Abstract

Implementation is a process carried out to obtain the success of the objectives of a program. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Family Income Improvement Business (UP2K) program in Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. The existence of business capital strengthening assistance for the empowerment of women in rural areas is the main reason researchers see how the implementation and obstacles of the program are. This assistance to strengthen business capital is an alternative step taken by the government in response to the low level of education and skill level, as well as the low level of productivity of women's businesses, resulting in inability to support the household economy. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and the data needed are primary and secondary data derived from observations, interviews, documentation analyzed by researchers so as to obtain accurate and clear data on the implementation of women's empowerment through efforts to increase family income (UP2K). The results of this study show that the implementation of the UP2K program in Pangkalan Lesung District has not gone well judging from the indicators of organization, interpretation, and implementation. As for the researcher's suggestions to the Women's Empowerment Service as the Subdistrict UP2K coach and administrator to further improve socialization, training and direct monitoring to UP2K administrators and groups in the Village.

Abstract

Bananas that are too ripe are rarely used. Processing bananas into a processed product of banana sponge sticks is one of the efforts to increase the added value of over-maturity bananas. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using kepok, barlin, and pisang pisang on banana sponge sticks on organoleptic. Qualitative data were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire by the panelists in the form of numbers and tabulated in tables. The treatments were (1) SBK1 = Kepok banana sponge sticks, (2) SBB2 = Berlin banana sponge sticks, (3) SBP3 = Banana banana sponge sticks, (4) SBK1 PSR = Kepok banana sponge sticks mixed with plantains, (5) SBB2 PSR = barlin banana sponge sticks mixed with plantains, and (6) SBP3 PSR = banana banana sponge sticks mixed with plantains. The panelist used is the consumer panelist. Conclusion: (1) Baked banana sponge sticks treated with different types of bananas are somewhat favored by consumers in terms of color, aroma, and texture parameters with almost the same level of preference. Meanwhile, from the taste parameter, the level of preference is also almost the same but with a level of preference approaching a scale of 6 (likes) from a scale of 7; (2) The most preferred baked banana sponge sticks in terms of color, aroma, taste and texture parameters based on the highest scoring ranking was pisang pisang sponge sticks (SBP3), which was also the most preferred type in terms of taste parameters (score 6.05) and texture (score 5.33) compared to all treatments.

Abstract

Banana sponge sticks are made as an effort to increase the added value of over maturity bananas by reducing their water content through baking and increasing their shelf life as well as being able to distribute them over long distances and for a longer time. The types of bananas studied included kepok bananas, barlin and cold bananas (pisang pisang in Sambas). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using kepok, barlin, and dingin bananas on banana sponge sticks on the water content and shelf life of the product. This research is experimental. Determination of the research unit by purposive sampling. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Quantitative data were obtained from the results of the moisture content test and storability test. The data analysis method used in the results of the moisture content test was analysis of variance (anova), while the storage capacity test used Acce-related Shelf-life Testing (ASLT). Conclusion: (1) The type of banana treatment has a very significant effect on the water content of banana sponge sticks made from plantain, kepok, barlin and dingin bananas, with the values obtained for each treatment namely, banana sponge sticks kepok 5.2667%, banana sponge sticks berlin 5.7729%, banana sponge sticks 6.1082%, banana sponge sticks kepok mixed with plantains 4.2098%, barlin bananas mixed with plantains 6.0965%, cold banana sponge sticks mixed with plantains 6.6632%; (2) The longest shelf life of banana sponge sticks was 21 days in the treatment of kepok banana sponge sticks mixed with plantains, barlin banana sponge sticks mixed with plantains and dingin banana sponge sticks mixed with plantains. While the shortest shelf life of banana sponge sticks was 18 days in the treatment of kepok banana sponge sticks, Barlin banana sponge sticks and dingin banana sponge sticks.

Abstract

Job satisfaction as a favorable or unfavorable situational condition and how employees view their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance at PT Haloni Jane partially, simultaneously. The method used in conducting this research is quantitative. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis test obtained value of t count > t table or (5,977 > 1,996). This is also reinforced by the value of value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis test obtained value of t arithmetic > t table or (15.399 > 1.996). This is also reinforced by the value of value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Job satisfaction andworkload have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The value of the Hypothesis Test is obtained by the calculated F value > F table or (117.574 > 3.13). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

Management is an activity that is carried out in achieving organizational goals in which there is a process of formulating goals and setting goals and supervision in order to achieve organizational goals. The English term for management is Management. The Kota Bukittinggi Animal and Cultural Park is a tourist attraction that is one of the historical landmarks in Kota Bukittinggi, as it was built during the Dutch colonial period. The purpose of this study is to know the management of the Kinantan Animal and Cultural Park tourist attractions (TMSBK) and to know the inhibitory factors in their management. The study used the theory according to Georger R. Terry used four indicators, namely Planning, Organization, Implementation, Supervision. The Research Methods used in this study used descriptive qualitative methods and techniques for collecting data through primary and secondary data sources obtained through observation or observation processes, interviews and documentation by researchers and then being analyzed. The research shows that the management of Taman Marga Animal and Cultural attractions in Kota Bukittinggi has been carried out based on their plans, but there are several problems in their management such as lack of infrastructure related to the procurement of animal cages caused by budget factors and the placement of human resources that doesn't fit his competence.

