Abstract

Learning is the first step -hat must be taken to get the final result of the learning that has been applied. With the existence of learning, one can find out the success of students during the gap process that is being carried out, especially in elementary schools. The end result of this learning becomes one of the educational institutions, namely getting a good final result and in accordance with the purpose of learning. To find out the learning outcomes obtained, educators need to carry out what is called measurement and assessment of the learning outcomes. Measurement and assessment is very important for a teacher during the learning process.

Abstract

Class management is very important for the implementation of good management. The study of this research is qualitative in which the results show that to develop gender responsive education management includes the following: (a) the provision of access to quality education, especially basic education equally for boys and girls, both through schooling and external education. school; (b) providing equal access to education for adults who are unable to attend school education; (c) increasing the provision of literacy education services for the adult population, especially women; (d) increasing coordination, information and education in order to prioritize gender-based education; and (e) institutional development of educational institutions both at the central and regional levels regarding gender-based education.

Abstract

Studying the history of Islamic culture cannot be separated from the role of the teacher in transferring effective learning. One of the methods used in learning the history of Islamic culture is the storytelling method. For teachers who have the expertise possessed by teachers of Islamic cultural history in delivering subject matter to students so that students become enthusiastic in listening to it. As a result, the students were moved by the story. The study of this research uses literature review by collecting books, journals. The results showed that the skills in storytelling for SKI teachers, which so far have been considered a boring subject, in essence are not so dependent on the competence of teachers in teaching and classroom management.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data sources in this study were science teacher class V as the main data, the principal as supporting data and documents such as lesson plans, student scores, and research photos as secondary data. As for data analysis techniques, researchers used data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique used was the triangulation technique and the member check technique. The results showed that: The teacher planned science learning through the PAIKEM model with slide media for the fifth grade students with the following planning steps: 1) the teacher prepared the learning material; 2) the teacher formulates the learning objectives contained in the lesson plan; 3) the teacher prepares the steps for teaching and learning activities; 4) formulating learning models and media; 5) formulate a learning evaluation. Class V teachers carry out science learning through the PAIKEM model with slide media with several stages: 1) the teacher opens the lesson and does a pre-test; 2) the teacher delivers learning materials through the PAIKEM model with slide media; 3) the teacher closes the lesson. Class V teachers evaluate science learning through the PAIKEM model with slide media for fifth grade students, namely; 1) conducting a pre-test; 2) conduct an evaluation at the end (post test). Based on the results of the evaluation of mastery of science learning outcomes through the PAIKEM model with slide media in grade V, students have been able to master the science learning material about mentioning movement tools in animals and humans and their functions correctly, precisely and confidently. Students are able to master the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences (IPA) on these materials in 1 (one) meeting for 2 x 45 minutes.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The results showed that; 1) Visual media used to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects in class VI Year 2019-2020 lessons use image media. 2) The steps for implementing visual media to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects in class VI Academic Year 2019-2020 consist of several steps, namely: a) preparation by preparing media related to the material learning; b) implementation by paying attention to the media's relation to the material and students' conditions so that its use is correct; c) evaluate visual media by observing the media during the learning process and assessments after learning is complete. 3) The supporting factors for the use of visual media are internal factors that are present from the teacher's intention to foster student learning desire and to improve student learning outcomes, while the inhibiting factors for the use of visual media are less proficient in applying visual media and the lack of facilities and infrastructure makes teachers rarely use the media. visual. The use of visual media during learning can improve student learning outcomes which is depicted from student scores after a test at the end of learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and see how the position of digital libraries in a legal perspective. This type of research is qualitative with literature review data sources. Meanwhile, this literature review is carried out in four stages consisting of: (1) searching for literature that is in accordance with the problem to be studied or researched by scanning the literature efficiently, using both manual and online methods, (2) assessing literature through a number of criteria, including the source itself, the author and the subject, (3) systematically examining and analyzing literature content, and (4) critically and deeply synthesizing literature content from literature such as the book or papers reviewed. For the research results, it can be seen that digital libraries that serve and distribute collections in digital format have both positive and negative sides. On the one hand, it provides easy access that can reach users around the world. This is where the advantage of digital libraries is that they are called libraries without walls. However, on one hand, the existing content in the library can be adapted and changed very easily. Dissemination of information through digital libraries makes plagiarism possible and seems less legality. Digital collection storage is also vulnerable to damage caused by cybercrime. But fortunately, in every country there is already something that regulates damage and violations committed in the digital realm. So that users do not need to be afraid in expression and creativity using technology. As long as you know the legal rules related to digital objects. In Indonesia, electronic transactions and intellectual property rights are regulated by law. So there is no concern in disseminating information in the form of digital objects. Libraries as institutions that educate the nation's life are institutions that are authorized to disseminate legal information

