Abstract

Congestion is a form of transportation problem that occurs in the Malioboro area of ​​Yogyakarta City. One form of effort to overcome the problem of congestion in the Malioboro area is the implementation of the One Way System. This research aims to analyze and determine the comparison of road performance on Jalan Bhayangkara road section, Pajeksan road section, Margo Mulyo road section, and K.H. Ahmad Dahlan road section before and after the implementation of One Way System in the Malioboro area. Traffic performance analysis was carried out based on MKJI 1997 and modeling was carried out with PTV VISSIM. The implementation of SSA in the Malioboro area caused the average saturation value of the four road sections to increase by 3% and caused the average speed value of the four road sections to decrease by 2%. Therefore, it can be stated that the implementation of One Way System is not the main solution in solving transportation problems.

Abstract

Expert systems are one type of computer technology that is being used by a lot of people in the medical industry to help doctors examine patients. This is being done in an effort to make patient service better now and in the future. An expert system is a computer program that mimics how an expert would reason to solve a particular problem or acts similarly to an expert due to its understanding of a knowledge base that has to be processed and its ability to solve problems. An expert system's diagnosis of epilepsy leads to the creation of a system that can offer individuals with the condition a consultation service for the purpose of diagnosing the condition and providing information on treatment options. This is demonstrated by the development of numerous technologies that facilitate the work of numerous parties. One of them is computer-related and uses Expert System Science to assist in the diagnosis of epilepsy. The Certainty Factor approach is employed in this study. Thirteen symptoms and three different forms of epilepsy—general, partial, and secondary—were used in this investigation. The study's findings indicate that, based on the chosen symptoms, the most accurate diagnosis is Partial Primary, Partial Secondary, with a confidence level of 74%, and the most accurate diagnosis is Generalized Epilepsy, with a confidence level of 99%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal LPG gas distribution route where the distance traveled becomes closer so that it will minimize transportation costs and in terms of time make the distribution more efficient. The route uses the location of 7 bases that will be addressed by agents from PT XYZ in distributing LPG gas. This practical work took place from February to March 2024. The method used in relation to this route problem is Simulated Annealing where as iterations increase, the algorithm will tend to reject poor solutions. Thus, the graphical results will show a gradual decrease in fitness value towards a more optimal solution. The results of this practical work show that the use of the Simulated Annealing method is feasible in finding the optimal route. This method produces a final route with a distance of 50.8 km to 49.3 km with a travel route from PT XYZ- PG. Agus A LPG- PG. LPG Store Mr. Tri- PG. LPG Pertamina Bp. Didik- PG. LPG Budi- PG. LPG Pertamina Sunarno- PG. LPG Sugiman- PG. Lasmini LPG until returning to PT XYZ.

Abstract

The backlog of housing in D.I. Yogyakarta has continued to increase year after year. One potential solution to address this issue, considering the high property prices and relatively low regional minimum wage (UMR), is affordable and livable moveable housing. The research was condusted using qualitative methods, surveying several respondents residing in three sub-districts characterizwd by the dense infrastruture, non-agrarian activities, and high land prices. The model of the moveable house, with funvtional spaces for a bedroom, a bathroom, and kitchen, has capacity for two occupants. Moveable livable houses were highly favored by respondents, with a preference rate of 92,3%.

Abstract

XYZ Store is a business that focuses on the manufacture of swallow houses as well as a place to sell swallow nests. Currently, the process of assessing the quality of swallow nests is still done manually, which often causes errors in distinguishing between good and bad nest quality. This study aims to apply the Weighted Product and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods to build a system that can determine the quality of swallow nests more accurately. This system was developed using the Laravel Framework and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, with XAMPP as a local server, MySQL as a database server, and Apache as a web server. System development tools include Flowchart and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The results of this study indicate that the combination of the Weighted Product and TOPSIS methods can produce a more optimal assessment of the quality of swallow nests.

Abstract

In testing motorized vehicles as an effort to open up information systems, namely by sending the results of testing vehicle specifications and storing a database of vehicle test results and if possible analyzing the results. However, the test results record can only explain the reasons for rejection, there are no pictures or recommendations for repairs as well as information on component damage based on technical requirements orally to the vehicle owner. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the use of Android applications. Researchers used the System Usability Scale (SUS) test on the application to validate the technical requirements and determine its effectiveness on 20 respondents. Research and Development (R&D) methodology, Waterfall method with pre-use Blackbox testing to see if the results work properly. Verification results of vehicle requirements have been successfully carried out, including photos taken during inspection. If you enter the reason for the refusal, the data will be validated and the final results of filling out the application will be printed. The System Usability (SUS) scale is 80.75 acceptable, the grade level is category B, the adjective rating is in the excellent category. This means that the application can improve the vehicle specifications inspection service.

