Abstract

Shia and Sunni are not two schools of fiqh. These two major streams were the result of the political phenomena of their time, then spread to theology and discussing fiqh. Mut'ah marriage (contract) does not only have a syara' dimension; but also on a theological dimension. Those who reject it will not smell heaven. The basis for the obligation of mutah marriage is contained in the Qur'an sura al-Nisa: 24 and is spread in the four hadith books, especially al-Kafi. Methodologically, the quality of this hadith study is very difficult to trace because of the critical material; both naqd bathini (intreren criticism or naqd al-khariji of the Shia when the hadith is narrated by someone who is ma'shum has been judged authentic. As for sunnis with their sources being saheeh Bukhari, shahih Muslim, and Sunan Nasa'i use nasakh theory.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out that halal knowledge has a positive and significant effect on product evaluation and purchasing decisions on halal cosmetics for Muslim consumers of generation Z; (2) find out that Islamic religiosity has a positive and significant effect on product evaluation and purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics for Muslim consumers of generation Z; (3) knowing that halal lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on product evaluation and purchasing decisions on halal cosmetics for Muslim consumers of generation Z. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. SEM is a sophisticated cross-sectional, linear, and general statistical modeling technique. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Halal knowledge has an estimated coefficient value of 0.118 and a probability value of 0.459, so that partially it is stated that it has no positive and significant effect on product evaluation and purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics in Bogor City ( survey on Muslimah Generation Z); (2) Islamic religiosity has an estimated coefficient value of 0.244 and a probability value of 0.050 so that it is partially stated to have a positive and significant effect on product evaluation and purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics in Bogor City (a survey on Muslimah Generation Z); (3) Halal lifestyle has an estimated coefficient value of 0.585 and a probability value of 0.00, so that it is partially stated to have a positive and significant effect on product evaluation and purchasing decisions for halal cosmetics in Bogor City (survey of Muslimah Generation Z).

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat or abbreviated as BPR are bank financial institutions that carry out activities based on Syariah Principles which in their activities do not provide services in payment traffic. BPR only carry out activities in the form of deposits in the form of time deposits, savings, and other forms that channel funds as a BPR business. Companies need quality human resources so that employee motivation increases and company goals are achieved. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Sinar Puteramas, Klungkung Regency. This study used a sample of 32 employees using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique, collected through interviews and questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classical assumption test, model feasibility test (F test) and partial test (T test). Financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and leadership have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Based on the results of the simultaneous significance test (F test) obtained a significance value of 0.000 F. A significant value of 0.000 <0.05 means that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and leadership are thought to have a significant effect on work motivation.

Abstract

Provison of clean water needs it the responsibility of the central or regional government which must be met by the community. The purpose or this study is to analyze and describe how the implementation of the clean water supply policy in Inuman District and find out what are the inhibiting factors in its implementation as seen from standard indicatrs and policy objectives, resources, inter-organizational relations, characteristics of implementing agents, social environment, economy, politics and the dispisition of the implementer. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of clean water supply policies in Inuman Districts has not run optimally, has not been able to eet policy standards, espencially in terms of quantity, quality and continuity of water. Likewise with the policy target, it is found that many people in Inuman District have not had access to clean wter from PAB. The existence of limited human resources in terms of number and expertise is indicated by the many complaints from the community regarding the length of the repair process if damage occurs the limited financial resources and lack of infrastructure in distributing clean water. Coordination between policy implementing agencies through face-to-face meetings and communication through the network has been carried out but the frequency of meetings is not fixed so that effective communicatin has not been seen. In the social environment there are still many people who cannot be served by PAB, in an econimic environment low tariffs prevent PAB from investing in clean water supply and support from political actors helps achieve policy goals. The attitude of the executor is disiplined towards directions but the absence of incentives affects employee morale, then it has inhibiting factors, namely the lack of budget and human resources and the poor quality of raw water.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Banda Subdistrict Head Office.The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the Camat at the Banda Sub-District Office. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to anayze the leadership style at the Banda Sub-District Office.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique,using informants as samples with certain criteria and conditions or intentionally. in this study, the informants were the Camat, Secretary of the Camat,Head of Sub-Division, Head of Section, and Staff who clearty knew about the Camat's Ieadership style at the Banda Camat Office.The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, namely data analysis using the Milles and Hubberman method with an interactive model,the steps are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. From the results of this study,the authors conclude that the Camat's leadership style at the Banda Camat Office is a parsipatif,Delegatif,and Sotutional leadership style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was a significant relationship between the Role of the Village Head and Community Participation in Forest Conservation in Sayoang Village, East Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are the interview method, the observation method, the questionnaire distribution method and the documentary study method. The data analysis technique used is statistical product moment correlation. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the role of the village head on community participation in preserving the forest in Sayoang Village, Bacan Timur District, South Halmahera Regency which is the focus of this research, thus it can be said that the better the role of the village head, so that community participation is also increasing in maintaining forest sustainability in Sayoang Village, East Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency.

