Abstract

Media is an element that cannot be separated from other elements that function as a way to deliver learning materials to arrive at the goal. The use of media in the learning process has the benefit of clarifying the subject matter presented, helping students understand and adding variety in teaching. Therefore, the limitations of time and material do not reach the details, but this can be overcome by the use of relevant media. Audio-visual learning media has functions and benefits as a means or aids in teaching and learning activities, namely in the form of facilities that can provide an overview of the audio-visual experience to students in order to encourage learning motivation, clarify and simplify complex and abstract concepts into simple ones. This function is the basic function of audio-visual learning media. Thus, it can be said that the audio-visual learning media serves to increase students' absorption of the learning material presented by the teacher.

Abstract

Learning is a teaching and learning activity that determines student success which is usually in learning activities where there is interaction between teachers and students and is carried out face-to-face. However, since the end of 2019, a virus has been found that has attacked Wuhan and its surroundings, also known as the corona virus. The world was shocked by the presence of the virus, many victims fell because this virus is easily transmitted through direct interaction with people infected with the corona virus (covid-19). On March 2, 2020, it was reported that in Indonesia there were 2 confirmed cases of COVID-19. This makes the government take a policy to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions. This has resulted in learning activities being diverted to learning at home, which during this pandemic is prohibited from crowds and face-to-face learning. Of course this is a challenge for the student's family. the family has a major role during learning at home. The purpose of this paper is to find out the role of the family during the learning period during the covid-19 period. Because family is the closest person to students, especially during the covid-19 pandemic when students are more and more with their families. In this case, it is more directed to SD/MI students.

Abstract

Islamic religious education learning strategies vary, both from methods, models, techniques and learning approaches, but in particular there are differences between the subjects taught to students and learning strategies on learning methods, memorizing and translating the Koran. In fact, to implement this strategy, a teacher and students need to know about etiquette in reading the Koran. The study of this research is qualitative by using a literature review where the results of the study found that; First, the learning strategy in each subject is the same, but it is different from learning, memorizing and translating the Qur'an, where every student and teacher needs to apply adab in learning the Qur'an. Second, every subject has intrinsic elements, both internal and external, as well as learning strategies for the Qur'an.

Abstract

The role of science or philosophy of science in the development of human resources was very closely related or interdependent. It was because high human resources depend on the thoughts or knowledge possessed by humans. This article aims to critically examine the paradigm shift in Human Resource Management (HRM). The change from the old paradigm to a new paradigm in human resource management will be beneficial for the organization if it was actually practiced in the organization. Several factors experienced a paradigm shift, such as: organizational goals, job design, structure, communication and compensation basis. The paradigm shift in human resource management provides a different focus in carrying out its functions within the organization.

Abstract

Nowadays a person's competence can be seen from how many writings he makes according to his competency. Likewise with the teaching profession, namely teachers. The teacher not only teaches students in class but is also required to be able to write their ideas through writing published in books and scientific journals both national and international accredited. One of the various activities in the framework of developing the teaching profession can be seen from how many of the number of teacher publications published in the form of books and mass media, moreover scientific journals, but in reality scientific publications from teachers are still considered minimal. Whereas, basically writing this kind of scientific writing is believed to be able to improve the professionalism of the teacher while improving the quality of the learning it conveys. More than that also scientific publications for teachers as a prerequisite for promotion and position so as to provide more motivation for them to make higher quality scientific work. This research method uses library research or library research. The conclusion in this study is that scientific publications for teachers besides being considered important because of the following, namely one of the conditions for promotion and position of the teacher, the existence of the competency of the teacher concerned and also developing and disseminating knowledge.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze whether there is an effect of economic growth on poverty. Testing this data is carried out using simple linear regression analysis and using panel data from 2009-2020. This study describes the level of poverty in West Kalimantan, West Kalimantan is an area that has a high poverty rate compared to other provinces in the development of economic results of income retribution and poverty alleviation. The result of increasing output from the economic sector to reduce poverty, through an even distribution of income. Sector development policies are needed to boost the economy and reduce poverty. This study examines the relationship between economic sector growth in reducing poverty by using the results of Miyazawa's inputs and outputs and the decomposition of the FGT poverty list (Foster-Greer-Thorbecke). The agricultural sector has an important role in output growth, employment, and households, as well as income distribution.

Abstract

Coaching is an action, process, result or statement to be even better. In this case, it shows the ability to increase growth, or increase something to encourage people to practice faith and piety in everyday life. Coaching is basically related to functions and efforts to improve human usability in a collaborative process to achieve a goal, in this case it is carried out through efforts to create an atmosphere or work climate that encourages optimal development of potential. A teenager in dressing certainly really needs guidance from parents, especially for young women, where adolescence is very challenging, one of which is in the manners of dress, a lot of teenagers are influenced by the environment and from the internet about dressing that is not in accordance with Islamic law The severity of these challenges makes parents have to have thorough preparation in nurturing their children, especially young women so as to produce teenagers who are resilient to changing times and still adhere to Islamic law.

