Abstract

The importance of studying global education issues provides knowledge and skills about the world as a whole regarding diversity, ethnicity, culture. pluralism. The aim of global education is to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes needed to live effectively in a world and tolerance, ethnic diversity, cultural pluralism and an increasing interdependence of mutual respect and respect. This research uses the book literacy method. Results obtained by global education can apply tolerance, mutual respect and respect, can live peacefully.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of gestalt learning theory in the learning process in schools. The purpose of study was for implementating gestalt learning theory in the learning process in schools. This research uses qualitatiave research with the type of library research. Learning theory gestalt based on sightful learning process that promotes students understanding of the material taught by the teacher. The process of applying this theory is by discussing subject matter related to everyday life and having discussions with friends and teachers so that this approach can increase insight.

Abstract

Rural communities are known as people who are still thick with local cultural values, but along with the changing times, the paradigm has changed. The study of this study used a literature review by collecting literature related to the study and an analysis was carried out to look for findings in the study. The findings of this study looked at the condition of rural communities when the presence of internet technology had eliminated the boundaries between the differences between urban and rural communities.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Immigration as one of the government agencies under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights always carries out national and international cooperation, which falls within the scope of Immigration authority not only on the interests of Indonesian citizens but also related to foreign nationals. Cooperation in the field of immigration between the two parties certainly needs to have a strong legal basis in the manufacturing process and the resulting cooperation products. The formulation of the problem examined in this paper is what are the legal bases used in making immigration cooperation agreements by the Directorate General of Immigration with other agencies and how is the purpose of the legal basis in realizing the objectives of immigration cooperation. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative research and a normative juridical approach. From the research, it is known that the Directorate General of Immigration in implementing immigration cooperation has been based on various statutory regulations containing Indonesian immigration cooperation

Abstract

The many problems of life today are very difficult to overcome by the government and educators because the authorities are still directing their political interests to be turned on at the level of the world of education, so that educators are carried away by the sweetness of the dynamics of the material world. However, the spiritual values of Islam are getting thinner every day and they are only mirages. Despite this situation, the world of Islamic education is still able to offer us to be able to develop and be creative in facing and overcoming the various problems of this life. Therefore, practitioners of Islamic education must have a strong desire to make the Next Generation of the Nation more specific in the border areas of the country in order to become Islamic educators with character, innovative, professional in accordance with the guidance of the teachings of the Islamic Religion.

Abstract

The essence of educational goals in various perspectives is to look further about the goals of Islamic education in general and specifically. The study of this research is to use literature, both journals and books. The results showed that the nature of the purpose of education in Islam is not limited to the goals of Islamic education but as a whole to shape human beings according to their characteristics.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that religion is very important in human life so it needs to be taught as early as possible to children. In learning spirituality, an appropriate method that is not boring for children is needed. One of the methods used is the Montessori method. This study aims to depenelitikan the application of the Montessori method to early childhood. This research is intended to answer any religious behavior that arises when the Montessori method of early childhood is applied at PAUD Permata Hati Ketapang. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The religious behavior that appears in students when the Montessori Method is applied to Early Childhood at PAUD Permata Hati Ketapang is that children know how to perform ablution, the children are accustomed to praying dhuha / dawn. -children memorize short surahs, iftitah prayers, final tahiyat etc., are accustomed to reading solawat, reading istigfar, prayers for both parents, prayers for the goodness of the afterlife, memorizing hijaiyah letters by singing, and being accustomed to reading the closing prayer of the assembly. (2). The Montessori Method teaching steps to familiarize Early Childhood religious behavior is to explain the goal; prepare a list and research the materials needed in presentations and exercises, there are preliminary activities or presentations, the introduction provides a guide for giving step-by-step presentations, in the introduction the children say greetings, sing Islamic songs, read short hadiths and usually tell stories 25 Prophet; Provide exercises or tasks that are done by children themselves. To familiarize children with religious activities such as ablution, prayer, prayer, prayer, prayer for both parents, reading Surah Al-Asr, closing prayers of assemblies, and telling stories about the 25 prophets are carried out every day using the method. Montessori, namely by combining those aged 3-5 years in one room.

Abstract

Immigration is an institution in terms of controlling and enforcement against foreigners, immigration in this case has a big impact on Indonesia. One implementation action from the immigration authorities for foreigners who are suspected or supposed to be dangerous around and can disturb public order. Based on the statement, it can be concluded the formulation of the problem is how international law views immigration measures, namely deportation. The research method that is to compile a journal is to use normative-empirical methods. Indonesian immigration authorities should urge foreign nationals to comply with the applicable provisions in Indonesia so that there are no harms to the public.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation of student learning in the learning process, so it indirectly influences the cognitive learning outcomes of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of class management ability on student motivation. The subjects in this study were all students Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bin Baz Islamic Center, Ketungau Hilir District totaling 60 students. Based on the results of simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing obtained a significant value of 0.002, the value is smaller than the α value of 0.05, this proves that there is a significant influence between the ability of classroom management on student motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of librarians at the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Institute and the efforts made in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through interviews with sources. Meanwhile, the data analysis is qualitative inductive. For the research results, it can be seen that based on the librarian ability theory at the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Institute, it can be concluded that first, librarians have the ability to understand and use information technology tools in the services available in the library. Second, librarians know the form and format of information sources as well as how to search for information. Third, librarians have the ability to analyze information obtained from the public and publish this information upon request. Fourth, the librarian knows the use of information technology tools in conducting or as a tool in conducting research. Fifth, Librarians are still not active in publishing scientific papers or scientific ideas using information technology tools. Sixth, librarians always make improvements and adjustments to developments in information technology, such as learning some soft skills consisting of website creation and graphic design applications. Seventh, librarians always innovate and design activities to improve services in the library. As for the efforts that have been made in facing the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0, namely first, all units in the library are open and accepting and trying to adapt to technological developments, one of which is using information technology in existing services in the library, one of which is the use of the Slims Senayan Bulian application. Second, the library has collaborated with various parties such as the National Library, the Indonesian Higher Education Library Forum - West Kalimantan, the Sambas Regional Library and PT. KUBUKU.
