Abstract

Implementation represent applying and execution with method of story. The method of story is activity by teacher in educating and learning student which utilized in history culture of Islam (SKI) subject to reach the target of in good study. Teacher in telling a story require to master some technics in telling a story so that taken a fancy to children. Membership had SKI teacher in Islamic Elementary Schools (MIS) Darul Ulum telling a story make student very like to listen story and its target is emphasized at message of story found on SKI subject. This research aim to know method of story implementation, factors influencing students and impact from method of story implementation in history culture of Islam subject. This research with approach qualitative the equivalent case study form intristik that is to study and comprehend and also see morely circumstantial about case that happened in Islamic Elementary Schools Private Sector Darul Ulum Matang Danau. The research instrument use observation, interview, documentation. Checking of authenticity data that is lengthening of taking part in, triangulation, utilize to get result of accurate. The result of this research, researcher find four finding. First, method of forwarding story to show emotion by teacher, make student to ask question non with emotion teacher itself. Second, existence of teacher say off the cuff expression which require to hinder by teacher. Third, SKI teacher very mastering of history items culture in Islam so that child very glad with history story culture of Islam. Fourth, teacher in telling a story less is mastering vernacular that is Sambas Ianguage of so that child in raising question of teacher cannot understand what asked the child in Sambas Ianguage, because history teacher culture of Islam non from area of sambas but java. As for result of able to be seen from effective domain, cognate, and student psycomotorik seen from student when strarting a lesson, after executing result and lesson of student value individually in following subject of history culture of Islam.

Abstract

Education is life long. From the educational process carried out by humans, it cannot be separated from the changes that occur to students, both changes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. However, some of these changes have changed permanently and some are not, depending on the education provided by students, either through education in the family, school or community. In connection with the curriculum, that in essence education in the family environment, informal education that occurs in schools to tertiary institutions and education in the community through social institutions, cannot be separated from the curriculum that it goes through based on different experiences, so that understanding of the cognitive realm is also different. Whereas in the affective and psychomotor domains it depends on the experiences that students go through, so that behavior greatly influences social changes that occur in society

Abstract

This article examines regional autonomy: opportunities to reduce backwardness in regions and reduce conflicts in border areas. Intended to improve people's welfare and bring services closer to the community in a short, cheap and satisfying manner. The reality shows that there are still many things that cannot be realized and even increase inequality, frequent conflicts between regions, border problems, ethnic conflicts, and so on. The substance of regional autonomy is that it must be able to be independent in financing development, regulations to regulate the life order of its people without expecting excessive central government intervention. Local governments have their own creations to maximize potential while still balancing the preservation of the surrounding environment. So local independence can be built in synergy between humans and the environment as His creation. The interconnection between humans and humans and their environment is called order, if the order is well developed, there will be no disintegration and conflict that has often occurred after regional autonomy since the beginning of reform. The responsibility of the state and local government becomes the main thing, because the problem of building democracy tends to deviate from the substance of democracy itself.

Abstract

Basic food receivables are a practice that occurs in Kalimantan Village, Paloh District, Sambas Regency. This practice occurs when the debtor asks for help from the shop to owe the groceries. Regarding the payment through agricultural work on the shop owner's agricultural land and the calculation of the payment of the food receivables payable is calculated after the debtor has finished working on the shop owner's farm. So that previously it was not known how much debt was incurred by the debt recipient. From the problems regarding this debt and credit, then the formulation of the problem can be taken as follows; first, how is the practice of basic food receivables paid for agricultural work services in Kalimantan Village, Paloh District, Sambas Regency. Second, how is the review of Islamic law on the practice of basic food receivables paid for agricultural work services. The method used in this research is descriptive method using a sociological normative approach, the type of research used is qualitative, the data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation. From the research results show, the practice of debt and credit paid by agricultural work services has been in line with the pillars and terms of the Qard contract. However, it is not valid according to Islamic law because the debtor (muqtarid) does not know from the start and does not know exactly how much in total he owes. And it only became known after he finished working on the farm owned by the party who gave the debt.

