Abstract

The Theoretical and practical of Islamic educational in the globalization era must be able to adjust with the current times and the technology development. It must be done in the school, family environment and in the society are to develop Islamic education system with global insight in order to generate good, smart, and innovative human to face global competition. Islamic educationalthat in modernizing atmosphere, nowadays is required to be able to play its role dynamically and proactively. Its presence is expected to bring change for the improvement of the Islamic poeples on the theoretical and practical level. Then what should be done is to develop a system of Islamic education with a global insight.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of guidance and counseling in school during the Covid-19 in Sambas District and to find out the difficulties in implementing guidance and counseling during the Covid-19 period in Sambas Districk in 2020. This Study Uses qualitative research methods with interview and observation techniques to 8 guidance and counseling teachers. The results showed that the implementation of guidance and counseling during the Covid period was ineffective because almost some school were only present in online without any services provided. In addition, although there are some counseling teachers who provide sercives online there are still many students who do not participate in these services. The difficulties in implementing guidance and counseling the Covid-19 period were a) limited mastery of information by teacher and students; b) don’t have a smartphone, c) limited internet access and d) students who lack discipline in the servise delivery process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the condition of basic education, both Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) and Public Elementary Schools (SDN) in Sambas Regency. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive. The data collection techniques used are: interviews, observation and document tation with data validity techniques are triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study were as follows: Generally, the condition of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Kabupaten Sambas is far from perfect. Physical conditions such as buildings, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. Lack of classes, meaning that basic education should be 6 classrooms, but madrasas only have 3 classrooms, or 5 classrooms. So that students have to even share classes without boundaries, even the blackboard has to share. But there are also madrasas that divide the students into attending lessons. Like second grade comes in after first grade comes home. The same conditions also apply to public elementary schools. Lack of classrooms is a natural sight in the world of education in Sambas Regency. Likewise with the qualifications and competencies of teachers who teach. Teachers who teach are individuals who really sincerely do good. So that when their competence must be measured in a professional manner, they are lagging far behind. But when viewed from their progress, seriousness and struggle, they are truly original "Heroes without Merits". Serve your best with minimal appreciation. So, it means that if the teacher competency condition in Sambas Regency is far behind other regions in Indonesia, it is normal. However, if the teachers are in the district Some of the Sambas are competing the same and some even stand out from other teachers in the Indonesian region, which means "Extraordinary". Because limitations do not become an obstacle to continue achieving.

Abstract

This study aims to unravel the problem of Indonesian migrant workers in the border area of Indonesia-Malaysia in Sambas district of West Kalimantan. This research uses qualitative approach by seeing, hearing and understanding the socio-cultural symptoms that exist in the community in Kabuapten Sambas in the border area of Indonesia-Malaysia. Sambas regency became the focus of research because it porposively became a place of blessing and repatriation of Indonesian migrant workers to Malaysia. The data collection technique uses literature studies and field observations on socio-cultural phenomena in Sambas District. Of the many Indonesian Migrant Workers from Sambas District who work in Malaysia, there are several problems, such as entering Malaysia through non-procedural routes, namely without the official documents as stipulated in Law No. 18 Of 2017 On The Protection Of Indonesian Migrant Workers. It has an impact on Indonesian Migrant Workers who cannot get legal protection from the Indonesian State and do not get government insurance because it is not recorded in the official data of the national agency for placement and protection of Migrant Workers (BP2TKI). To overcome the problems that occur in the Sambas District Migrant Workers, there need to be some steps that must be taken, such as providing briefings to prospective migrant Workers who will work abroad, giving severe penalties to people who provide services to placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers abroad illegally, as well as strengthening agencies related to Indonesian Migrant Workers in carrying out their duties and functions to protect Indonesian Migrant Workers working abroad.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a shared value system regarding important things and is a belief about how an organization works. In this way, organizational culture provides a framework that organizes and guides the behavior of organizational members at work. This research was conducted by giving a questionnaire to 53 respondents, each respondent answered 10 questions. Then carried out several tests, from the results of the study showed that the organizational culture simultaneously had a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees in working at the Public Works and Public Housing Training Center Region I Medan.