Abstract

The Technical Implementation Unit for the Clean Water Management Service (UPTD-PAB) of Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency, as a government agency in the form of a BUMD, has the type of service included in the goods service group, in this case, clean water providers. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service provided by the UPTD-PAB, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency to customers and the constraints encountered in the service process. The theory used in this study is the Zeithaml theory, namely there are five dimensions to measure service quality: Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. This research method uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive with a phenomenological approach, the necessary data is obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques which are then analyzed and the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions . The results of this study indicate that: first, the service quality of the Technical Implementation Unit for the Clean Water Management Service (UPTD-PAB) of Rokan Hulu Regency has not been fully optimal for its implementation because there are still several things that are not in accordance with quality services, besides that only the Empathy indicator has been goes well in providing empathy for the attitude of officers to their customers. While the Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance indicators which can be concluded have not been running properly because they are still not in accordance with the vision, mission, and good SOPs. Second, the constraints faced by the Clean Water Manager (PAB) of Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency in improving service quality, namely: facilities and infrastructure and human resources. As for the suggestions presented by the researchers, namely the need for guidance and training for the UPTD-PAB of Ujungbatu District and conducting procurement and upgrading of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

One of determining factors in the field of human resources is adapting to the work environment, providing compensation, increasing competence in creating new changes to create employee job satisfaction in order to achieve company goals according to the vision and mission. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive influence of work environment variables, compensation and competence on job satisfaction employees of PT. Infomedia Nusantara Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling in this study used a sample of 60 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire, while the data analysis used in this study was carried out by testing the validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the variables of work environment, compensation and competence have a significant effect of 80.5% on employee job satisfaction and the remaining 19.5% is explained by other factors not seen from this study and are positively related which means that the higher the work environment variable , compensation and competence, the higher it also affects employee job satisfaction at PT. Infomedia Nusantara Jakarta.

Abstract

The various problems contained in the interpretation of verses and which have given rise to debates among scholars have caught the attention of al-Zuhaili, however, his descriptions are not integrated with the discussion of verse interpretations. The contemporary or modern method used also combines two methods, namely tahlili (analytic) in explaining the linguistic and literary side of verses and a bit of mawdhû'i (thematic) impressions to explain a problem thoroughly, in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the message of the verses of al-Qur'an. -Qur'an, especially verses about stories of previous prophets and other major Islamic events. The modernity that appears in this interpretation marks a new path that can guide the people in the hegemony of the modernization of the times.

Abstract

The employment social security program is a program created by the government through the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) employment which aims to protect workers and help development and the economy. This research focuses on non-wage earners, especially online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers because of their status as partners so that employers are not responsible for BPJS Employment from ojol drivers, then also the high mobility of ojol drivers so that they are prone to accidents. Meanwhile, from the data from BPJS Employment Pekanbaru Panam branch, the number of ojol driver participants is still very low. The purpose of this study is to describe and identify the implementation and inhibiting factors of the employment social security program on ojol drivers in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is qualitative research that is descriptive and uses the theory of George Edward III which has 4 variables that influence the success of policy implementation, namely communication, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structure. The results of the study found that the implementation of the program was not optimal enough because obstacles were still found. This is evidenced by the low low level of knowledge of the target group about program, lack of implementor commitment, and convoluted bureaucracy

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to provide an overview of the role of family disorganization in the strategy of meeting the needs of single parents. Method: This research was conducted using a descriptive descriptive research method. Where the research results are descriptive. Meanwhile, the approach used in this study is a phenomenological approach. Result: Family disorganization is the disintegration of a family that previously played a complete and interconnected role as a unit because each member in it was unable to carry out their obligations and roles in accordance with their social position. This study aims to provide an overview of the role of family disorganization in the strategy of fulfilling the needs of single parents. The conflict process starts from a disorganized family situation. This disorganization is caused by the dysfunction or incompleteness that occurs in a family system. The dysfunctional role of each family member is what causes the family system to be incomplete which then triggers clashes between the two parents. This research implementation uses qualitative research methods. Methods of observation and interviews were used in this study to obtain data regarding the effect of family disorganization on the strategy of fulfilling the needs of single parents, how the impact of division in a family has on the economy of single parents.
