pious, and noble human beings. Character building can be carried out through various strategies and approaches, one of which is through the internalization of values contained in the motto of Islamic boarding school education. The results of the study show that the development of Islamic character in SMP IT Al-Fawwaz students can be done through internalizing the values contained in the motto of the modern Islamic boarding school Daarul Huda Balokang Banjar, including: virtuous, healthy, knowledgeable and free-thinking. These activities are carried out routinely in intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities which are guided directly by the teacher when the students are in school hours, as well as the ustadz when the students are in the dormitory. The results of this internalization are not only the formation of Islamic character of students, but also an increase in their learning achievement at school. This research is motivated by education in Indonesia increasingly experiencing setbacks in terms of ethics both towards teachers, society, and other aspects of education. This causes educators to have an important role in character building and ethics as role models for students. So that the task of educators is not only to educate the mind, but to direct, guide, improve, purify themselves to get closer to Allah SWT. The process of humanizing humans from birth to the end of life is delivered in stages where the learning process is the responsibility of parents, the community and educators to become human beings. This research is a qualitative research with library research method, this research approach uses a descriptive analysis approach, namely by collecting, compiling and analyzing interpretations or interpretations in the Ihya'ulumuddin Book which discusses teacher ethics in learning to students. Data collection is done by reviewing related books and books to obtain more accurate information. The results of the study indicate that the Book of Ihya'ulumuddin by Imam Al-Ghazali shows how educators maintain their dignity towards students in the learning process and set an example to the prophet Muhammad SAW. So in the learning process there are criteria for teaching, including the results of research: 1) Teacher ethics in the learning process according to the Book of Ihya'ulumuddin by Imam Al-Ghazali. 2) the importance of maintaining the dignity of a teacher 3) The duties and responsibilities of teachers in education. 4) Al-Ghazali's thoughts are relevant to teacher ethics in the teaching and learning process. In the learning process at school there are several obstacles including many students who show symptoms of not being able to achieve learning outcomes as expected. Problems with learning disorders are often found, one of which is reading difficulties. Whereas one of the success of students' learning in participating in teaching and learning activities at school is determined by their ability to read, for that the teacher plays a major role in improving students' reading skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the identification and treatment carried out by teachers for children with reading difficulties (dyslexia). The approach used a qualitative descriptive case study. Respondents in this study were the principal, grade 2 teacher, and students in grade 2 elementary school who had reading difficulties. Interview, observation and documentation techniques were used in collecting data in this study and analyzed using data reduction, then presenting the data and then concluded. The results of this study are dyslexia can be identified early on with tests conducted at the beginning of school enrollment and then there is special treatment, so that teachers can easily make efforts or provide assistance according to the needs they need, namely by providing special guidance. In addition to identification, there are also efforts that teachers can make in dealing with dyslexic children during online learning, namely by regularly communicating with teachers so that they know the development or abilities of children at school and discuss the child's condition with parents at home in order to find the best way to help children succeed in school. homeschooling.