Abstract

Indonesian citizens who want to go abroad must have a passport, as well as against foreigners who want to enter the territory of Indonesia must have a passport. Passport is a travel document provided by the authorized Indonesian republik government. But there are certain elements that want to benefit by faking passports, whether the passport itself is in fake or the identity in the passport. In the law number 6 of 2011 on immigration the government has made penalties or actions for persons who have given unauthorized data or false information to obtain the Travel Document of the Republik of Indonesia for themselves or another person shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 5 ) year and a fine of a maximum of Rp500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiahs) ". In the immigration law there are also two sanctions against an offense or crime of criminal sanctions and administrative sanctions in which administrative sanctions are not litigated.

Abstract

For the research results, it can be seen that the Qur'an is one of the miracles and as the first revelation received by the Prophet. through the angel Gabriel. Al-Qur'an is also the culmination and closing of Allah's revelations for humans, and part of the pillars of faith, which was conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad. as a guide for humans in navigating life in the world. The Qur’an was revealed in three stages: first, the Qur’an was revealed by Allah to Lauh al-Mahfudz, second, the Qur’an was sent down from Lauh Mahfudz to Bait al-Izzah in the heavens of the world, and third, al- The Qur'an was revealed from Bayt al-Izzah to the Prophet Muhammad with the angel Jibril AS. Being ingrained in the Qur'an as a part of oneself can be done when a person is a child. Besides that, unite al-qur'an in blood and flesh is not only that the person must memorize the Qur'an, but all actions, behavior and speech must also reflect the Qur'an. Good ways of communicating and living socially have been taught in the Al-Qur'an. Patience sincerely. Tawakal (returning everything to Allah SWT.) When receiving a trial is a very heavy self-training process. If someone returns all his problems to Allah SWT. and always try to find a solution or a way to deal with these problems, and believe in the help of Allah SWT. in other words, remain warm to Allah SWT. in any condition, then that person will feel at ease, and spacious in his heart. In addition, this habit will give birth to a calm attitude both to the mind and heart, and reduce or even eliminate panic, which can make it easier for the person to find a way or solution in solving the problem that is or will be faced.

Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai penilaian tentu tidak terpisahkan lagi dari proses belajar mengajar selama satu semester atau setengah semester. Hasil belajar yang baik juga ditentukan dengan penilaian yang baik pula dalam arti objektif sesuai kenyataan, oleh karena itu dalam penilaian diperlukan kesahihan yang mutlak. Artikel ini dikaji menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (library research) guna mengungkap instrument tes yang valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan kajian putaka yang dilakukan, setidak-tidaknya ada empat ciri atau karakteristik yang harus dimiliki dalam tes belajar, sehingga tes tersebut dapat dinyatakan sebagai tes yang baik, yaitu: (1) valid (sahih= صحيح); (2) reliabel (tsabit= ثابت); (3) obyektif (maudu’iy= موضوعى); dan (4) praktis (‘amaliy= عملي). Namun pembahasan makalah ini fokus pada dua hal yaitu (1) valid (sahih= صحيح) dan (2) reliabel (tsabit= ثابت).

Abstract

One of the societal cultures that can be studied is the belief system. On this occasion, the writer chose to examine the belief system regarding the concept of divinity in the Dayak Banuaq community in East Kalimantan in the novel entitled Ceremony by Korrie Layun Rampan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that is library research and uses a literary anthropological approach in the study of animism concepts. The problem that is raised through this novel is about the belief system of the Dayak Banuaq community which is still animistic at the level of the divine concept they embrace. Dayak Banuaq still believe in many Gods who they consider their respective ancestors to have a position and role in life. The Banuaq concept of divinity is symbolized by several elements of nature.
