Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kebijakan yang dilakukan dalam menangani pengungsi Rohingnya di Aceh dan mengetahui upaya Pemda NAD dalam penanganan pengungsi Rohingya di Aceh. Bentuk penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data-data mengenai perkembangan pengungsi Rohingya. Dalam hal ini bentuk penjelasan data tidak disertai dengan angka-angka. Melainkan dijelaskan mengenai bentuk kebijakan Pemda NAD terhadap pengungsi dan bentuk penanganan serta upayanya terhadap pengungsi Rohingya. Bentuk kebijakan bersama-sama dengan masyarakat lokal untuk menyediakan makanan dan minuman serta sandang. Bentuk tindakan Pemerintah Daerah NAD yaitu menyediakan penampungan sementara, mengirimkan relawan-relawan untuk membantu pengungsi Rohingya, membantu penyediaan bantuan kemanusiaan mencapai 7000 orang. Disamping itu Pemerintah juga membangun rumah Detensi Imigrasi untuk masyarakat Rohingya. Pemerintah Daerah NAD juga bekerja sama dengan UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) yaitu membangun tentang non-refoulment, non penalization dan non discrimination. Bentuk bantuan IOM (Organisasi Internasional untuk Migrasi) memberikan perawatan medis di rumah-rumah sakit yang ada di Aceh. Dengan hal ini Human Trafficking yaitu pemerintah daerah selalu berusaha dan menjaga agar Human Trafficking tidak terjadi.

Abstract

In this study, with the title "The Role of Semboro Jember Sugar Factory Public Relations (PG) in Maintaining Employee Work Loyalty and Company Image," the aim is to determine the role of internal PG Semboro public relations in maintaining employee work loyalty and its obstacles, as well as the role of external PG Semboro public relations in maintaining the company's image and its obstacles. The theory used is the Cultip & Center theory. This type of research is included in qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is the activity of interpreting meaning, not using numbers, and managing interview results based on predetermined instruments using appropriate language and explanations according to the results of interviews with reality in the field. The results of this study are about describing the results of interview data on PG Semboro's public relations and public figures based on intellectual, religious, and government perspectives. This can be explained by PG Semboro's internal public relations strategy of maintaining employee loyalty by implementing employee relations programs with programs that will maintain employee loyalty. From this study, there are internal obstacles that hopefully, in the future, can be used as an evaluation to overcome these obstacles. In addition, there is an external public relations strategy that involves implementing programs with the community to maintain the company's image, and the obstacles to external public relations in maintaining the company's image can also be known.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif UKM; menganalisis pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja UKM; menentukan pengaruh keunggulan kompetitif terhadap kinerja UKM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 150 pemilik UKM. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner daring yang didistribusikan melalui media sosial yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Alat analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian adalah SmartPLS. dengan tahapan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien terminasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen rantai pasokan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif UKM, manajemen rantai pasokan memiliki dampak langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja UKM, keunggulan kompetitif memiliki pengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap kinerja UKM. UKM perlu terus meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan manajemen rantai pasokan mereka untuk terus mengembangkan bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat efektivitas dari program Bantuan bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro (BPUM) dan mendeskripsikan dampak sesudah pemberian BPUM dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha mikro di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan penelitian dokumen. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data di analisis Creswell, data yang telah diperoleh direduksi ke dalam suatu pola pola tertentu. Kemudian dari situ dapat dilakukan kategorisasi tema yang kemudian akan dilakukaninterpretasi atau berita tersebut berdasarkan dari skema-skema yang diperoleh Fokus penelitian dari skripsi ini yakniketepatan waktu, ketepatan perhitungan biaya, ketepatan tujuan, dan ketepatan sasaran, serta dampak dari programBPUM terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pelaku usaha mikro di Kota Samarinda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni bantuan yang diberikan kepada pelaku usaha mikro di beberapa kecamatan di Kota Samarinda sudah bisadikatatakan efektif dari segi ketepatan waktu, perhitungan biaya, dan tujuan diberikannya bantuan ini. Mereka yangmenerima bantuan mampu membuat usaha mereka bertahan, dari segi dampak sesudah pemberian BPUM ini, keberlangsungan usaha bagi sebagian pelaku usaha sudah mampu bertahan. Namun, beberapa usaha tidak mampu bertahan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Mereka yang mendapat bantuan mampu mempertahankan usahanya. Dari segi peningkatan pendapatan usaha, sudah dapat dikatakan efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dari meningkatkan pendapatan. Terkait peningkatan asset usaha, dari hasil pemaparan para pelaku usaha yang menjadi responden dalampenelitian ini, BPUM ini tidak berdampak terhadap peningkatan asset para pelaku usaha mikro. Abstract

In the current era, it is undeniable that with the rapid advancement of technology and information, people are very creative in utilizing the sophistication of technology and knowledge to fulfil people's social life. Instagram is the most used application today because Instagram is an application that focuses on the use of images and videos. This has happened in developing culinary promotions through Instagram in Samarinda to generate a sense of enthusiasm in the community, thus inviting the public to come. One of them is the culinary Angkringan Mastumin Samarinda, which uses Instagram social media as the basis for promoting its products, which has the account name @angkringan_mastumin, which has managed to get as many as 21.4 thousand followers. The method used is qualitative, with a research focus on the marketing mix. Based on the results of the research contained in the discussion chapter, the researcher concludes the formulation of the research problem that the marketing mix carried out by Angkringan Mastumin is very effective and running well, including the marketing mix according to Hartajaya product, price, promotion and distribution channel.

