Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work environment on employee performance in the roof tile production department at PT. KS Bangunan Leuwihaalang Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey with primary data collection through questionnaires filled out by respondents who are employees in the roof tile production department. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the roof tile production department. This indicates that the training provided to employees can enhance their skills in carrying out their tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. A conducive work environment, including factors such as coworker support, good communication, and adequate facilities, can provide motivation and improve employee performance. This study provides recommendations to the management of PT. KS Bangunan Leuwihaalang Tasikmalaya to enhance the effectiveness of training provided to employees in the roof tile production department. Additionally, attention should be given to efforts to improve and maintain a conducive work environment, enabling employees to work well and contribute optimally to the company's performance.

Abstract

The sales accounting information system is one of the company's main activities to generate company profits. So this process requires good process management to produce maximum profits. CV. 99 Jaya is a company engaged in the trading business which sells various types of sea fish. The data collection technique used is by survey in the form of interviews and documentation. From the information obtained by the author, a problem was found, namely that the company had not used computer tools in recording sales, so in this case, errors often occurred in the process of calculating sales transaction recaps so that it took quite a long time in the recording process to produce a profit and loss report. Based on these problems, the author designed a sales accounting information system that produces output in the form of a profit and loss report which is expected to overcome the problems that occur in the company. This discussion produces a sales accounting information system design that is tailored to the needs and agreement with the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine "The Effect of Using Slogans in Advertisements on Consumer Purchasing Decisions for Sosro Bottle Tea Mediated by Brand Awareness". In this research there are three variables, namely, slogans in advertisements as the independent variable, purchasing decisions as the dependent variable, and brand awareness as the mediating variable. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach distributed to 100 respondents using a questionnaire distributed online with a Likert scale technique. Based on the problem formulation and discussion of research results, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Slogans have a significant effect on brand awareness. (2) Slogans have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Slogans do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand awareness as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Perfume is a secondary need that is in great demand and is used by various groups, from children, teenagers, to adults. Indonesia has various local and foreign perfume brands. The large number of perfume brands makes perfume business people use online platforms to sell and market products so that they can be known to many people and sell well in the market. This makes perfume business players compete fiercely to attract customers' buying interest, because customers make blind purchases. This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, perceived quality, and online customer reviews on interest in buying local brand HMNS perfume among Instagram and Twitter users. This type of research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative. The population in this research is HMNS Instagram and Twitter followers. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents with the criteria of being at least 15 years old, active social media users who follow HMNS Instagram and Twitter accounts, and have purchased HMNS perfume at least once. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 26 software. The research results show that social media marketing, perceived quality, and online customer reviews simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Partially, social media marketing, perceived quality, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. The variable that has the greatest influence on purchasing interest in the local HMNS perfume brand is perceived quality, which has the highest significance value in the partial test.

Abstract

The greater the convenience offered, the support and facilities that have been prepared, it is hoped that many people will be motivated to build businesses, especially the millennial generation. Of course, every individual will have an interest in entrepreneurship based on different causal factors. Therefore, this research was carried out, which aims to analyze the influence of social support and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship. This research method uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population was taken from students of the undergraduate nutrition study program at University The results of this research show that the social support variable (X1) and the entrepreneurial education variable (X2) together have an influence on the entrepreneurial interest variable (Y) by 22.6%. Apart from that, it was also found that social support (X1) and entrepreneurship education (X2) separately also had a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship (Y).

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales at UMKM Kebab Rendang in Medan City, the type of research used is a qualitative method with interview data collection techniques, and documentation is carried out to obtain data, the focus of this research is what marketing strategies should be carried out to increase sales MSME products (case study on Kebab Rendang)? The research results show that marketing strategy management includes: 1) segmentation, 2) targeting, 3) positioning, 4) Marketing mix. Abstract

High economic growth has not had a positive impact on reducing income inequality in Indonesia. Quality education can provide relevant skills and knowledge to obtain higher paying jobs. In addition, education can also raise awareness of the importance of equality and fight for equal economic rights for all individuals. Increased Employment Opportunities: Tackling unemployment is a priority in efforts to reduce inequality in income distribution. The government needs to create policies and programs that involve the private sector and promote investment that can create jobs. Improving the quality and relevance of workforce training also needs to be addressed to meet the changing demands of the job market.This discussion emphasizes the importance of the linkages between economic growth, education, unemployment, and income distribution inequality in Indonesia. By understanding these relationships, the government and stakeholders can design integrated and sustainable policies to create a more inclusive economy and reduce income inequality in Indonesia.