Abstract

The emergence of the idea of ​​empowering the poor through the Joint Business Group program is based on the idea that everyone has the potential and abilities that can be developed. However, the awareness and participation of members of the Joint Business Group on the success of the program is very low. Islam calls for social change to eradicate injustice and improve social welfare. The focus of this research is: 1) How to Empower the Poor through the Joint Business Group Program in Pemangkat District? 2) How is the Empowerment of the Poor through the Joint Business Group Program in Pemangkat Subdistrict with the Islamic Economic Perspective? This study uses a field approach (field research) with a type of qualitative research. The technique of collecting data by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. Primary data sources were obtained from the Social, Community and Village Empowerment Office of Sambas Regency, a companion to the Pemangkat District Joint Business Group, Chair of the Joint Business Group and members of the Joint Business Group. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from books on empowerment, previous research that discusses the empowerment of Joint Business Groups and data from the internet. The results showed that empowerment of the poor through programs that have been issued by the government, which can be concluded in this study that the empowerment of the poor through the Joint Business Group program that has been issued by the government is still not in accordance with government expectations due to several factors including location selection, socialization of empowerment. community, the community empowerment process, community independence as an instrument for empowering joint business groups have not been maximally implemented in the field. In addition, the failure to empower the poor through the KUBE program in Pemangkat District is caused by internal and external factors of KUBE that have not implemented sharia economic values in carrying out their business activities, namely lack of fairness, lack of cooperation and lack of trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of development activities from village funds, the impact of village funds on the community economy from infrastructure development programs, improving the quality of human resources (both formal and non-formal education) on the level of community income. This research was conducted in the village of Tanjung Bugis which has 3 hamlets and 12 RTs, the number of respondents in the study was 100 respondents with a sample distribution according to the number of 12 RTs in 3 hamlets plus 10 village officials. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis, using data collection methods that can be obtained directly from respondents by filling out questionnaires, in-depth interviews, making observations and from discussions. The results showed that the infrastructure and human resources development program that had been planned, the achievement of physical development in the last 3 years had reached 80% of the target and the achievement of human resource development had been realized by 45% of the target. There has been an increase in the welfare of the community as a result of the infrastructure development program and the improvement of human resources through skills training to improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Supervision of the principal on the (social) competence of teachers is very important because the principal as the leader of the supervisor is obliged to help the teacher to provide support who can carry out their duties both as an educator and as a teacher. Teacher social competence is related to communication skills, attitude and interaction in general, be it with students, fellow teachers, education staff, parents of students to the community at large. The research objective was to obtain results regarding the supervision of the principal on the competence (social) of teachers. The research method used qualitative research. Karawang. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Presentation of data (data display) in narrative data is selected and verified and then concluded. The results show that the principals of MTs Darunnadwah Bekasi and MTs Al-Aliyah Karawang have supervised the social competence of teachers. The teacher has communicated effectively, using good language that is polite and empathic. Able to communicate, both orally and in writing. And able to adapt and carry out their duties as a teacher.

Abstract

Administration is the activity of systematically compiling and recording data and information that aims to provide various information and also make it easier to retrieve it in part or in whole. Teaching administration in inclusive classes and special classification classes in primary schools, there are several administrations that must be completed by teachers whose administration consists of: educational calendar, annual program, semester program, syllabus, SK / KD analysis, assessment procedures, lesson plans, KKM, journals teacher agendas, attendance books, grade lists, handbooks (textbooks, modules, worksheets), teaching materials, question grids, question cards, analysis of test results, remedial programs, enrichment programs, question sets. In general, the administration in the inclusive class and the classification class is the same, but what distinguishes the heterogeneous conditions of the students in the inclusion class is that the teacher separates the administration between regular students and inclusive students. While the administration in the class classification of the condition of the students is homogeneous there is no administrative separation.

Abstract

The problem of PAI learning methods in PAUD is very important. Because early childhood is in the stage of getting bored quickly, the learning method is not interesting, and the monotony will have an impact that the PAI learning objectives are not achieved The method must be interesting, attractive, and fun, children are actively involved, not dominated by the teacher. This research method uses qualitative where the data is presented in a narrative manner rather than based on statistics. The research method uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the PAI learning method used in PAUD. The results showed that the PAI learning methods that are often used in PAUD are: habituation, lectures, playing, singing, demonstrations, storytelling questions and answers direct practice and assignment.