Abstract

In learning, educators must have strategies in learning. This has a great impact on achieving learning objectives. One of the learning strategies is a deductive learning strategy. This strategy is the learning steps taken by educators starting with a known concept to the concept of implementing. The point here is that this strategy begins with the teacher's explanation and the examples given by the teacher, then the students digest the material and make their own examples or do assignments as a means of measuring understanding. In learning Islamic religious education (PAI) this deductive learning strategy is very suitable to be applied because the material starts from the main things and then to the specific things. The deductive learning strategy collects a pattern that is in accordance with the psychological rules of students, it creating learning motivation, known as internal elements, and channeling students’ behavior towards learning objectives under guidance of educators which is known as external elements. Hopefully it can add insight to the reader because this article will discuss deductive learning strategy in full with qualitative literature methods. Keywords: Strategies; Learning Strategies; Deductive Learning Strategy ABSTRAK Pada pembelajaran pendidik harus memiliki strategi dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini memiliki dampak yang besar untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu strategi pembelajaran yaitu strategi pembelajaran deduktif. Strategi ini adalah langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang diambil oleh pendidik yang dimulai dengan konsep yang diketahui kepada konsep mengimplementasikan. Maksudnya disini adalah strategi ini dimulai dengan penjelasan pendidik dan contoh-contoh yang diberikan pendidik, kemudian peserta didik mencerna materi tersebut dan membuat contoh tersendiri atau mengerjakan tugas sebagai alat ukur pemahaman. Dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) strategi pembelajaran deduktif ini sangat cocok untuk diterapkan karena materinya dimulai dari hal-hal pokok kemudian kepada hal yang khusus. strategi pembelajaran deduktif itu mengumpulkan suatu pola yang berkesesuaian dengan kaidah psikologi peserta didik yaitu menimbulkan motivasi belajar sebagai unsur internal, dan menyalurkan prilaku ke arah tujuan pembelajaran yang dibimbing oleh pendidik terhadap pseserta didik yang termasuk sebagai unsur eksternal. Semoga dapat menambah wawasan kepada pembaca karena pada artikel ini akan membahas tentang strategi pembelajaran deduktif secara lengkap dengan metode kualitatif kepustakaan. Abstract

This research is motivated by the curriculum as one of the main points of reference in implementing education. The author's meticulous curriculum is the Thematic Islamic Religious Education curriculum developed by the institution. In this case teachers, foundation administrators, school committees, community leaders and guardians of students. Institutions that become the object of research is TK-IT Buah Hati and RA Bina Insani Sintang. TK-IT Buah Hati and RA Bina Insani Sintang are one among the educational institutions based Islamic values are automatically used, the curriculum used is self-developed in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research generally shows that the process of planning the Thematic PAI curriculum, implementing the Thematic PAI Curriculum and evaluating the Thematic PAI curriculum at TK-IT Buah Hati and RA Bina Insani Sintang have been carried out very well so as to produce pious, intelligent and independent children.

Abstract

This research started from looking at the phenomenon that occurred at MIS At-Taqwa Sambas where some students were lacking in instilling character education values ​​so that they did not match the expectations of the teacher. Therefore, the aqidah moral teacher tried to instill character education values. The subjects of this study were teachers of aqidah morality, principals, students. To obtain data related to the research focus, the researcher conducted interviews, observations and documentation. The implementation of the teacher's example in instilling the values ​​of character education in the learning of moral aqidah at MIS Sambas is guiding, evaluating, cooperating, motivating, evaluating. Then evaluate the application of the teacher's example in instilling character education values ​​in moral aqidah learning at MIS At-Taqwa Sambas, namely providing guidance to students, collaborating between teachers and parents, motivating students by giving stories that inspire students, conduct extracurricular activities, evaluate the activities that have been carried out. The supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the teacher's example in instilling the values ​​of character education in learning moral aqidah at MIS At-Taqwa Sambas are a) Supporting factors; provide guidance for fardhu prayers, provide role models, healthy physical or spiritual conditions of students, family conditions that care about students' Islamic religious education, cooperation between teachers, school principals and parents of students. b) Inhibiting factors; students are less enthusiastic to follow the guidance of the teacher, facilities and infrastructure are still minimal, there are some parents who do not cooperate in fostering student morals, low parental Islamic religious education, lack of parental support.