Abstract

The Viola-Jones algorithm in OpenCV is efficient for detecting faces. The study is the accuracy of face detection using Viola-Jones on FCNN. The data is divided into training, testing, and validation sets. The FCNN model achieves high accuracy but suffers from overfitting. Techniques such as regularization and dropout can improve performance. The training duration is relatively short. FCNN machine learning model. The first layer is a hidden layer with 128 neurons and uses the ReLU (Rectified Linear Unit) activation function. The second layer is the output layer with ten drilled neurons showing excellent performance, with a training accuracy of 99.49% and a validation accuracy of 97.68%. This shows that the model successfully learned patterns from training data and applied them effectively to validation data.

Abstract

The system in place at the Regional General Secretariat of the Madiun City Government demonstrates that there have been issues with the distribution of correspondence, which is still done through printed (manual) documents, up until this point. The issues include long letter distribution processes, lost or damaged documents, and no tracking system for letter distribution operations from couriers. The Agile technique is employed in this study. Planning, design, coding and implementation, testing, and various more guidelines are all part of the Agile process using the Extreme Programming model. Agile mail distribution tracking information systems on the web are the study's outcomes. The study's conclusion is that the presence of this mechanism can facilitate tracking mail distribution for administrators, department and sub-division heads, receptionists, and couriers. Information is also easy to access because to the internet system, which makes it possible to access it from PCs, laptops, and cellphones whenever and wherever you are..

Abstract

Agriculture Business Company is a company that runs in the field of agriculture, in the form of rice or paddy. However, the company focuses more on rice. The company is experiencing problems in meeting consumer demand for original pandan wangi rice which still cannot be fulfilled due to limited raw materials. With this problem, forecasting is carried out using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) methods. The data used is pandan wangi rice demand data for the period January 2021 to December 2023, with Minitab software as a calculation tool. The results of data processing show that the data obtained is not seasonal, therefore only processing is carried out using the ARIMA method. The research results of the best model in forecasting consumer demand for original pandan wangi rice at the Agriculture Business Company is the ARIMA (0, 1, 1) Model with an MSE value of 34.39. The MSE value is the smallest MSE value for the original pandan wangi rice demand forecasting model at the Agriculture Business Company. The advice given to the company is that from the results of the research, the company can later make a reference in shopping for raw materials and evaluate what factors can increase the value of demand.

Abstract

The provision of population administration services, such as the issuance of electronic Resident Identity Cards (e-KTP), is very important to ensure the continuity of public services in all regions. The use of information technology in population administration procedures has spread throughout the world as a means of increasing bureaucratic efficiency and service quality. The fact that there are organizations that use IT resources to support business operations and procedures in daily activities is proof of this (Salsabila and Hadi, 2014). The e-KTP program was introduced by the Indonesian government to improve the accuracy of demographic data and speed up the service delivery process. However, problems with availability, security and data integrity in the e-KTP system also occur when the technology is implemented. System audits are critical to maintaining service quality and security. The organization in charge of population administration services, such as the distribution of e-KTP, is the Population and Civil Registration Service (DISDUKCAPIL). E-KTP is intended to increase the accuracy of population data and make the population identification process more effective and secure. However, the successful implementation of e-KTP is highly dependent on good information technology governance. Tools for performance evaluation determine whether the information system can achieve its business goals. The Department of Population and Civil Registration has achieved Capability level at level 3 (Estabilished Process) based on an evaluation of the information technology governance system that uses the COBIT 5 DSS (Deliver, Service, Support) domain. This shows that an organization has implemented the entire process. COBIT 5 DSS (Deliver, Service, Support). This shows that an organization has implemented the entire process. COBIT 5 has provided assistance in the form of guidelines for harmonization between the business objectives of the Department's e-KTP creation services in order to increase the level of IT process capabilities. Population and civil registration, as well as the goals of the six Indonesian countries proclaimed by the Minister of Home IT to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of services, enable E-KTP to achieve its organizational goal.
