Diabetes Mellitus is a non-communicable disease which is the 4th leading cause of death in the world. This disease is characterized by an increase in blood glucose accompanied by impaired metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins as a result of insufficient insulin function. When the body does not use insulin, the function of the pancreas decreases and there is no secretion of hormones for metabolic processes, so the body gets tired faster. Therefore, treatment is needed, one of which is nonpharmacological therapy that has a hypoglycemic effect, namely cherry leaves. Cherry leaf is an alternative medicine for diabetes mellitus which is used by boiling cherry leaves using water. The purpose of this paper is to describe the analysis of administration of decoction of cherry leaves in reducing blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus based on empirical studies over the last ten years. The design of this writing is a literature review searched through the google scholar database, using the PICO (problem, intervention, comparation, outcome) framework so that four journals are obtained according to the research topic. The results of the literature review can be concluded that there is an effect of giving decoction of cherry leaves in reducing blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus.

Preeclampsia is a pregnancy disorder accompanied by hypertension and proteinuria. Efforts to prevent preeclampsia can be made with medical prevention, namely, meeting the calcium needs of pregnant women. This research aims to determine the effect of givingcalcium to prevent preeclampsia. The method used in the literature review is a systematic mapping study obtained from 3 databases, namely Pubmed, Garuda, and Google Scholar, using inclusion and exclusion criteria. Key term used in searching literature: "Calcium for prevention of preeclampsia." from 10 journals, it was found that the correct dose of calcium and timing of giving calcium to pregnant women was found and that calcium had an effect on preventing preeclampsia. Data analysis techniques use Synthesize or compare. Conclusion: Mothers are advised to consume calcium because it can lower blood pressure. By reducing blood pressure in pregnant women, calcium can prevent the occurrence of preeclampsia, especially in pregnant women who have hypertension or a history of preeclampsia.

Hypertension is a serious medical condition and is a leading cause of premature death worldwide which significantly increases the risk of heart, brain, kidney and other diseases. However, not all hypertension sufferers are aware of the disease they suffer from and it is only discovered after complications occur. Therefore, hypertension must be prevented and controlled. Prevention and control of hypertension aims to prevent and reduce the probability of morbidity, complications and death. Hypertension can be prevented by controlling risk factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family history and the incidence of hypertension in the coastal communities of Tarakan City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study design. The sample in the research was the community in the working area of the Pantai Amal Health Center and met the sample criteria obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was processed bivariately with the chi-square test. The results of the study showed a p value = 0.013, which means there is a relationship between family history and the incidence of hypertension. The conclusion of this study is that family history can be a risk factor for hypertension in the coastal area of Tarakan City. Therefore, it is hoped that health promotion efforts will take the form of scheduled education on hypertension risk factors and preventive efforts in the form of early detection so that people can prevent or control hypertension so that complications are avoided.

Hypertension is a disease that is increasing every year. Dieting for the risk of hypertension sufferers is still not implemented because many hypertension sufferers still have poor dietary behavior. This research aims to analyze the influence of education level and family support on diet in people at risk of hypertension using the self-care theory approach. The design of this research is Observational Analytical with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample taken using the Purposive Sampling technique with criteria for inclusion and exclusion at the Rajal Clinic was 80 respondents. This study collected data on education level and family support using a questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used is the multiple linear regression analysis test. The multiple linear regression analysis test results showed that family support had the most influence on diet in people at risk of hypertension, with a value of (0.001) with a coefficient of -.420. Based on this, family support can influence the diet of people at risk of hypertension, so there is a need for family support for people at risk of hypertension to reduce the risk of hypertension in people at risk of hypertension.

Calculated t value > t table (2.561 > 1.677) and significant value 0.000 < 0.05, this research concludes that there is an influence between parental parenting patterns on bullying behavior and the social environment on bullying behavior at Hasanuddin Gowa High School. It is recommended that schools can further improve education regarding the impact of bullying behavior which has recently become a severe problem in the education sector. The use of e-Puskesmas is an effort to provide solutions to health service providers, namely Community Health Centers so that they can provide services to patients quickly; reporting activities to the Health Service are also faster due to the Online Reporting system, making it easier for previously manual activities to become digital, and of course save time at work. The E-Puskesmas application in Kota Metro is already running in 11 Community Health Centers. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the e-Puskesmas application in community health center services in the work area of the Dinas Kesehatan Kota Metro in 2023. This type of research is mixed research, namely qualitative followed by quantitative (mixed method). The population in this study determined the sources/informants using a purposive sampling technique of 20 people. This research was conducted on 6-11 August 2023. Data was collected using questionnaire filling, observation, and interview techniques. The results of qualitative research based on the results of interviews conducted with key informants at 11 Community Health Centers in Kota Metro regarding efficiency indicators in the effectiveness of using the e-Puskesmas application are less effective, this can be seen from the lack of adequate human resources in each Community Health Center which is not by their competence. The results of quantitative research based on the efficiency variable were 14 respondents (87.9%) with negative answers and 6 respondents (12.1%) with positive answers. Variable adequacy: 15 respondents (85.1%) answered negatively, and 5 (14.9%) answered positively. Alignment variable: 12 respondents (87.9%) answered negatively, and 6 (12.1%) answered positively. Responsiveness variable: 12 respondents (87.9%) answered negatively and 8 (12.1%) answered positively. Variable accuracy: 15 respondents (85.1%) answered negatively, and 5 (14.9%) answered positively. Suggestions should be made to first evaluate the puskesmas by related parties, regarding the preparation and availability of the puskesmas to implement the e-puskesmas application