Abstract

Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai penilaian tentu tidak terpisahkan lagi dari proses belajar mengajar selama satu semester atau setengah semester. Hasil belajar yang baik juga ditentukan dengan penilaian yang baik pula dalam arti objektif sesuai kenyataan, oleh karena itu dalam penilaian diperlukan kesahihan yang mutlak. Artikel ini dikaji menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (library research) guna mengungkap instrument tes yang valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan kajian putaka yang dilakukan, setidak-tidaknya ada empat ciri atau karakteristik yang harus dimiliki dalam tes belajar, sehingga tes tersebut dapat dinyatakan sebagai tes yang baik, yaitu: (1) valid (sahih= صحيح); (2) reliabel (tsabit= ثابت); (3) obyektif (maudu’iy= موضوعى); dan (4) praktis (‘amaliy= عملي). Namun pembahasan makalah ini fokus pada dua hal yaitu (1) valid (sahih= صحيح) dan (2) reliabel (tsabit= ثابت).

Abstract

The emergence of the idea of ​​empowering the poor through the Joint Business Group program is based on the idea that everyone has the potential and abilities that can be developed. However, the awareness and participation of members of the Joint Business Group on the success of the program is very low. Islam calls for social change to eradicate injustice and improve social welfare. The focus of this research is: 1) How to Empower the Poor through the Joint Business Group Program in Pemangkat District? 2) How is the Empowerment of the Poor through the Joint Business Group Program in Pemangkat Subdistrict with the Islamic Economic Perspective? This study uses a field approach (field research) with a type of qualitative research. The technique of collecting data by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. Primary data sources were obtained from the Social, Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sambas Regency, a companion to the Pemangkat District Joint Business Group, Chair of the Joint Business Group and members of the Joint Business Group. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from books on empowerment, previous research that discusses the empowerment of Joint Business Groups and data from the internet. The results showed that empowerment of the poor through programs that have been issued by the government, which can be concluded in this study that the empowerment of the poor through the Joint Business Group program that has been issued by the government is still not in accordance with government expectations due to several factors including location selection, socialization of empowerment. community, the community empowerment process, community independence as an instrument for empowering joint business groups have not been maximally implemented in the field. In addition, the failure to empower the poor through the KUBE program in Pemangkat District is caused by internal and external factors of KUBE that have not implemented sharia economic values in carrying out their business activities, namely lack of fairness, lack of cooperation and lack of trust.

Abstract

Sambas Regency is one of the districts in West Kalimantan Province, directly adjacent to the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. As a Border Area, Sambas Regency need a model of economic development that is oriented towards community empowerment and local potential. The potential development of Sambas Sub district should start from the Village with make BUMDesa. It is hoped that the presence of the Village autonomy mechanism will make the village more creative and innovative. Because BUM Desa Is business Institutional from village community. This research uses field research and is a case study. The conclusion this research show the potential BUM Desa in Sambas include The amount of support from the village government in the effort to establish BUM Desa, The size of the economic potential of the village and Central and regional government policies in encouraging the progress of the village.

Abstract

Evaluation is one of important step that must be done to measure the success of an educational program. In the evaluation there are several assessment instruments that can be used as a measuring tool to find out how much success is achieved by students and educators. Evaluation activities can cover all elements of learning, both directly and indirectly. At the evaluation stage there is an assessment. Assessment is not only useful for students but also very useful for educators. In addition to measuring the ability of students, the assessment can also motivate students in learning and hone the creativity and innovation of educators so that they can improve and develop learning. As we know, in the current assessment there are four kinds of assessment, namely spiritual assessment, social assessment, knowledge assessment and skills assessment. The four kinds of assessments complement each other for the achievement of Complete skill in students. To achieve the goal of the national education curriculum, namely mastery of 21st century skills for students. Through these measurements and assessments, it is hoped that educational institutions can maximize the goals of the national education curriculum. In the skills assessment there are several types of skills assessment such as performance skills assessment, project skills assessment, portfolio skills assessment and product skills assessment. In this paper the author tries to discuss one of the skills assessments, namely project skills assessment. Hopefully it can add insight to the reader because this paper will discuss a complete project skills assessment with qualitative literature methods.