Abstract

Tembilahan Floating Market is the largest traditional market in Indragiri Hilir Regency which is a form of the existence of a floating market in Tembilahan City. So far, the Disperindag or the Industry and Trade Service in Tembilahan have faced several problems, namely market traders still putting their wares in the parking lot and funds budgeted for market facilities for traders are still minimal. This study aims to see how the relocation of floating market traders in Indragiri Hilir Regency as a market that has floating buildings can be well organized. This research was used using qualitative research methods by analyzing descriptively according to the concept of Implementation Theory. In data collection techniques, researchers used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. This researcher also uses informants or sources who know and can provide clear information. The results of this study indicate that market management is not running properly. This is evidenced by the fact that Communication, Resources, Disposition and Organizational Structure are still not optimal. The inhibiting factors in the relocation of market traders are Budget, Merchant Awareness, Switching Fees. This is due to the lack of support and lack of assistance from the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency, so that the relocation of floating market traders has not been optimal.

Abstract

The problem of street vendors in Pekanbaru City that has not been resolved is a dilemma. The presence of street vendors who are in places not intended for them, always causes problems with urban planning and disturbance of public order. Control for the sake of control has often been carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Pekanbaru which is a supporting element for the task of the local government in securing and implementing local government policies that are specific in the field of public order. This study aims to describe and analyze performance as well as identify and analyze factors that impede the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in Controlling Street Vendors in Pekanbaru City. This study uses the theory of Agus Dwiyanto (2008) which uses indicators, namely: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and is descriptive in nature. The results of the study show that the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in Pekanbaru City is still not good. This is due to the Productivity of the Satpol in carrying out the enforcement which does not have a special controlling schedule for street vendors, the existing schedule is for patrols only. The quality of Satpol PP services in controlling street vendors is good, this is based on human resources in Satpol PP being educated or training, so they are familiar with their respective duties and functions, the Responsiveness of Satpol PP in controlling street vendors in Pekanbaru City has fulfilled the needs of street vendors, it can be seen that the Satpol provides time and place arrangements for street vendors, the Responsibility of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling street vendors in Pekanbaru City in terms of law enforcement or sanctions is still low, the Accountability of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling street vendors in Pekanbaru City are good. This is based on performance planning in accordance with the realization of the work program. Obstacles experienced by Satpol PP in controlling street vendors are the lack of personnel during the control process, lack of infrastructure in controlling street vendors, and lack of awareness of street vendors, especially in terms of regulation and law.

Abstract

Tesla coil or tesla coil is a high frequency and high voltage transformer developed by Nikola Tesla. Tesla coil is used to produce wireless power transmission by inserting metal rods into the ground. Then, the earth will become a conductor that supplies power throughout the world. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the use of the Tesla coil in producing wireless power transmission. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis of several journals and research results in utilizing the Tesla coil to produce wireless power transmission. Some of the conclusions obtained are that the more coils it will increase the transmission of electric power without wires. In addition, the number of turns affects the amount of flux produced by the tesla coil. The use of tesla coils has proven to be effective and efficient in transmitting power without wires and has the potential for future technological advances.