Abstract

Culture shock or better known as culture shock appears as an aspect of acceptance of a new culture where there are different feelings such as fear, confusion, anxiety, worry for new individuals, and entering a new cultural phase or new scope. Many challenges must be experienced when students become immigrants in different areas with different cultures, besides that as immigrant students must be able to adapt to the surrounding culture slowly so that later it can become a new habit and get used to that culture, not many students Many immigrants can accept a new culture quickly, many of whom are undergoing the process. With the diversity that is owned on the Garut University campus where students do not only come from the Garut area, one of the aims of this paper is to find out and describe what are the obstacles for students outside of Garut experiencing Culture Shock at Garut University in terms of what aspects. The majority of students are from the Garut or Sunda areas. The intended target and used are students from overseas outside the Garut area, especially at the Faculty of Communication and Information Sciences. The theoretical concept in this paper uses the theory of intercultural communication and uses the active interview method on the informants then reviewed again with interactive analysis techniques, it will usually be known what forms of obstacles are the obstacles in oneself to fulfill and ensure the data exists. by interviewing a student from Papua whose culture and daily life are quite different.

Abstract

The widespread use of E-Commerce in Indonesia, affects people's shopping habits. Companies E- Commerce also continue to innovate to retain their customers. Not only E-Commerce, ticket booking and accommodation places don't want to be left behind to follow this trend pay later. The Feature, pay later which was recently added to E-commerce and Ticketing services, is a shortcut for people who still want to shop and vacation even though they don't have money at that time. The implicitness of shopping and ordering using the pay later system without considering what will be the responsibility later, makes many people who are in debt in pay later. Many people still use pay later, even though they can't pay their bills every month. Users who cannot pay before the due date will be subject to a late penalty, this is also not able to deter debtors pay later. The desire to shop and fulfill desires is especially not caring if you have to go into debt first. The company's intelligence is to provide services that are profitable if they use the payment method pay later, for example free shipping services, so that sometimes it is used as an excuse for using pay later.

Abstract

The research aims to determine participation in the development of tourist villages and their impact on the economy of residents in Kombang village, Sumenep district. Ecotourism industry and the creative economy are encouraged to be able to have an impact in the form of income distribution, especially fishermen in Gili Labak, Sumenep Regency. The development of the ecotourism and tourism culture concept in an industry based on online traveling services using Telegram is actually an interesting development in regions that focus on tourism services based on the wishes of tourist visitors. Problems, serious problems and dilemmas in tourism management and development, dilemmatic problems faced in a choice of continuing to run a tourism business to increase income and meet the economic needs of the local population as well as environmental sustainability issues in places where the tourism sector is the sector that is affected first and its recovery the very last. It is hoped that this research will provide a solution to this dilemma. The concept of ecotourism development is oriented towards environmental education and the ecosystem concept and is integrated with the existence of social media in the form of One Stop Service Traveling (OSST) by both telegram groups as a means of promotion and presentation of statistically clear information on the factual conditions of tourist destinations at any time in providing reliable information services. professionals to restore the much needed and important tourism sector. Weaknesses and Obstacles faced: So dynamic and complex social problems arise from a conceptual justification of the 5 things above when considered as a basis for determining optimization of service quality that will support the sustainability of sustainable ecotourism development. On the other hand, those who use Telegram groups are prone to irresponsible advertising intruders, whether it be hoax advertisements or pornographic advertisements. The number of tourists or travelers visiting during the current Covid-19 pandemic, which is limited to the number of visitors per day, will have an impact on increasing residents' income, which will take a long and slow time. There is a need for an effective marketing strategy and outreach with the traveler community, both on a national and international scale.

Abstract

This research aim to identify and describe the role of international organization United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in improving the quality of education in Papua in 2020-2021. The research used a descriptive method with secondary data, was collected through literature such as journals, documents and the internet, and used qualitative data analysis techniques. This research used the theory of the role of international organizations from Clive Archer to explain the research questions. The results of this research, the condition of education in Papua is a complex problem, which is related to various factors that make education very lagging. Starting from high poverty levels, uneven implementation of the curriculum, limited teachers, limited schools, diverse socio-cultures, relatively high illiteracy rates, lack of enrollment of the population who are currently in school and increasing dropout rates, this situation makes the Human Development Index (HDI) low. Efforts have been made by the local government, but there are still challenges in improving the quality of education in Papua. As an international organization that focuses on the protection and welfare of children around the world, UNICEF performs its role as an international organizational actor by running the rural and remote education initiative for Papuan Provinces.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyoroti tentang menganalisis Persepsi Forum Kemitraan Polisi Masyarakat Terhadap Channel Youtube Virtual Police Samarinda Sebagai Media Informasi. Persepsi forum kemitraan polisi masyarakat terhadap channel YouTube "Virtual Police" Samarinda sebagai media informasi bisa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk konten yang disajikan dalam channel tersebut, reputasi polisi di masyarakat, serta pandangan umum terhadap penggunaan platform media sosial untuk menyampaikan informasi. Persepsi akan sangat tergantung pada isi konten yang disajikan di channel "Virtual Police". Jika kontennya informatif, edukatif, dan memberikan pandangan yang positif tentang tugas polisi dalam menjaga keamanan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi forum kemitraan polisi masyarakat untuk secara aktif mengikuti dan mengevaluasi konten yang disajikan di channel "Virtual Police" dan berkomunikasi dengan pemilik channel untuk memastikan bahwa informasi yang disampaikan sesuai dengan tujuan dan nilai-nilai positif yang ingin diperlihatkan oleh institusi polisi.
